Upon arriving and inspecting my room I found both short and long hairs within the sheets. Immediately I complain in after another room which I was given the room directly next door. The bed this rumor fine but the furniture and chairs had a gross stickiness to them that we stayed away from. Not a great hotel for travelers with family or for travelers […] with higher expectations. I would not go there again. Les mer

The room was fairly large and had a microwave and small refrigerator, but there were no comfortable chairs to watch television or read. The desk was small, but outlets were numerous. My biggest complaints are the filthy corners of the bathroom floor, the flimsy towels, and the dispenser amenities. For a Best Western, I expected a bit more.

This hotel was very accommodating! The staff were excellent, the breakfast was by far the best that I have seen at any hotel in a long time! The rooms were clean, and pool was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice clean professionally kept hotel.

The hotel is adequate, staff are all very friendly. Small exercise room that had the basics. The jacuzzi was out of order when we were there. The breakfast was less than adequate - sour milk, stale muffins and bread items, hot items that were terrible. We actually ate elsewhere two of our days.

This hotel is a little outdated in appearance, but has a friendly front of house staff and nice large clean rooms.

Very nice hotel, and just a short drive from downtown Providence. Room was clean and service was good.

carpets were stained - heating-cooling system did not work well, coffee maker in room worked intermittently - complimentary breakfast was warm at best and french toast was hard.

Everything was fine. Breakfast could have stocked better. Maybe add instant oatmeal. No one came in to add items. French toast was dry and couldn't cut with knife. Bacon cooked to a crisp. Room was fine. People pleasant

This was the best hotel of our trip. we stayed in 6 different hotels and this was the best. the rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful.

this hotel was the "plus" version of best western? it was not horrible, but I would not have stayed here if given a chance to do a walk though. The room smelled like smelly dish rag, and the staff was not very informed on the area. The breakfast was below average. I would not stay again.

This hotel was located in a great area, minutes from Providence. We were visiting my niece from Roger Wiliams University so we were conviently located to either location. Very clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Besides finding a superior hotel, we are amazed at the VERY economical rates. We will use this venue for future trips. Love the hot breakfast.

Very comfy, clean and very good facilities- hairdryer, iron, ironing board, toiletries, tea and coffee, microwave and fridge. Efficient air conditioning and very roomy. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Swimming pool and jaccuzi also very clean. The gym looked good although we didn't get chance to use it. Excellent excellent excellent! Had business meeting to attend for a few days in Providence, and commute was excellent, and much cheaper than staying downtown. Staff was great, tons of restaurants nearby, stores, etc. Was everything I needed plus more!

Lots to do in area especially with kids. Mini golf up the street. 45 minutes from water park. clean hotel, great staff, plentiful breakfast. TV has no option of Adult channels which is great so I don;t have to worry my son accidentally going to a nude channel

Many restaurants nearby even in walking distance! Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean. Much nicer than similar hotels in this area. Great stay overall.

Hotel was in a perfect location! Very close to Providence, and only an hr from Boston. Staff were extremely friendly, and most importantly hotel was VERY clean. I would recommend to anyone! Breakfast was nice as well.

Nice friendly staff.....great location close to TF Green....Walmart and restaurants all within half a mile...clean rooms!!!

This was a great place to stay -- great customer service attitude and nice facilities. I had a meeting at the Providence Convention Center. The motel is about a 15 minute drive from there, very convenient. There was a bit of congestion during rush hour, but Providence is a small city, so for someone from a large city, it was nothing. The staff was unbelievable. The staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have seen. They had scrambled eggs, beacon, sausage and fresh fruit. I did not use the indoor heated pool but I did use the Jacuzzi. And that was very relaxing.

My stay at this hotel was awesome! Right from check in the staff were very friendly and helpful - even the cleaners were very nice! The hotel itself was in great condition, and despite being quite small both the gym and laundry facilities did exactly what I needed. The free breakfast was excellent - a nice selection of hot and cold items, and the breakfast […] room was never overcrowded. You could also get hold and cold drinks from the breakfast room 24 hours a day (as well as cookies) which was a very nice touch. My room was very spacious (for the money paid), comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should. The hotel itself was also very quiet. Obviously this hotel is not the Ritz/Trump, but for the overall price I paid I was extremely happy, especially when compared to similar priced hotels I have stayed in within the USA. I would like to offer a big congratulations to the owners - they prove that it is possible to run a great hotel at a reasonable price! Les mer

Would have been nice if the cleaning staff had been slightly less thorough. They threw out a newspaper with a large article about my sister which was on top of our luggage without consulting us.

Everything about this hotel is average. Front desk personnel very pleasant. Breakfast in am was just ok. The rooms are decent and the beds are ok for comfort. For the price, not worth the value

the hotel room was out of soap and body wash for the entirety of our stay. it was difficult to find front desk help at times. the pool was cloudy and appeared dirty.

We had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is substantial, the room is clean. The negatives are: the elevator carpet needed cleaning (the elevator smelled,) and it would be very convenient to have breakfast last until 10:00 AM.
