Vi sjekket inn 12.januar og var der i 10 netter. Perfekt beliggenhet rett ved stranda. To bassenger med hvor det ene har bassengbar, også helt perfekt. Helt utrolig sjarmerende og flink betjening. Stille og rolig på kvelden. Glimrende utgangspunkt for rundturer. Vi anbefaler all inclusive. Hotellet anbefales på det sterkeste!

Great hotel with everthing you could require in service, hospitality, food, and quiet location. Not a location for the young party crowd but excellent for those requiring a bit of relaxation. This hotel is an older type and naturally has ongoing maintenance issues. In saying that all complaints were rectified very quickly and with the least inconvenience […] to guests. We recommend to pay a little more for the seaview rooms as they do look out over the sea and the pools. The food is second to none in the hotel restaurants and a very good breakfast with heaps of variety in hot and cold food. Five minute walk to a mini mart and local shops and eating places. Most places are clean and we did not get any stomach problems from any eating places either in or our of the hotel. Taxis are cheap and driver and car for the day are available in the hotel foyer. Our group of 6 people had a late model A/C people mover, driver and a guide for 8 hours for a very reasonable price. We found the heat and humidity hard but then again we were there in early February, the wet season. The Balinese people are lovely natured and friendly and that was a great thing to experience. Breakfast selection was great and yummy food. If you dont feel like leaving the hotel you can survive with having lunch, dinner and breakfast here, as we did on the first day after the long flight in. We joined the full moon balinese buffet night where we could have full seafood buffet and watch the traditional balinese band, the singer and dancer performing […] on stage. it was great experience and it was good value. Beach area was quiet and cleaner compared to other hotel. it was fun hiring the bike to go along the beachfront. Everyone was helpful. Sanur Beach is a real gem. Exceeded my expectations. A spiritual feeling in a well maintained hotel with lush surroundings. The greatest pools, the nicest staff, great breakfasts, comfortable rooms.

I stayed at the Sanur Beach Hotel over the Christmas 2011 break, for 6 nights. Having stayed at surrounding Sanur hotels, I decided to stay here this time, instead of my usual lodgings at the Hyatt and Mercure. I had a great experience with my wife and kid. Yes, the hotel is mature/weather-worn, and the fittings could be newer, but staying here adds […] to the wonderful sensorial experience that is Bali, and the hotel could not be in a better location. What I liked? The well-equipped gym, the large and expansive grounds, the wide-vista beach-front location, the wide-range of facilities, the breakfast buffet, and of course the 5-star service. I particularly appreciated the Front Office Supervisor, Laurentius/Wisnu, who took the great care and put in the extra effort with a smile to personally locate a better facing room for me, when he found out that I was not entirely satisfied with my assigned room. He epitomises the wonderful hospitable spriit of the Balinese people! I was also touched by the great service of the shuttle bus driver, who took the initiative to circum-navigate side and country roads, to get us around traffic congestion heading into Kuta. Improvement areas - free wifi in the rooms, DVD players on loan, and some refurbishment of the room furniture and refreshing items on the buffet breakfast menu, particularly for longer staying guests. Good hotel. The spa is excellent, great range of massages. Swim pools are good. Clean hotel, the staff are very very friendly and obliging. Breakfast buffet is really good. CONS: Wifi only at the restaurant and that was fairly poor to be honest, however wifi was slow in most cafes, bars in Bali. None of the bars or restaurants had any decent coffee

We were delighted with our stay at Sanur Beach Hotel. The service was efficient and friendly, the room very comfortable and we had a nice view of the garden. Due to my late departure, I requested for late check-out and was told the latest time is 2pm. On my final day, my family were locked-out of the room after noon time. We had to proceed to front desk to re-validate our card key. The hourly shuttle van was hot and stuffy and crampy for a hotel with over 400 rooms. There were simply insufficient seats […] during peak hours. I had a brand new 7 seater MPV for my stay in Umalas hotel with 50 over rooms. The beach was dirty and badly maintained. Stray dogs were everywhere and even pooed at the beaches. Les mer

We already filled in the feedback form located in the room, mentioning the need for a top sheet as all guests would become sweaty under just a doona,which is not healthy. i wonder how often the dooner inner is washed?

We stayed here for 2 nights, very impressed with the breakfast and the nice swimming pools. Location is a bit off from the centre, shuttle to centre provided but is just a small van that we can't get in at dinner time. Anyway, taxi to the centre is just IDR20,000. Hotel room is clean and tidy, enjoy the stay and will come back again.

The outside and surrounding grounds are nice enough but the rooms need an overhaul. After 20 minutes checking in at a different rate than promised, the front desk, sent me to the room, My bag was carried, and I tipped. As I unpacked, I got a call saying that they gave me the wrong room and I would have to switch. Not that I planned to watch TV in […] Bali but the old fashioned model that was sitting there (you know a picture tube) was a clue to the quality and upkeep of the room. The shower shot out like a fire hose and the pipes sang like an out of tune chorus. Everything just looked old and dated. I was willing to suck it up, but my friend's wife was having no part of it and they found a wonderful place a few doors down called the Kamuela. This was the worse check in experience. No service on arrival, front desk a mess, no booked and paid room available at 2pm, given a room with someone in it, left in the corridor while a room was found. Disgraceful. No room to sit by the pool, not given a towel card at front desk, pool full of beer-drinking louts who had their bottles IN the pool.

This our second stay and if I was coming for a quiet getaway in Bali this would be the place. Convenient location in Sanur makes it easy to walk out to many resturants the best in Sanur are Flapjacks for western style and Apa Kalear for the Balinese dining experience, they even offer free transport to and from the resturant in the Sanur area. The hotel […] offers free western style breakfast bar (eggs, bacon, french toast, pancakes etc) with fried rice or noodles. Also had a Mongolian BBQ night, a Brazilian style dining night and a Balinese dance show with a buffet on Saturdays. 2 huge swimming pools and a convenient location on the beach with activities such as jet skis, para sailing and snorkeling make this an execellant value. We found this hotel to be just ok. The two guys on reception checking in guests were the slowest staff in the world! For what should be a simple process there were queues of people waiting to check in and two staff trying to meet everyone's needs. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and were asked to sit and wait while they checked on the progress. […] 30 mins later we checked, still no update, so we decided to go for a walk to kill time. Finally we received our key, then walked in to someone else's occupied room! We were then moved to a vacant room. Staff were ok. Breakfast was ok. The beach and pool areas were lovely. The street outside was the best for dinner and we found the nearby beach restaurants the best for lunches. THis hotel is one of the oldest hotel in Bali. I was here once like 20 or so years ago. This hotel has a nice location in Sanur. It has lots of shops and dining in the surrounding area. These shops are not as crowded as those in Kuta though, so to me it was actually better so I didnt have to fight thru all the traffice just like in KUTA area. It also […] has its own beach and pools for those who likes to swim or having sun tan. The room is kinda traditional while the furnitures are not that new, but still relatively well maintained. Overall, This hotel is a value hotel for those who wants a hotel that has relatively complete features (4-5 star hotel???) along with relatively cheap price for stay. We had a nice stay. Great poolares and close to beach.

Hotel Sasnur Beach more than met my expectations. I found the room large, clean and comfortable with a door to a lovely reasonably spacious balcony overlooking the garden area. Breakfast offered cereals, frsh fruit, continental and fully cooked options and as much as one could want. Staff were attentive and responded with reasonably quick efficiency […] ( not often found). The shuttle service to the Supermarket was handy even if not requiring the supermarket, it still took you to the centre of Sanur and operated late enough to enjoy a meal right in town with transport back. For those who enjoy walking, it is a pleasant 20 min walk to the middle of Sanur either by way of the shops on the main road or the paved footway following the beach. In all it offers almost everything you need, depite being at one end of Sanur. Les mer

This hotel was actually an alternative place to stay for us since our usual choice was all booked. I have to say that it was a very good choice--clean, good service, good location and friendly staff. It was also good value for the standard of hotel that it is. Just be careful of the very dodgy money changers across the street.

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, great value for money. Large Hotel, clean and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. We couldnt really fault the Hotel, only recommendation would be to stay in a "beach view" room instead of "Garden view".We stayed in a garden view room which was located down one side of the hotel so not a lot to look at […] from the balcony. We will definately stay at this hotel again and pay a little bit extra for the "beach view". My husband and I spent 1 week here. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The location is good as a starting point for any tours north of Denpasar. Facilities of the hotel are good, several choices of restaurants within the hotel grounds and outside as well. Buffet breakfast is good, with many choices. Has a mixture of asian and western […] choices. The pools and gardens are lovely and beautifully clean. Our room was good and all rooms have balcony. As always plenty of taxi's and drivers available for transport and the local Bemo route is easily accessed to go to Denpasar or up and down the length of Sanur Beach area. This hotel was good in almost all aspects. The staff were especially helpful. My only gripe is the condition of the room. Whilst functional, it was in need of a revamp, it looks worn. The situation was the same when I stayed 15 years ago.

My husband and I first visit to Bali enjoyed our stay at the hotel, our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel and the staff were great, just found the room wasn't very clean, only minor things such as dust behind the tv,also along all the skirting boards. We were looking for a power point to recharge mobile phone, and that was how we noticed. Also I put coffee in our cups to have a drink, but changed our minds before adding the water and went out, […] when we came back our room had been cleaned, but our cups were put back on the cupboard with the coffee still in them. The only power point that worked was the tv one. The position of the hotel was perfect, and the food was excellent. On our last night we went to the bar that had live music playing, it was absolutely fantastic. The young girl singing was named Jasmine and her off-sider was Eddie playing the music. Eddy also sang and was great too. Jasmine is deffinetly a star in the making, she could sing anything. We got their email address from them but our emails keep being returned, so obviously wrote it down wrong. Highly recommend this Hotel! Les mer

Hotel Sanur Beach is approximately 20-30mins drive from the airport, very convenient. It's not too close to the city thus it's quieter & calm, ideally great for those who enjoys a peaceful & a relax holiday. One of the best things about Hotel Sanur Beach is it's location, just beside the beach thus when you have your morning buffet breakfast, you're […] greeted by the beach & just when you feel like walking to the beach, it's right there. At night, you may also take a stroll down the beach - access to it is so easy & safe. You don't have to worry about safety at all. If you take a 5-10mins walk outside, you'll find a row of restaurants, convenient shops, etc. You can enjoy happy hours for drinks & food. It's not the cheapest in Bali but affordable. Suggest if you stay at the hotel for a few days, 1-2 days at the beach is good but 3-4 day onwards you may want to rent a taxi/tour guide that costs only IDR350,000 to IDR400,000 for a whole day tour to see many wonderful places in Bali~ For the food in the hotel. Breakfast is AWESOME as they serve one of the best coffees (MUST try), I drank 3 cups each morning! And also, I love their pork bacons. For dinner, you may opt to dine-in where they have various local performances - quite entertaining but not too cheap either, pretty stiff but you get good local food+ambient+performance. There are also two swimming pools so it's great, I recommend the larger one cause it's relatively nicer. The least I like about the hotel is the room, I took a Superior room hence it's one of the lowest rate. Although it's 100% clean, it's a little small for my liking, and there's no flat screen and plug adaptors have to be requested not provided. I would definitely go back to Hotel Sanur Beach, it's not too cheap nor too expensive but I just love to be so close to the beach :) Les mer

Excellent well run and attractive hotel with lots of good eating places nearby. I changed some money at the money changers across the road from the hotel entrance, well aware to be careful. The money was counted out by a nice young woman with my wife and I watching. I checked it twice to make sure it was right. The nice young woman then picked it up, […] put a rubber band around it and handed it to me with a smile. When my wife and I got back to the room I checked it again and was astounded to find that 600,000 rp. ($70) was missing. How she did it I can't imagine but she must be a magician. When I went back she had disappeared along with her board and of course the man there knew nothing. After that I learned that there is a bank in the hotel lobby which gives a lower rate but doesn't rob you. Be careful and enjoy your stay. Les mer

Great location with good places to eat and see close by. Good service and nice rooms. A few issues with noise as they updated the rooms nearby. If you want to be close to the beach this is a great location.

Good points: * Very friendly helpful staff * Beautiful grounds * Clean spacious rooms * Easy to get taxis at any time * Close to South Sanur restaurants, shops and beach Bad points: * Buffet breakfast disappointing in variety (no pancakes) and quality for such a good hotel. * Room Service ends at 10pm - very early for such a good hotel. * Bamboo Bar […] has very expensive margaritas, the dearest we found during our holiday. We loved this resort. On our walks, we saw many others but Hotel Sanur Beach looks like the best. The pool was fantastic, as was the beach, gym, and restaurant. Everyone taht worked there was so friendly, smiling and helpful. We liked the location at the end of the 4km path along the berach as it was more quiet and less commercial. We stayed here for 3 nights and at 2 other hotels for same length of time. We enjoyed this hotel as it was within a quiet location, but easy 'to escape' to local shops and restaurants as required. The 2 huge swimming pools and also being on the beach, allowed for any option of relaxation or exertion. The food was in line with such hotel and enjoyable […] and the service level and friendliness overall was first class.The 'happy hour' at the beach side bar was a great meeting point and led to lots of conversations and friendships.Overall we enjoyed our stay Les mer

Thou we didn't spent much time in the hotel as we did long tours around the island i have to say our stay was pleasant. The hotel is bit oldish but rooms are clean. (During day time they are quietly renovating the hotel rooms) Beds are comfortable Shower had nice pressure and lasting hot water. Pools were well cleaned every morning. Beach very near […] by - few sellers might bother you but overall ok, cleaned every morning. Plenty of activities offered at the hotel. Dinner buffets with entertainment - reasonable price for food, drinks are pricey. Good locations to go around Bali - you can avoid the traffic around Kuta. Im not a party animal so for me the area and the hotel were good and peacefull enough. Les mer

Troligen det bästa alternativet på den här stranden. Tyvärr håller nog ingen bättre overall än detta hotell, men det är ändå inte bra. Hotellet är slitet, de har renoverat det som är billigt, som att måla rummen, men badrummen är nog 20 år gamla, man ser att de bytt det nödvändigaste. Dåligt underhåll på poolen, och grodor som gärna badar i den. Och […] att de inte har ett system på solstolarna är skandal. Alla solstolar är upptagna 7 på morgonen men ingen dyker upp förs än 11, väldigt trist!! Balis standard är väldigt låg, facilitets mässingt? Mitt tips är: åk någon annanstans, Thailand eller Brasilien. Du får mer för pengarna! Les mer

Stort hotel med perfekt läge på stranden, dock lite slitet Ibsen byggnad vi bodde i (delux) rum med gardenview. Detta rum är sämre än de billigare superior rummen, pga att de billigare rummen är nyare och modernare inredda. Delux rummet var väldigt dåligt ljudisolerat ochrekommenderas verkligen inte. Väldigt bra hotell, mycket bra läge i Sanur. Mycket trevlig personal. A/C fungerar väldigt bra och två stora pooler samt stranden framför hotellet. Tre olika restauranger i hotellområdet.

Fint och trevligt. Frukostbuffén hade många valmöjligheter. Stort och ganska opersonligt hotell, men bra. Trevliga små restauranger längs strandpromenaden. Försäljarna på strandpromenaden för påstridiga. Handla hellre uppe på huvudgatan!

Wir verbrachten schöne Familienferien im Sanur Beach Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels finde ich sehr gut. Es liegt direkt am Strand, viele Strandrestaurants und auch der Ort selber sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Gartenanlage ist zwar nicht eben üppig aber schön gepflegt. Die Gebäude/Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Mobiliar sollte dringendst ausgewechselt […] werden (dies wurde leider nur in einem Teil der Anlage gemacht und nicht in jenem wo wir untergebracht waren). Der Service ist soweit ok, die Rezeption selber ist aber sehr betriebsam und vorallem wenn die Flugzeugbesatzung ankommt/bzw. auscheckt muss man als "normaler" Gast sehr lange warten. Nach Sanur Beach (Ort) würden wir sofort wieder verreisen, jedoch würden wir ein anderes Hotel wählen. Les mer

デラックスシービューに宿泊。リノベーションも済んでおり、所々古さはあるものの問題なし。プールが広く快適。シャトルバス利用で移動も便利。近隣にはレストランもローカルな食堂も充実している。サヌールハイアットに比べるとスタッフの質、朝食の内容が少々落ちる程度。
