"Every stay has been a good stay"
the price is about 10-15 bucks higher than it should be, but the quality of the service, the room cleanliness and bathroom and size of the room are great, i stay in a hotel room every other week and i wish more hotels would keep their's like this one
The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good but could have had more variety from day to day

Clean room, dated decor. No flat panel TV - really? Ice maker broke, spilling water on contents. Front dest attentant nice enough to get me ice. Overall fair stay, just not a great stay.
Great location for visiting Wall-Mart HQ.

I had never heard of Simmon's Suites but based on the reviews I read, decided to make reservations there rather than the Double Tree Hotel which was recommended by friends. The hotel and location worked out perfectly for us! Our room was great and spotlessly clean. We loved the larger than ususal bathroom with no tub but a great shower. We were less […] than five minutes from the museum which was the purpose of our trip and about five minutes from the downtown area. If we decide to visit the museum again, we will definitely rebook here. Les mer

I was extremely pleased with the courteous staff, the room and the entire hotel. I was only there on business for one night but I travel to Northwest Arkansas frequently and will be staying here from now on. BEAUTIFUL PLACE!
"Fabulous place for families"
My husband booked our room based on the good reviews he read online. This was, by far, the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The entire suite was spacious and comfortable. We have two children, one is a 4 month old. Having the kitchenette sink and refrigerator was invaluable since we were making/washing bottles several times a day. Another thing that […] saved my sanity was the guest laundry service. I was able to wash clothes every day, sometimes twice a day if needed. Our older child loved the swimming pool. The fitness room had nice looking equipment, but we didn't use any of it. The staff was very friendly and the location was ideal for our trips to The Crystal Bridges Museum. I would recommend Simmons Suites to anyone visiting the Bentonville/Rogers area. Les mer

Recently my sister and I visited our home town. We were lucky enough to pick the Simmons Hotel from information on the internet. Our stay was very relaxing after spending the day with our relatives and visiting some highlights in the area.

Very attractive room rate. About 1/2 of Courtyard. Room was large, comfortable. Kitchen facilities. The business center was great for business on the road. Breakfast in the a.m. Pub open in the evening. Nice pool and spa. Massage available on site. Just a great experience!

"rooms too dark !"
the hotel was great = nice pool and good breakfast - but the rooms were extremely and morbidly dark - two lamps with low wattage and dark brown shades ! Also the bed were nice, but extremely high and my 90 year old mother had to crawl in using a stool. I could barley get in without jumping or crawling. Felt like the "Princess and the Pea" !

"Simmons Suites - Bentonville"
Very nice place, new, clean, great price. Kids loved the indoor pool and dining and shopping were just a couple exits down the highway. Only negative was we found a couple of dirty spots on our sheets. Will definitely stay here again and hope the spots are gone.

"Great hotel, better value"
Very comfortable bed, very clean. For what we paid a tremendous value. This will be our go-to hotel for Bentonville going forward, unless they significantly raise their prices. The only thing that wasn't great was the breakfast. It wasn't bad, but compared to the great room and clean hotel, the breakfast was good, not great.

We come to Bella Vista, Arkansas almost every year to visit family, and since discovering Simmons Suites, it's the only place we ever stay. We travel a lot and have found similar hotels costing triple, or more. Simmons Suites is very clean, modern and quiet. There is a simple but nice breakfast in the mornings where almost anyone can find something […] to eat. (I'm vegan and had toast w/PB and fresh fruit each morning.) My husband loves the Waffle Maker! Because it's just my husband and I, we always get a King-room. The bed is always fresh and very comfortable. The TVs are up-to-date (i.e. flat screen) and easy to operate. The free wifi is a great bonus. We also love the fridge and microwave because we commonly buy cases of water and microwave popcorn to snack on in the room. They also have a book exchange in the lobby where you can trade your read for a new one - great for travelers who've finished a book and want to pick up a new one! It's right off of 71 with a gas station a block or so away. My parents (who live in Bella Vista) also said that the nearby River Grille is also excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels very safe. Overall, I give Simmons 5 stars because we've yet to have a single problem with it. Les mer

We were extremely pleased, the Hotel looks brand new, everything clean and extremely nice. Friendly staff and good breakfast bar. Only 5 minutes from the Crystal Bridges museum, which was our destination.

Our destination was the Crystal Bridges Art Museum and we found the Simmons Suites to be very convenient. The evening staff was helpful in finding a restaurant that was serving on a Sunday evening. The morning staff gave us info on the Thorncrown Chapel near Eureka Springs and recommended that we visit the Walmart museum. All good ideas. This place is awesome! Beautiful, clean, convenient, friendly staff, full breakfast, laundry. We spent 4 nights while attending Bella Vista craft fair, and it was perfect. Highly recommend it, and will stay here again next year!

This hotel was nice, clean, new and had a great free breakfast - waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, etc. I think anyone would be happy to stay there. The staff was kind enough to give us a room far away from some noisy high school students, so it was peaceful and quiet.

hotel was fine...ONCE I FINALLY FOUND IT at 10 pm in the dark. The cars stack up over the only access road I could find. When cars are at the light you can't see the road in the dark. They need to tell you how to get into it on their website.
The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!!!

Nice hotel, with friendly staff and decent breakfast. No complaints. Note that if you're looking for ice, you have to wait hours for the icemaker in your room. Fun 'mall' area about 5 miles away - great for shopping and eating.
