Very nice find for one night as we drove back to Western New York from Florida. Very convenient to the interstate, rooms large and comfortable, nice continental breakfast included, and there were at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. Location in shopping plaza not very picturesque but couldn't beat it for our purpose. Would definitely stay […] there again. Les mer

The hotel was just off the interstate but it is located in a shopping area that made it feel like you were in the suburbs. Outback Steakhouse, Carraba's (had an excellent meal), and Draft House Cinemas (serve you dinner at your movie seat) are all in the same parking area. An Aldi market, McDonald's (if you have to), gas station, and best of all a Bloop […] (frozen yogurt self-serve emporium, like 16 Handles) are also right next door. We didn't even drive our car around the parking lot of these places, just walked from one to the other. The hotel pool/jacuzzi were really nice, the staff super friendly and helpful (they even had eggs from the Easter Bunny on Easter morning!), and breakfast was great. My daughter says "very family friendly and I felt like I was in my own home." Les mer

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Breakfast was over the top. Would stay here again for sure. Probably the best breakfast I have seen in a hotel as far as selection.

My husband and I took a leisurely weekend and found this hotel an excellent stay. The service was good, rooms clean, and amenities good. We will certainly be staying here again.

It was wonderful! Loved the atmosphere, the breakfast was delicious, the kids loved the pool and we all slept really good! Can't wait to go back!

Nice hot breakfast with coffee available 24/7. Homey plate of cookies by door. Staff very helpful.

Water was not very hot in the shower...was scheduled to stay 3 nights but did not clean room on day two....other than that hotel was excellent. Room was great, comfortable, gave extra pillows and blanket. Hotel was close to stores and restaurants.

This was a very nice & clean hotel...I made the res about an hour B4 we got there on my phone and the check in form was waiting on the counter with a pen...good service ! I will seek out this chain when traveling again !

Good but disappointing the pool was not open. We selected this hotel because they had an indoor pool.

I had no idea what to expect. I booked the hotel because it was a convenient place to sleep overnight on a drive from GA to NY. The hotel is strangely located among lots of businesses but nicely decorated and comfortable. It's not a 5-star hotel but if you want a nice place to stay, especially with a family, the pool, books, fresh cookies and coffee/tea […] all night and day make for a pleasant stay. Les mer

Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good. It's located in a mall area so that's a slight negative as well as it being right off I-81. But staff was very nice and room was very clean.

My family and I stayed at this location while on an extended drive to the northeast US. It is a very nice place with extremely good service. We will use this location in the future.

hotel address is not on GPS so we had to call for directions, otherwise no issues at all. Good spot to stay, good breakfast.

It was only an overnight stay, but we appreciated the friendliness of the employees, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the amenities offered. Next time we'll bring our bathing suits!

Let's face it - a room is a room. You have an expectation that you will get a nice, well-appointed, clean room. And you get that here. What sets this hotel apart are the people. From the front desk to housekeeping, every time I saw an employee, I was greeted, asked if I needed anything, and if I was enjoying my stay. The breakfast nook had real plates […] and flatware. I liked that they had salsa and cheese for my scrambled eggs. And peach juice? Lovely. Situated next to the Alamo Draft House (movie theatre, for those unfamiliar), and within walking distance to an Outback and a Carrabba's, makes it the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. Les mer

I stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. It was a beautiful hotel very clean and the rooms were so nice. I will for sure stay there again and breakfast was awesome!!!

Everything was great from the room, the fitness center and the great breakfast...we love to stay in this hotel chain as we travel the east coast

This Country Inn and Suites is a new hotel, but the air conditioning units are very noisy and come on and go off waking us up all night, so we just had to turn it off. Older A/C units allow a "Fan Only" selection that maintains white noise, but these do not. I probably would not stay here again.

When we arrived about 8:30 PM there was no parking available. After abt 10 mins a car left. Desk clerk explained that there was a meeting and aerobics class. All hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits in addition to the normal items. Our room was large and very clean. Really liked the appearance of the exterior. Reception area clean and appealing. Rooms are large,comfortable bed and lots of towels. Breakfast had a good variety. We would have been happier if the breakfast area opened at 6:30am as we like to be on the road by 7am. Would stay there again. Reasonable price for the room.

Everything you need in a stop over. Clean, convenient, close to restaurants. Love the free cookies and 24-hour coffee/tea service in the lobby. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Stayed two nights with extended family for a reunion. Was pleased overall with the hotel. Beds were comfortable, plenty of floor space in room. Could have used more space for hanging up clothes, and walls were a bit thin. Free breakfast offered more choices than most, with omelets, waffles and chicken and really good coffee.

Pets welcome. The suite was very. Clean and roomy. Outback delivers, your dog can have steak with you. Staff. Was friendly and helpful. Real plates, bowls, and glasses at breakfast. No styrofoam.
