During the 3 days of our stay we had no room service whatsoever. Not even the garbage can was emptied.

When we arrived we discovered that we were not in the same building as the hot tub - Thankfully, the young lady at the desk accommodated us with an up-graded room in the same building for a little extra. It was great and we were very happy for the 3 nights that we booked it. The Travellodge was handy to everywhere we needed to get to by car - and even […] if you did not want to use the car, the Mall and restaraunts were easy to walk to. We had not been to Kalispell for over 30 years and found that the city has grown considerably but one thing is still there - friendly people and excellent service not only at the Travellodge but everywhere. "Travelodge Kalispell"
An older motel, but with recent renovations. The hot breakfast is really a continental breakfast, but the price was very affordable. The jacuzzi was welcome after being awake for 25 hours. The hallway had a bit of stained carpet, but the room was very clean.
"Bad odor"
Hotel room had an smell that cause asthma and congestion. The room was clean but an odor was present and it cause health issues for me. The internet was on and off called five times but didn't resolve the problem. My sister room on first floor had no issues with odor or internet.

So we stayed in kalispell for 2 night and to be fair hotel location was very good for us. Breakfast it says hot breakfast but other then toaster their nothing hot :) Our room was little smelling and from the smoking rooms we were getting some smoke smell as well.But over all room was comfortable and it was okay for us. "Travelodge Kalispell-central location"
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful on this trip. The lobby had fresh coffee all day long with a continental breakfast laid out in the morning. The hotel only provides the "bear essentials" for toiletries, which means shampoo and a bar of soap- no conditioner. The room came with a small coffee maker and hair dryer. The first night we only had […] one coffee basket, the second night there were two baskets left. The hair dryer smelt like it was seconds away from bursting into flames. The clock radio worked, the TV worked though the reception was terrible. No phone book, and directions on how to use the phone to call out or reach the front desk were hard to find. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked. The bathroom looked clean, except for the used bar of soap on the floor behind the toilet bowl. The shower head was positioned low on the wall, making hair washing difficult. The carpet of our room was filthy, we made the mistake of walking across it in bare feet and it turned our feet black. The hotel is within walking distance of Walgreens, the Asian Buffet, the Kalispell Center mall and several fast food places. I've stayed in worse places, but there is better value out there for your buck then this place. Les mer

Room had safe, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and coffee pot. Not extremely comfortable, but for the price I am not complaining. I would definately stay there again. Parking was an issue at times. Lot was completely full when I arrived and had to park out on street. Hotel staff courteous, but you could tell they were over-worked and stressed out. Too […] many people in hotel for me even to consider trying their breakfest, but from looking at the breakfest room I would summise it was adequate. "Family Vacation"
Stayed at the Travelodge Kalispell with my husband and 2 young children. Perfect for a busy family. The beds were comfortable. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which was perfect for us. Only funny thing was the sign out front the hotel said "hot" breakfast included and the only thing hot was the toast. I was prepared for a typical continental […] because that is what was on our original booking. One of the busiest weekends of the summer and they ran out of a number of the foods the one morning but there was still plenty when we got there. Les mer

This hotel needs some serious updating! We were in a non smoking room, but it smelled of smoke everyday because the carpet is so old. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear everyone around you!

*bed was horrible and worn out. If mattresses had been upgraded then this room was missed. *air-conditioning didn't work *Advertised HOT BREAKFAST. Not so much! When questioned about the lack of hot breakfast we discovered that there was a toaster and a microwave and we could heat up whatever we wanted; hence a HOT BREAKFAST!

Close to the airport (15 minutes by car) Walgreen is available 24 hours (3 minutes by car) Walmart is also available 24 hours (15 minutes by car) Good access to the Glacier National Park (45 minutes by car) The staff is very friendly and the free breakfast is also very nice.
"Noisy place, but convenient"
This was not the first time I stayed here. The housekeeping leaves a little to be desired, the floor was not cleaned and the dusting was poorly done. The people above us turned on the fan in the bathroom and it sounded like a tractor running at 2am. There was no more sleeping that night. Upon check in they asked for my credit card (although I had prepaid) […] They proceeded to take a photo copy of my card. This is a VERY POOR PRACTICE. The hard drive of copy machines keeps information and when that machine is sold the information goes with it. I was extremely upset and believe this practice should be stopped immediately!!! Les mer

The Travel lodge in Kalispell Mt is an older building in a neighborhood of the same age. It has tried to keep up with the usage it gets but, maybe it needs a maintance crew as well as the housekeeping staff. When we checked in there was no shower curtain, the floor in the barhroom was coming off and smelled like mold, the shower looked like it had been […] painted, and the shower head is in your nose when showering. The toilet was not bolted to the floor well so it tiped to the side and the front window curtain fell off the rod when the hooks failed. On the good side, it has cable TV with a lot of channels, The two beds are queen size and were adequate for sleeping, and the air cond worked well. Les mer

This was a very clean comfortable place to stay while visiting friends in the area. It is also very accessible to airport within 10 miles, train station within 17 miles, and driving to Glacier National Park. A real Godsend for us when AMTRAK had to cancel our return trip to Cincinnati, OH due to flooding in North Dakota.

Travelodge Kalispel provides good value for the money. Staff was attentive and polite. Although the sign advertised a hot complimentary breakfast, only cold (but good) selections existed. we would return.

My wife and I decided to get away from the kids for an overnight trip to the States. (we live in Canada) We were only looking for a comfortable bed for the Friday evening, as we would be shopping most of Sat. The hotel was a little old, however, neat and clean. the front desk person was wonderful and very helpful. she even moved us when we found out […] we were placed on the road side of the hotel. We wanted something a little more on the quiet side, which we were given the second we realized where we were. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big and the beds were comforatable, however the energy effecient toilet backed up easily and it took a long time for the sink and shower water to get hot. Shower head was much too low!

Nothing special at all, just a very basic room and property. Beds are hard as a rock but if you're tired enough..... Stayed here for work and was the best price in the area but wouldn't stay here if on vacation or for pleasure.

It is an older hotel and could use some updating. But for the price it was fine. The breakfast that comes with the room should go later than 9AM.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Kalispell MT. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I have stayed in this same hotel afew times in the past couple of monthe and I have experience the same great quality of service and cleanliness!
