SPM - Blue Tree Resorts - Orlando

Nice hotel, works best for families.

I've stayed at this resort several times, and I'm always returning. Tip, just make sure you choose Spm not the west gate resort side of it. They are 2 different management. I prefer Spm blue tree resort. Hope I enjoy it.

Attractive surroundings, convenient, comfortable, clean, priced right. My only complaints are a very bad mattress, some dead electrical outlets and quirky TV cable in one of the bedrooms.

Absolutely great hotel, probably best I've ever stated in. Super clean. Had anything you could think of, pots, toaster, blender, washer and dryer. Very nice. First hotel I've ever stayed in that had real towels not ones for a 5 year old. The hotel is right around the corner from ton of restaurants and only 5 minutes from Seaworld and Discovery Cove. […] I was very pleased and will stay again for sure Les mer

My husband and I chose this resort for the location and complimentary shuttle service to the Disney parks. We used the shuttle service for one day and was good except for arriving 20 min. late to the resort. The complex has undergone extensive renovation and the grounds were well kept along with the 4 pools. The staff was courteous and responsive when […] we had questions. We stayed in a one bedroom villa and was adequate for our needs. I wouldn't recommend a family of four to stay in this size of villa. The only criticisms are the noise we encountered from the AC units from right outside our balcony and the outdated light fixture in the bathroom which gave off low light. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back. Les mer

SPM Blue Tree Resorts villas were roomy, clean, and had all the comforts of home, with a resort feel. There were plenty of amenities, and scheduled activities to keep everyone busy. Our family will definitely stay there again, when returning to the Orlando area. It was conveniently located to shopping, dining, and all most all major attractions!

Great hotel with good sized rooms for families. It's has two heard pools that are a delight to swim in a hot tub that turns your skin pink it's so cosy and another pool if you are feeling brave that is not heated. On site facilities are good with basketball court tennis court and puttiing. We loved this hotel for the location. It's not often in Orlando […] you can leave your car and walk to a bar or restaurant, but this hotel allows you to do just that! The miller Ale House is a ten min walk, there is an olive Garden and an amazing Mexican! There many many more restaurants to choose from. Premium Outlets is only 5 mins away in the car and we walked to Downtown Disney a pleasant 20min stroll after a hearty meal. Coming home from Downtown was a Taxi for $9. This is a clean tidy well positioned hotel away from the motorway so no noise disturbance at night. Les mer

Bed was terrible, changed rooms, bed still terrible

well they advertise the room has a queen size bed when in fact it is only a full size and the mattress is one of the worst I have ever slept on,other wise everything else was great

Excellent resprt, very clean and in a great location, staff were brilliant and really looked after us. the 2 bed was a really good size and had a great kitchen, the grounds were spotless and i would defo recommend to anyone wanting to stay there

A great spot for relaxation in the midst of all the activities you could possibly want. 30 or so restaurants, numerous shops, a grocery store and a liquor store all within a 2 minute drive. The accommodations were great. Just be sure to bring some coffee and fluids for the fridge. The fully furnished kitchens are a treat.

Not bad, clean, freshly retrofitted but air conditioning was far from perfection

The location of this hotel is in the middle of everything. The beds were super soft haven't had a good nights rest like that in a while. The front desk staff was plesent and was able to take care of my issues fast and efficient. My overall stay at this hotel was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Went to Orlando with a couple of friends to run a marathon and Blue Tree was one of the more affordable options. We spent 2 nights at this hotel and were looking for something close to the marathon location and also restaurants and the like. Our expectations were blown out of the water with the 2 bedroom condo we rented. Very comfortable, 3 televisions, […] full living room, 2 bath and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. We almost extended our stay just to enjoy the room for another day! Les mer

At SPM during off peak season, it is best to book the lowest grade room you can find, then neog. an upgrade for a min. amount of money when you get there. I stay at the Blue Tree on a regular basis. This works almost every time. The only 2 things you need to watch out for is them returning your $50 deposit, and making sure that you are out by 10am. […] Which is way too early of a check out, but that is the way it goes. The Blue Tree has a wonderful location. It is close to the grocery store, liquor store, and more shopiing and restaurants then you can imagine. The facility has great pools and activities to do. Just remember that they do not do room service and restock anything during your stay. So go to the store and get your morning coffee to brew. Les mer

My husband and I stayed here for the wkend. Location is great (across the street from conveinent store and numerous restuarants). Price was great, plenty of parking spaces, safe location. We had a suite with a kitchen which we rarely used, but if we needed to, it was generously stocked with cups, dishes, pans, and servingware. Staff was very friendly […] and lots of activities available. Only two areas in need of changes would be check-out is at 10am (a little too early, especially after a long night in the parks) and the swimming pools closed at 10pm (too early!). Overall great hotel for a wkend getaway (suites also available with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and pull out couch). Les mer

This hotel was a great place to stay at if you had a budget that you could not exceed. Very close and convienient.

Hotel is very close to disney and a few restaurants. Rooms were very clean and neat with refrigerator, couches, large TV, balcony with great view, hot tub, pool, no hassles, good area between universal and disney

We had a great time at this hotel. It is an old apartment complex built in the 80s, and feels as such with the popcorn low ceilings. They did remodel the rooms and put kind of up to date furniture in. However, for what you pay and get..you can't beat it. We were at another catered apt, which was about twice the price. We like SPM better, as the kitchen […] was more equipped and the 4 pools were clean and fun. (two are heated) We have a 3 yr old, so she enjoyed the kids room. The kids room could stand some new toys. A few were broken/not complete. The activity director was great. They had a new ellipitical and universal. Game room was nice too. Remember to buy some syrup at Winn-Dixie for the free pancake mix they wiil give you. Would def stay here again. Les mer

The location of the resort was great! Few minutes from disney and lots of restaurants! The outside grounds and maintenance were very nice! Too bad this was not a reflection of the inside rooms. It was a bit disappointing and from the pictures I thought they would be a little bigger. Also the major factor that makes or breaks it for me is CLEANLINESS […] and upkeep! The rooms need some upgrading and should definately be cleaned better. The rooms are sooo old! But it was not bad for the price and like the saying goes you get what you pay for! Les mer

Five friends went for a Labor Day weekend mini-vacation. We were more than happy with our experience, especially with the excellent rate of the room! Not a 5-Star joint, but we were very pleased! Spacious and comfy... perfect for us!

And thats exactly how it felt. It was very close to restaurants and the interstate so besides the traffic, it was easy to get around. The beds could have been more comfortable, but overall it was very nice to have our own kitchen and dining room table and even washer and dryer. There are also three pools and mini golf. I was pleasantly surprised when we entered the room. It was clean and looked very nice with separate eating area, kitchen etc. What I did notice after a while is that the decor could do with a bit of an update, which they are doing in a lot of the rooms. I did enjoy our stay though.

Very nice and large room. Got to the resort and did not have me on their list. Originally paid for 1 bedroom but they gave me a 2 bedroom. Very close to downtown Disney.

take a very close look at the swimming pool photo very misleading. Hotel was't in a good area and to much traffic hard to get in and out of hotel. Staff wasn't freindly. Not a good experince.

This hotel was great. The staff and the overall condition and quality of the room for the price we paid was excellent. We didn' t expect what we got for what we paid. Will definately stay again!

The hotel was great. Our room was very clean and had everything you needed to cook. We were there for 10 days and had a great time. There are plenty of pools and stuff for the kids to do. The people working there could be a little nicer. There are two companies that run the hotel and neither want to help the customers that are staying in the other ones […] rooms. This was a very good resort. The room was very neat and clean. My boyfriend and I would have never thought that the room would have looked the way it did. Although I have stayed at other resorts, this was my boyfriends first time and he liked it alot. It was a home away from home. I would definitely stay there again.

Check-in staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and spacious. I was surprised to see a washer and dryer in our room as my husband left his shirts at our friend's house. We went out and bought breakfast food for two mornings since there was a fully-equipped kitchen. On the second morning as my husband was preparing to cook breaksfast, he discovered […] that the refrigerator was not working. We threw away the eggs, sausage, etc. At check-out, he told the staff about the refrigerator. The guy just asked what room number and said nothing else. Thought an apology or something after I told them I had to throw away the food. Check-out is way too early. Les mer

Hotel was very nice. Had lots of room and the price was fantastic. The only thing was that the beds were a bit overly firm. Other than that there are no complaints.

The room was a good value and comfortable.

I stayed at this resort for 4 days and 3 nights with my boyfriend and child in a 1 bedroom suite. The place was very relaxing, clean and comfortable. The bed room is very small and is really low. It has a balcony in the room, a small flat screen tv and washer and dyer in the walk-in closet. During my stay here i went to the pool and 20 min. of having […] fun it poured down raining. My whole stay in orlando it rained. I did enjoy the arcade it had at the resort which was lots of fun. There are lots of activities for kids to enjoyed to stay busy. My husband and I stayed here only for 1 night, mostly because it was very affordable. Once we got there, I was suprised to see that it was just like an apartment complex. The room we had was like a 1 bedroom apartment. It was very clean and was like a home away from home. While we were reading through the activites book, they had many different activites […] for free that they offer. They were having a BBQ the day we were leaving. I will def stay there again, especially when I plan on staying there for more than just a day. I recommend this resort to anyone. Les mer

Great resort. Good for kids. 3 different, small, pools. No room service unless you stay longer than 11 days.

From the beginning to the end of our stay I would have to say that this was one of the best experiences that we have had as a family. With a teenage son and a 16 month old daughter, it was very fulfilling, relaxing, and an overall long-lasting memory. The Hotel service was extremely helpful and courteous at all times. They go out of their way to assist […] in your vacation experience. The condition of the hotel was a bit outdated, but for the price we paid, it was overall pleasant. The landscaping is gorgeous and they are in the process of renovating several sections of the resort which looks to be to a large extent modernized. I recommend anyone who is going to stay multiple nights to take the plunge in one of their 4 swimming pools, and the use their amenities. An overall relaxing experience and we challenge you to make an effort to see what SPM Blue Tree Resort has to offer. Les mer

Fomos muito bem atendido na recepção do hotel. A funcionária Leticia é excelente, super simpatica, explica tudo sobre a cidade, fala portugues. Aprovado esse hotel!
