This is a fantastic hotel at a great rate. My only problem is that the street name was not on my GPS so it took a little while to find it. If any one encounters the same problem, it is on the main hwy heading out of Charlottetown towards the bridge to NB.

Overall had a great stay. The bed was a little soft but everything else was good. Staff very friendly and willing to change our just because the TV changer didn't work (we didn't change rooms and the TV changer was fixed). Very accommodating staff. "Impressive budget motel on outskirts of town"
The Super 8 Charlottetown is located in a western suburb with limited eating options around it. However, the rooms were very clean and bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was average for self-serve fare common to budget motels. Free access to wifi and one computer in lobby were pluses. Althouth not right in Charlottetowne […] and limited restaurants in walking distance, the drive into town and to other eating places are easy. Les mer
Enjoyed my stay very much
I found the hotel needed to be updated with new furniture,remove rugs etc.The sink was cracked.
We were on our honeymoon during our stay. Upon checking in and going to our room we were not happy with the beds in the room. After a short call to the front desk they upgraded us to a king size room with a jacuzzi tub. It was a great room and bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts in the morning were very good, no need to go to Tims when they bring […] it to your door. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bailey and the hotel manager made our arrival a pleasant one. Thank you we would come back if in PEI again Les mer
"For a Super 8, it was Super"
We chose this location because it wasn't in the city and were glad we did. For one thing, there is an excellent restaurant in the same parking area, and a great dinner after a long day of sightseeing was the icing on the cake. The hotel is inexpensive and a bargain given all its services. All of the staff are very helpful with tourist guidance about […] what to see while visiting their delightful island. "THE SUPER 8 IN CHARLOTTETOWN IS A PLEASANT PLACE"
THE HOTEL IS VERY COZY,PERSONNEL IS PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY.THE ROOM IS VERY SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE.THE ROOM HEATER IS NOT ONLY EFFECTIVE AND ALSO WHISPER QUIET.THE HEATING IN THE BATHROOM IS A GREAT AMENITY.

This hotel reminded me of a B&B. It was quaint and lovely place to stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I recommend this delightful Island hotel.

The Super 8 had a lot more charm than we expected. It was clean, had a great breakfast area and selection, and the staff were very responsive and helpful-giving directions, recommendations, etc. They even supplied us with a forgotten toiletry item. The only thing that was out of the ordinary from what we expected was the envelope for a tip left for […] us in our room from the cleaning staff. That hasn't been done to us before in previous destination locations throughout the U.S., Europe, and Australia, and we didn't know if it was an accepted norm in Canada. Les mer
"Super 8 Review on 9-9 & 9-18"
The front desk staff was very accommodating with our questions and requests. The rooms were clean and the outside appearance was welcoming. The continental breakfast offered something for everyone - juice, coffee, milk, ceral, muffins, create your own breakfast sandwich, etc. In addition, there was a computer for customer use in the front lounge.

Best Features: Location just off \main highway to Charlottetown so close to everything in town without having to drive through traffic to get there. Salt Water pool a good size fun for the kids or to cool off after a hot day of sight seeing Good continental breakfast with Tim Hortons coffee Canada best filter coffee (hotel owner also runs the PEI Tims) Maggies […] family resturant is just across the parking lot. It features good food rasonable prices and tasty seafood chowder. TV has full channel selection and wireless internet has good speed Downsides: Room on the small side for a family (we had 2 doubles room) barely enough room to pull out desk chair. Internet access managed by individual password, when we first arrives "maximum number of users had been reached" so we could not log on. Also the number has to be renewed each day. Once logged in it works fine. Les mer

"AWESOME Room!! Poor service @ Maggies restraunt"
The room that we stayed in was awesome! the service was great and the staff was friendly! however the restrant called Maggies accross the parking lot were not so friendly . if they have a big table they practaly have all there staff waiting hand and foot for them because they have a big bill in the end . we had to wait for over 1 hour for our food!!! […] I do not reccomend the place at all . and for the waiting of the restraunt I asked for a discount on my food since I waited over an hour all they said was " I am sorry" no discount noir a free meal ! it is extreamly horrable @ maggies! I reccmond not to go to the restraunt!! however the hotel absolutly AWESOME!! it was our seccond time at this hotel :) Les mer

We were quite disappointed in the location, as it was quite a drive out of Charlottetown. The rooms were not too bad, but the carpet in the halls and the stairs needed to be cleaned. The whole place had a funny smell to it. The included breakfast was very limited. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
"No Fault of the Hotel"
Full credit goes out to the staff and management, our only downfall with our stay was a result of 3 hockey teams ages around 12 years old that were for the most part unsupervised and the yelling and the running up and down the halls made us feel like we were at a rodeo and even when the parents did supervise there was no attempt by the parents to control […] the chaios, they just let them run free, one of the kids the following morning decided it would be funny to pull the fire alarm at 8:00 the next morning. I also played sports and traveled at that age but I can tell you that we were taught respect by our parents and coaches and if we didn't listen we didn't get to play on that team or travel with them, I remember our team getting compliments by the places we stayed because of the respect we had shown to the hotel and other travelers and for this I give full credit to our parents and coaches, for those parents that read this I hope that you can see the point I am trying to make, we had our 6 and 12 year old children with us and they even thought that it was out of control, they were tired but could not sleep and the 6 year old little girl kept asking "when are they going to stop", we looked out the door and the parents were standing in the hall way laughing at the kids race up and down the hall yelling and screaming, I don't blame the kids and they should have fun but we also did not pay money to stay and sleep in an indoor jungle gym. I would also like to mention that other guests were asking where these teams are from and the biggest thing that was accomplished was that the parents lost all respect from the guests as to the province that you lived in, I will be sure to ask from now on whether there are any teams staying at the hotel and where they are from because I will not go through that again. On a very positive note, the manager of this hotel was the most accomindating person that I have ever met and hats off to you. Les mer

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Located walking distance to Cows Creamery Factory. The only problem was food ran out early at breakfast one morning.
