Svært fornøyd med oppholdet på hotellet , meget serviceminded personell , god frokost , mulig litt støy i spisesalen , men helt grei mat. Svært hyggelige og imøtekommende personell , både i skranken , og butikken eller han som satte vekk bagasjen. Lett å få tidlig innsjekking og sen utsjekking . Alt i alt , meget bra. Savnet minibar på rommet eller i alle fall et kjøleskap , men ellers var det ismaskin i gangen. Selv i New York var det mulig å få et stille rom.

Familie med to tenåringsdøtre. Fantastisk beliggenhet, flott service og komfortable rom. Suite Prestige med to dobble senger. Vi anbefaler dette hotellet sterkt om noen vil bo sentralt og vi er ikke i tvil om hvor vi skal bo neste gang. Det koster noen penger, men i forhold til beliggenhet og det du har igjen så er det ok.

Rene rom og god service - men veldig små rom. Måtte ha den ene kofferten på badet for å få plass. Men renholdet er viktigere enn størrelsen. Veldig bra beliggenhet og gåavstand til mange av hovedgatene på Manhatten.

Veldig bra opphold over 4 dager. Frokosten var grei nok. Vår datter på 15 var veldig fornøyd. Veldig god service i resepsjonen. Egen turistinformasjon som kunne gi mange tips til aktiviteter. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Dette hotellet har en helt grei standard med romslige rom, godt renhold og hyggelig service. Gangavstand fra Time Square og Penn Station. Like ved flere subway-linjer. De kan servere frokost, men det er fine tilbud i området for både frokost og middag.

I did a serious research of central hotels for a week holiday in New York, and we were not disappointed. We had booked a Evolution room with King size bed which did not include city view. We asked anyway at check in and were more than happy with a room at 17th floor! The room had good space for two, with nice and comfortable bed, nice bathroom with […] a bath tub, and new clean towels every day. I am a bit anxious about any bugs, and in particular bedbugs, but we did not experience any of them after a week stay, so this hotel is safe on that matter! :) We liked the idea of having an empty fridge available in our room - we bought drinks at Wholefoods not far away so we had cold refreshments of our own choice available after hours of walking in the city. Subway were close to the hotel, and Madison Square Garden, Macy's, and Times Square were within walking distance. We preferred to go out for breakfast, but the last day we eat at the hotel and were happy with their various selection for breakfast. I would not go to New York to stay inside a hotel, but I do anyway appreciate the availability to relax in the hotel after hours of walking, and perhaps refresh before evening events. This was a pleasure at this hotel which we really enjoyed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who plan their vacation in New York, and would definitely go back. Les mer

Mitt andre opphold i New York. Hotellet ligger fint til i Chelsea og det er kort vei til de fleste severdigheter. Veldig bra service for oss, bra størrelse på rommene men kanskje litt lytt. Ellers absolutt ingenting å klage på.

Very impressed with friendliness of all employees from the doorman, lobby and cleaning staff. We were in NYC so my husband could have a medical procedure done. Since we traveled by train our arrival and departure times didn't match our check-in and check-out times. The staff made every effort to accommodate our needs and was very much appreciated. Service at the door and check in was friendly and the location is only half a block from subway line 1. The room and shower are updated. Not much in the immediate neighborhood besides Starbucks, a few bagel shops and Pret a Manger, but Times Square is only two stops away. the only issue we had was at check in, where they wanted to charge us extra, for us being 2 adults and 2 kids, despite this was clearly stated in the accepted reservation. Once we produced the reservation with info, everything was ok. I would not recommend to have breakfast in the hotel, just because it is expensive at $17 each, you can have the same […] just outside for half. "Great Hotel in Central Location"
The Hilton Garden Inn is great because its a high quality hotel located on 28th St so you are central to head either downtown or uptown. The quality of the rooms and is great, with cable tv channels and the internet works great! The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Good location and clean hotel. Had hard time deciding to walk up town (Times Square) or downtown (Fashion District and Madison Square) so did both. This hotel worked out great for our needs. Fantastic.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was convenient to almost everything and the guest services were very helpful. Our room was clean and it was surprisingly roomy for NYC. We will definitely stay again next time we visit.

"Hilton Chelsea - the perfect place to spend a week"
Myself and 3 friends stayed for 4 nights at the Hilton Chelsea for the Big East basketball tournament. The rooms was very clean, very comfortable and the front desk was outstanding. We mistakenly received a wake up call the first morning at 6 am. The front desk gave us 4 free breakfast buffet coupons ($80 value) for the inconvenience. "Great hotel, but plan for elevator wait."
This is a great little hotel on a so-so street, smack between Madison Square Garden and Chelsea. Fantastic location. Good wifi, nice people working there, comfy, clean, small but perfect place to get ready for the day/sleep at night. Caution: There are only two elevators for a pretty tall building. In the mornings (and definitely just prior to check-out […] time) there will be a HUGE wait and the elevator will be CRAMMED. It took us ten minutes to go from the 12th floor to the lobby... and the ride down stopped at every floor to grab new people in the tiny elevator. Yeesh. Les mer
Great hotel, it was very convenient to the event at Madison Square Garden and close walk to the High line. I prefer the upper west side as far as a neighborhood but this was very convenient.

Excellent hotel. However, the parking for the area is limited. Had to park for an overnight stay at a garage several blocks away and the cost is high for a van. ($57 for over night parking) Would stay there again just bring smaller vehicles.

A great thing about the Hilton Garden Inn is that they have a microwave and fridge in each room. That is really convenient. The room was clean, and the front desk was very professional and polite. The room was pretty small, but you get that most of the time in NYC, so it didn't bother me. I'd come to the Hilton Garden Inn again.

We stayed here because hotel rooms with 2 Queen beds are hard to find in NYC and a must for us to fit our family of 4 in one room. Location was great, between 6th and 7th on 28th. Easy walk to Times Square area, lots of shopping, and plenty of food choices. Nice street shared by florist shops. Gym was great, beds comfy. Typical small NY room not unexpected. I have stayed at all levels of hotels, at all prices in NYC. For the money, this place is awesome! Clean, decent sized rooms, easy location for sights as wells as public transportation. Big thumbs up in my book, and that doesn't happen often!

Wonderful location to Fashion Avenue, Madison Square Garden, Chelsea District! Great workout room with all new Precor equipment. Front desk very helpful with subway directions, and other staff very professional and friendly.
