Et greit hotell hvis man ikke er opptatt av og bo i gå avstand til stranden. Var der kun en natt og det var veldig greit. Rent og fint og sentralt.Hvis jeg skulle ha bodd i Naples litt lenger ville jeg bodd litt nærmere stranden.

"Fine leiligheter og bassengområde"
Store og fine leiligheter med alt av utstyr som vaskemaskin og oppvaskmaskin. Dårlig internettforbindelse (fungerte kun i ett rom). Leie av barneseng er altfor dyrt, og vi fant ut at det ville vært vesentlig billigere å kjøpe helt ny. Ellers et trivelig og trygt sted med god service. Kort avstand til sentrum med godt utvalg av spisesteder.

Vi bodde på en suite med to soverom og deilig stor veranda med utsikt rett til kanalen. Leiligheten var nydelig innredet, og hadde alt man kunne forestille seg av utstyr. Stor stue. Tv på begge soverom og stue. Herlig boblebadekar på hovedbadet - to fulle baderom osv. Badeanlegget og treningssenter var også helt topp - selv etter amerikansk standard. "Great rooms, great location shame about the frosty"
Very spacious double roomed suite with a great view of the marina. 3min walk from Tin City with boat tours and restaurants. Restaurants all v good if a little expensive. However service (especially reception on check in) was very frosty and it took them more than 45 mins to deliver our bags - despite being a very short discount. I was told it was a room for four. A pull out couch. Come to find out there was a couch, however it didn't open into a bed. The hotel said none ovf there rooms had a pull out sofa. My daughter slept on the floor.

Wonderful, relaxing place. They have a beautiful pool area, the best in the Naples area that we've stayed at. Very friendly service with free shuttles ot the beach and to downtown which is only a short walk away.

The staff is wonderful. Just ask and you will receive! We stayed in the hotel and our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the boat harbor. Free valet parking, transportation to downtown Naples and the beach. Free access to the "Club" which has 5 pools with waterfalls. Cottages at the club area are children friendly. Great workout center. Bonefish […] restaurant is part of the hotel complex - excellent food and happy hour. Highly recommend this complex. Les mer

Beautiful complex on waterway that reminded us of canals in Italy. We were quite pleased and surprised to see our accomodations, which were as nice as home. The water shuttle was $5.00 for an entire day and made it easy to get to the downtown dining and shopping areas. "Great location, very comfortable accommodations"
We stayed in the cottages and it was just like a second home. Close to the pool and spa. You can walk to 5th avenue south, and it's just a short ride to south 3rd street. There are some restaurants on the hotel property, but no hotel bar, so it's a great location if you're looking for a quiet, very comfortable stay. We loved the hotel, great location, nice services, close to beaches and historic district. The concierge was very helpful and had great ideas. We plan to return next year.

"Naples Bay Resort - AMAZING"
Absolutely loved our stay. Stayed over New Years Eve. The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. Enjoyed relaxing at the many pools, hot tubs and in the lazy river. Relaxing and quiet. All the guests were considerate. Close to the beach and tons of restaurants. I will definitely be returning to this resort.

"Beautiful Hotel"
Stayed here for 2 nights while on fly drive from Miami . Couldnt fault hotel had a view of marina the room was gorgeous big comfy bed , decor was lovely , had a car but only couple of mins if walking to tin city and could walk to 5th avenue, would definately go back to this hotel because 2 nights not long enough in Naples.

"Naples Bay Resort Cottage"
These cottages are privately owned and therefore can have quality issues. For me the microwave did not work, the coffee pot was old and nasty, there were no instructions for the washer/dryer. The facilities are very nice but the owners need to take a little more care of cleaning the carpet and upholstery to maintain a four star rating. The $20/day resort […] charge and the $150/stay cleaning fee seems to be about twice what I think it should be. I will stay again but the villa may be a better deal if the fees are included. Les mer

This is definitely a high ranking hotel and probably would have given it five stars if the beach and pool were close by. Facility and rooms were very clean. Would most definitely recommend. Shops and restaurants were within close proximity.

"Great Place"
The only complaint about this Hotel is they don't have room services, So you have to go out for your meals. That is unless you cook, then you can have a meal in your room. This Hotel was an awesome vacation for the family and I. We even extended it by another day. The property and areas were beautiful. Will definately come back and stay again.

In regards to room service, we do have the Bonefish Grill restaurant connected directly to the hotel and they do offer room delivery through our guest services department. A truly delightful property. The room was very comfortable and the view over the marina relaxing and serene.

The Beach resort was not at all close to the beach and the pools and spa were over 2 long blocks away from the actual hotel. There is one restaurant. The shower hadn't been washed and the beautiful tiles were covered in soap scum. The carpeting was covered with spots. The beautiful 5th avenue beach is located just 15 blocks from the hotel and many of our guests find it very convenient and hassle free to use our complementary beach shuttle. Our club facilities are a short 5 to 7 minute walk, but we also provide a shuttle to these facilities on a moments notice. The rooms set up are very good for family with children. It feels more like an upscale apartment than a hotel. The Naples Bay Resort is where my family and I will stay whenever we are visiting Naples.

However, not sure how a hotel can get a 4- Diamond Rating and NOT HAVE ANY ROOM SERVICE...This should be in big bold letter on the front of your website. It was very clean, nice and relaxing. We stayed in the cottages and having a full kitchen, separate rooms, living room, patio, washer and dryer too, was all very convenient. A home away from home.
