It is a very beautiful hotel at the beach. The rooms / suites are located in a number of small, 3-story buildings. Our beachfront room was very spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view of the bay and the beach (ground floor has garden view). The location of […] the hotel at the end of a headland is somewhat distant from the center of the village but there is an hourly shuttle service to two related hotels located in/near the center. Good restaurant facilities alongside/at the beach and the pool with entertainment at night. The onsite a la carte restaurant is worth a recommendation. Les mer

The staff at Bay Garden were some of the nicest people. The front desk staff was very helpful in making my trip to St. Lucia enjoyable.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We wanted to stay in a nice clean resort with a great beach and near restaurants and shopping. Perfect for three girls on a get a way.

Recently stayed at the Bay Gardens with three older children, in a two bedroom pool view room. Ordered a roll away when added the third offspring some months after making the original booking -the addition of a second mattress made it a more comfortable sleep! Our allocated ground floor room smelled damp, so a move was requested. Staff were extremely […] accommodating but it took a couple of discussions with managers to secure the move (told the hotel was full but the quite pool and beach didn’t support that view). The new top floor accommodation had super views of the bay without the dampness of the ground floor room. The apartment was well equipped for self catering and relatively comfortable. Both bathrooms were attractively fitted but looked a bit tired with peeling trim and a cracked bath side. Room and beach towels were plentiful – no need to take your own. All staff were very accommodating and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent, although we always seem to arrive for lunch whilst it was being cleaned. Loved the towel arrangements left each day. Air conditioning was very efficient but rather noisy at night. The outdoor facilities were excellent - attractive pool and grounds with ample sun beds and tables. We didn't eat at the restaurant as we preferred to try the multitude of excellent local eateries. The beach and Rodney Bay are very attractive with safe swimming and a multitude of water sports. The hotel's water sports team were really helpful and friendly, as was the local water taxi operator and various locals offering their services. The beach traders were always polite and didn't unduly pester holidaymakers. The Segways were great, as was the horse riding, water skiing and trip to Pigeon Island. The two supermarkets in the Rodney Bay malls were very well stocked. Take your own snorkel and flippers as they were expensive to buy. Operators offering snorkelling trips provided all equipment. Beautiful hotel in excellent condition. Staff are extremley helpful at all times. We went for our honeymoon for a wk,Great location resturants and food outlets within walking distance. There are lots of tours and things to do. There only let down was the breakfast not sure why it was so bad in taste as every other meal was great lunch and dinner. Excellent beach resort for a great price. We had an ocean view and it was delightful. Very nice beach and calm water. The rooms were spacious and clean. I thought the food was excellent. fish cowder is great.

We went to Bay Gardens Beach Resort for our honeymoon, and were extremelly pleased with the hotel and the location. We had a beautiful suite with beach front. The facility, service and location were outstanding. We look forward to going back.

My wife and I stayed there May 13 thru May 19, 2011. The accomodations were above average, was not too happy with small tv in living room and only 1 remote for both tv's. The only real negative of this resort was the food of the restaraunts at the resort, very bad and no where close to a 4 star resort's food. Rooms are very nice and recently updated. nicest ones in St. Lucia.

Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, Rodney Bay is the up-and-coming place to be in St Lucia, more so than Castries. Room was very clean and well maintained during stay. Breakfast Buffet is pretty good... Dinner was hit & miss... some nights the meals were excellent, some nights average (at best). We had an Ocean Front Suite and we loved it: full Kitchen, Nice size living Room & Balcony, Large Bedroom, LARGE bathroom and additional 1/2 bathroom. It's a walk-up, 3-story (floors) hotel; but they carry your luggage to your room (you need to walk only 2 floors, as the first one is on the ground. The ground floor has a porch, but you need to keep […] the curtains closed because there is a walkaway and guests are walking by - unless you're a nudist... lol; Second floor is ok, but some trees may block the view of the ocean, so 3rd floor is the best. At first, I got cranky about going up 2 floors, but after the first time, I loved it - good exercise. If you open the Bathroom & Bedroom windows - you'll get nice cross ventilation, so you don't need Air Conditioning; same for Kitchen window and French Living Room Doors that leads to the balcony. The beach was about 15 ft/5 meters from our room - you can't ask for more ! The water was very very calm and easy for swimming. Hotel personnel at the beach will do anything to please you. Oh, and they have right next to the reception desk a small room with two Internet desks - for free. Some issues: TV reception is far from acceptable - but we're not TV junkies - so who cares? if you come here to watch TV, you better save your money and stay home. The Sofa in the Living Room was stinky with very bad odor, so we had to cover it with a sheet. windows don't have screen, so watch-out because Mosquitoes-like flies will bite your tender skin... The Gym is fine. And oh, they have a SPA which is quite spiritual and if you like Deep Body Massages, Sport massage, or anything else - this is the right place. would we go back to the same hotel? - you bet !!! we looked at some others in the area, but there was nothing to compare. We were looking for a place close to The Landings resort where our nephew was getting married. I think this was the best place at Rodney Bay/Gros Islet, which was only 10 minutes away from the wedding party. Our room overlooked the pool, which the kids enjoyed swimming in. The one bedroom suite was a perfect size for us (2 adults, 2 young girls) and […] had a powder bath as well as a large master bath. The kitchen was small but adequately stocked with pans/plates/etc. We were able to eat breakfast and some lunches in our room. The best thing about this resort was the service. There were friendly employees on the beach who greeted us and offered to bring us beach chairs. They watched out for our best interest, remembered our names, and were always available to give us an extra hand. We were there at low season, so there weren't many people on the beach with us. If you go, watch for the fruit man who comes by the beach to sell his fresh fruit. You can hire a jet ski craft from the beach, and there are many other water sports you can do from the beach. This is a very good facility, well located on the beach at Rodney Bay. We throughly enjoyed our week there and everyone was very pleasant. The facility's only negative was the food. Although rated as 'four star' hotel, accomodations and services were more than expected specially for the price paid.

A great hotel on Reduit beach.We had a suite room on the pool which appeared better than the beachside rooms. Nice people and good service. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A group of us stayed two separate nights at the hotel between a week of sailing. The hotel and facilities were clean, comfortable, and stylish. The overall quality of the rooms was nicer than even anticipated. We would strongly recommend this hotel to our friends. The staff was friendly and courtious, and the mimosa at check-in was a treat.
