Hotel d'Amiens ligger i Paris (Gare du Nord - Gare de L'Est), i nærheten av Folies Bergeres, Louvre og Notre Dame katedral. Ikke langt unna finner du også Sacré-Coeur basilika og Grand Rex kino.

Beliggende i et hyggelig og rolig nabolag, og et fint sted å trekke seg tilbake etter en hektisk dag i Paris. Som vanlig er i Paris er rommene relativt små, men Eiffel suiten som vi hadde er et herlig rom. God plass til to voksne og to barn, med flott utsikt. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake til vår "leilighet" i Paris

Dette er et transportknutepunkt, med to hovedjernbanestasjoner og et titalls metrooverganger. Gare du Nord er stasjonen for Eurostar og tog til Charles de Gaulle flyplass. Hovedattraksjonene er glass- og viftemuseene og 1600-tallsbuegangene på St Denis og St Martin. Etniske butikker, markeder og restauranter på Boulevard du Strasbourg og Passage Brady (Little India) og livlige kafeer langs Canal St Martin gir atmosfære til nabolaget.

Noe slitt, men rene rom. Meget sentralt. Perfekt for mitt formål som var base og et sted å sove uten å bruke noe særlig tid på rommet. Da jeg var på rommet så var BBC World på TV og det trådløset nettet nyttig. Mange billige spisesteder ikke langt unna.

Vi triveds veldig godt en uke på hotel d'amiens. Det ligger midt i mellom to av hovedstasjonene i Paris og det er derfor veldig lett å komme seg til andre steder og tilbake til hotellet. Kommer du med fly er det kort vei fra Gare du Nord eller Gare de d'est.

Hei. Dette hotellet vil jeg ikke bo på igjen, for mye støy, skittent og utslitt. Siste natten sov vi kun to timer grunnet støy fra naborom. Elendig frokost! Anbefales ikke!
"Vondt og kaldt"
Det klarte seg med én natt på dette stedet. Senga var UTROLIG vond og rommet var kaldt. Det var til og med mygg der! Jeg var optimist ved ankomst, for hotellet lå i en rolig gate. Men om natten skulle det vise seg at det var bråkete inne på selve hotellet :-o Det var rengjøring/støvsuging, andre gjester som brukte doen på rommet sitt... Det var veldig […] lydt der. En slitsom natt i den vondeste seng du kan tenke deg. Redningen ble min medbragte hodepute! Tapeten var på vei vekk fra veggen og det var veldig grelle farger på rommet., men det spiller ikke megen rolle, for du skal jo nesten ikke være der. Badet virket å være relativt nytt. Bestilte rom for røykere, men fant ikke noe askebeger.. Måtte improvisere. Noe jeg trodde var en vifteovn, viste seg å være aircondition. Ingen mulighet til å skru opp varmen på rommet. Kommer ikke til å bestille en natt der igjen! Les mer

Sentralt beliggende hotell i forhold til togstasjon og gratis internett tilkobling. Det var det positive. Forferdelige rom med tapet som var løsnet fra veggene, skittent vegg til vegg teppe og skittent generelt. Rommet luktet av insektspray, og alt av klær og kofferter luktet "fuss" etter en natt. Klær som var hengt opp i skapet var fuktige. Sengetøy/dyner […] besto av laken og ullteppe med svidde hull i. Bad var skittent og manglet ventilasjon. Fliser og lampeskjerm på bad var knust. Kjedelig frokost som besto kun av lys bagett og syltetøy, kaffe og juce. Ikke verd pengene. Les mer
The room was very small - just room for three beds, with no tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was very cramped and there was only a hand-held shower facility.

Close to Metro , Mainline train stations and Eurostar. Close proximity to central Paris. Good continental breakfast. Some rooms maybe in need of a little care and attention. Basic budget hotel as you would expect for the price. Good price for Paris.
"Good location to train station, but yikes!"
This hotel was inexpensive and close to the train station. However, the room was dirty (mold in the shower) and small. The television barely worked and the wireless connection was nonexistent. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay in between train rides for a night, it will work. The pictures on the website were a little deceiving as well.

"Hotel D'Amiens in Paris-Close to Train Station"
The previous reviews for this hotel is very accurate. The only plus for this hotel is the location from the Gare de l'Est train station. It is literally a 5 minute walk from the station. It is not worth paying extra for breakfast. The beds were comfortable but the rooms are not up to date, rooms are not roomy, and somewhat dingy although not dirty, […] and there is no shower curtain for the tub to take a shower. I would only recommend this hotel for the location and convenience to the train station. If you don't care about the presentation of your hotel room, then this is the place for you. Les mer

"Less than bare bones"
I really wanted to like this hotel. The staff is very nice. They offer free (good) breakfast and wireless. They are very close to Gare de Nord. However, when I travel I expect that the bed-cover and blanket in my room will be free of cigarette burns. The ones in my room here were not. Very shabby room. Single metal chair and uncomfortable bed.

Its a decent place. The rooms are a bit small but it doesnt matter if its a short trip.. and its the best ever location in Paris. 1 min walk from Gare Du Nord.

we had a pleasant stay in a pleasant atmosphere. Our room and bathroom were small but sufficient for a short stay at a budget hotel. We found the mattresses showed the springs but were reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was good in a pleasant atmosphere. we would return to this hotel.
"Hotell smack dabb in the middle of Paris"
This hotell was just fine for a few days, low in price and clean but after on the rennovation. Rooms are small but that is not a problem when you plan to spend your vacation walking the streets of Paris. The night quiet was appreciated and the locality was perfect. Bon Voyage!

Being three blocks from both Gare du Nord and Gare d l'Est Train stations, its hard to beat the convenient location, though maybe not the most interesting area. Easy access from the Metro and all of the shops and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to the centre of Paris or out to Versailles.

Great location 5 min walk to two main railway stations/metro (including Eurostar). However neighbourhood is dodgy and very noisy - couldn't have window open which meant room got very hot and stuffy (needless to say no aircon) Hotel was poor - room tiny and spartan; wireless near useless; tepid hot water 2 out of 3 nights; rudimentary breakfast. "Hotel D'Amiens"
Hotel was adequate and reasonably priced. It had free wireless but not much else in amenities. The surrounding neighborhood is not great. .The main asset is the location. Very close to Gare du Nord and Gare L'Est. would recommend it for a short stay if you need to get to the train station.

"Easy - two nights"
This is a basic hotel (hence bring your own lotion) but it is super easy to find. Breakfast was continental but great croissant. I would recommend this to people who do not mind bare basics and clean.

stay away from this hotel. when i checked in this hotel the towels were used by previous customer never changed. i stayed in this hotel for seven nights and not once they change sheets or pillow cases, bathroom tiles were molded. sheets and pillowcase are stained and their customer service really sucks.

Very convenient 2 star hotel. We traveled with two children and found the location convenient and price fair. Room was small and old, but clean. Wireless internet and breakfast were good too.

"Highly Enjoyable"
For a hotel right by Gare Du Nord, it was perfect. The location at night is a little bit sketchy but nothing bad ever happened (to my knowledge). The area was great in terms of getting around. We were right near the centre of Paris so it was convienant. The beds were comfy enough, food was standard to hotel food. all in all, you're in Paris (usually) […] to sight-see and not spend major time in the hotel so this is a great hotel for those essential needs. The Hotel was nice, it was conveniently located and the receptionists were very helpful. It wasn't the biggest room, nor the nicest, but the price was right and it is right between 2 metro stations, so travel was easy

"Convenient to train stations"
I mainly stayed as an overnight stopping point to the airport. The room was pretty run down, there was a large hole in the bathroom wall, but everything was functional and clean. Breakfast was not great (possibly the worst croissants I've ever had in France) but at least there was something. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again. Or probably […] even in my way. The hotel is located close to 2 train stations and thats only one positive detail....
Convenient because 4 minutes walk to the Gare du Nord Metro. Easy to find your way to the tourist spot. (e.g. Eiffle Tower)

Hotel was easy to find, however would not stay again, it was not in a very nice location but we also did not have any problems there.

Small hotel with typically tiny Parisian rooms. However everything worked (except the lift) and the included breakfast was tasty. Room looked a bit tatty though (peeling wallpaper, cupboard door wouldn't close). Staff were a bit reserved but helpful when asked. Street is quiet at night.

"Nice staff in rundown hotel"
The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel is very old. The elevator had been out of service for 3 weeks when we got there. They do not have cribs for babies and the hotel is very loud at night.

Stayed here because flight got in too late to Paris to catch Eurostarthat night. Plus side was that room clean, bed comfy, shower hot, 3 mins walk from Gard du Nord, free wifi (but didn't end up using it). Downside - thin walls and no working lift, which meant carrying luggage up to 6th floor. Fine for a crash pad, if a little pricey but expect you're […] paying for location. "Convenient and clean hotel"
Hotel room is resonably good, comes with free wi-fi. Just troublesome you have to login time and time again as it expires after some time. Hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast slightly disappointing but the quality of danish bread and croissant is good.
