Koselig B&B plassert sentralt i byen. Meget hyggelig vertskap som gjorde alt for at vi trivdes der. Meget god frokost. Vær obs på at ikke alle rom har bad.

Helt skinnende rent, veldig koselig service, de kunne ikke gjøre nok for oss. Veldig gode senger. Nyyydelig frokost.. Eneste som gjør at jeg ikke kommer tilbake er ... Det er røykfritt slik jeg ønsket...men... Vertskapet røyker og det siver gjennom allt som er og mine astmatiske lunger og for sikkerhetskyld hadde jeg kikhoste gjorde det fælt å være […] der. Alt luktet røyk da vi kom hjem, til og med en topp jeg hadde kjøpt luktet røyk 2 mnd etter vi kom hjem!!! De har en gammel hund i gangen som ikke gjør noe for tred, men det ligger tørka svinehud og ører som den tygger på i inngangen til hotellet, dette kunne godt latt vær. Er man selv en som røyker vil jeg anbefale dette hotellet på det varmeste. Det er svært billig og jeg hadde dratt tilbake om det ikke hadde vært for røyklukt. Les mer

If you want a clean, comfortable and friendly hotel, do not stay here. The breakfast was the ly good thing about the hotel but not too sure about the cleanliness of the kitchen having spoken to other guests. Very down trodden and covered in dog hairs!

The owner was very friendly. However the room was cold, would not recommend or stay again, no hot running water and condiment dates need to be checked

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures and it was very disappointing! There was wallpaper hanging off the wall and the shower mat you have to stand on when getting out of the shower was absolutely wet through even though we hadnt used it. We booked for the family room which in fact turned out to be two separate rooms with a small part of the wall […] knocked out and a curtain put across which made it very difficult as it was a separate room and only one TV in the main section, which meant the kids could not watch TV or anything unless they were in the double bed with us. The hotel had a horrible smell of stale smoke and dog. It states they have a bar but the landlord doesnt open it. The breakfast was nothing special. I am truly stuck for anything positive to say about this place apart from the location of the hotel was close to the tram stop. Please do not be fooled by the pictures on the website as the hotel is nothing like it appears. I would not recommend. Les mer

We stayed for one night in a family room Sat 1st oct We arrived at 11pm and went to our room, it smelt musty and the matress was uncomfortable but the sheets were clean. The childrens room was ok but the toilet ceiling and extractor was covered in cobwebs, and the bin was full of rubbish. Because of the smell we had to have our windows opened all night,and […] did not get a good nights sleep because of the noise outside. The dining room was ok untill we had our "lovely breakfast" mouldy toast the host apologised and said the bread was fresh, but he should have checked it first. Hotels.com need to look into this. We will not be booking again we were very dissapointed. Les mer
"the hotel was brilliant"
the oner off this hotel should be proud of him self, lovely hotel, good breakfast, good location i would recommed this hotel to anyone.
Both Dennis and Lorraine were a lovely couple who were extremely helpful and gave us lots of very good information. We had the double room with bunk beds in the adjoining room which allowed every one to have privacy.
lovely breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts. Let down with our room which had an uncomfortable matress that rolled into the middle. Our en-suite smelt foul and had an electric shredder attached to the toilet which was so noisy we couldn't flush during the night. When we did flush it went all over the floor, probably why it smelt so bad - we had to […] keep the door shut. On the plus side the room was clean and beds changed daily. We went and looked in a vacant room which was much nicer with a proper plumbed in toilet and bed which felt firmer. We were also kept awake by a hen night who were put on the middle floor so distracted all the guests, instead of being on top out of others way. There is a shower in the hallway of the middle floor which was used noisily by guests all through the night. Would not recommend. Les mer

The place was so lovely and house-like. Very comfortable, plenty of toiletries, towels, tea, coffee, biscuits in the room. It was much nicer than the standard hotel, and much more welcoming as it was more like a proper home bedroom than a hotel. I was delighted, as it far exceeded my expectations. "The Sefton Hotel - Perfect for a break away"
We stayed here on a Thursday and Friay night and couldn't have been happier. The owners were very friendly and gave us local information as and when we needed to know something. We went during the illuminations season, which added to the atmosphere. The included breakfast was great. Full english with tea and toast as well as the offer of cereal. Nice […] dining room and the bedroom was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Tram stop is less than 2 minutes walk away and the the tower and central pier are only a 5 minute tram ride. We both agreed that we'd stay there again on our next trip. Les mer
