Ok hotell men noe slitt. Servicen svarte ikke til 4 stjerner. Beliggenheten er ikke altfor langt fra Seoul station, noe som også gjør at hotellet tiltrekker seg mye forskjellig klientell, som ikke i alle tilfeller er positivt.

Teppet i korridoren luktet mugg og bør skiftes omgående. Suiten var dårlig belyst og direkte kjedelig møblert. Den ene heisen brøt sammen under oppholdet. I tillegg er byggearbeidene på nabotomten svært sjenerende. Beliggenheten til Seoul stasjon er heller ikke særlig nær, selv om hotellet skryter spesielt av dette (for langt til å komfortabelt gå med […] en koffert). Selv om hotellbetjeningen er hyggelig og hjelpsom, er ikke dette nok til at Ramada har noen sjanse til å bli mitt hotell neste gang jeg er i Seoul. Les mer

Hotellet ligger sentalt i forhold til mange av områdets attraksjoner som markedet, Seoul tower, City hall, i alle fall 1 palass, noen scener med "intrnasjonale" oppføringer, shopping områder etc. Med gode norske bein gikk vi sikkert mer enn de fleste, men hdde ikke behov for annen transport denne lange helgen.

We stayed for four nights, Great location, close to Nandaemoon market and Seoul station. I did not like Internet service in the lounge , two computers were set at lounge, no privacy, and speed was so slow, take 30min prepaid card so quickly.Otherwise overall our stay in this hotel was very pleasant, will use this hotel again next time when we visit […] Korea. What more can you ask? We were upgraded to a king size suite (bigger than our apartment). The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only negative is having to pay extra for wi-fi.

Compared to other downtown Seoul hotels, this was a good value. The hotel is reasonably comfortable. There is a food court attached so plenty of food options. Seoul Station was just an 8 minute walk with no busy streets to cross (use the tunnels).

The Ramada hotel is well situated at the heart of Seoul, 10 minutes walk away from the subway and about 20 minutes away from the city hall. It also has a convenience store, restaurants (Kraze Burger and Ddakbokgi) and cafe on the ground floor. Although the room is clean and spacious, you can see sign of aging. But then again, it is the most value of money for such hotel room. Location is not really near to the subway, requires you to walk for about 15 minutes. Room comes with amenities you ever need. No free wifi in the room though.

Hotel was great! Great location within short taxi ride to sites. We booked a room for three and it was extremely spacious with separate bedroom, nice kitchen area, and bath. Loved the heated floors.

Very nice, comfortable room, and an incredible price for the location. The rooms have hardwood floors which I do not like because they feel dirty, the bathroom has a strange shower set up, and the bed sheet had a small blood stain on it by the pillow. Even though I had stayed at one of the full suite, the set-up of the room was weird. In addition to a King size bed, there is an extra double or queen size bed in the living room area, and there is no partition between the bedroom and living room. The bathroom is huge, but no partition or curtain for the shower booth; so, if you take shower, the floor […] will be wet and slippery. You have curtain next to the bath tub; you can put the curtain into the tub and take shower. That will be a solution, but not desirable one. Moreover, you can smell strong ordor of chlorine in bath towel, and some retained stains on the towels. Oops!! The staffs are eager to help, and the location is not too bad since it is walking distance to the Seoul Train Station, Namdaemoon Market and downtown. Overall, if you're paying less than USD$100.00 per night, this hotel is not too bad. Actually, it's a bargain especially in Seoul downtown area. Les mer

I live in Korea and sometimes have to go to Seoul on business. I have stayed at more expensive hotels and I have to say that the experience was not as good as staying at the Ramada. The room was very clean. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and maintenance was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only down side was WIFI only in the lobby […] - but the speed was fantastic. Given that most people use tablets or light laptops these days it isn't too much of an inconvenience. I booked via hotels.com and paid about 60 a night.... Very reasonable... I can assure you that you wont get more bang for your buck!!!!!! Les mer

If you need to be in Seoul for business and like to use Airport Express (45 min) non-stop between Seoul Station and ICN. This is perfect place if you look at value. Also KTX to Busan is 5 minutes away. Large rooms with possibility to have small meetings.

I really enjoy my stay. Very convenient and clean and comfort. Well located in Seoul downtown. Reasonable rate. I would like to recommend this hotel for business not for family.

I should know better than to stay at a Ramada. Jennifer on reception was very awkward - very unpleasant, very unflexible, miserable and not able to help me with my simple room request change. There are many better hotels in the city than this one.

There are two Ramada hotels, the airport bus $15 goes right to the Ramada Suites. Taxi's however, genarally go to the other Ramada, so be sure to show a map and say Ramada Suites in Naemadum. special on hotels.com got me an upgrade to suite. (thankyou) and it was VERY convienant. Even washer / dryer combo in room. Tip- use shampoo if you do not travel […] with small detergent. Wireless was slow, but cable fast. Both are available in room. Some hair in bath upon arrival, cleaned better day two. I was here a week and able to work and relax. Pass on the spa in lower level and foodcourt looks a little beat. 24 hour Cstores next door. Free water was appreciated athough tap was fine. Front desk speaks english, most taxis do not. I did not eat at the restaurants located in hotel. Coffee at CB& TL was freshly brewed. I will stay here again. It i not fancy, but excellent value for the money and good for long term stay. Les mer

Over all everything was good except internet service. WiFi should be free for customers. Other than that service is very good and staff is very friendly. They also provide a cell phone ready for use in the room for very low price.

A clean practical hotel in a convenient location. Between Seoul station and city hall stations, a short taxi ride can bring you to myeungdong. Very conveniently located. Well connected to the airport by direct bus and 10 minutes walk to two subways. Great concierge services - very helpful and thoughtful. Good Wifi in the lobby. Restaurant for breakfast on 24th floor can use further update of breakfast menu. Great staff. Provides free cel phone for incoming calls. We stayed there twice, at the beginning and end of our trip to Korea and were pleased both times. We had a big room with ample storage facilities. The bed was kingsize, komfortable and had nice comforters. It is very conveniently located near Numdemun market as well as Seoul station. From the airport it can also be accessed via KAL Limousine Bus. The […] breakfast buffet was so, so but we found a waffle place in the food court in the basement which served our needs well. I like the hotel because it is comfortable and has excellent location which lets me go to various spots quite easily. I was out all day on those 5 days I stayed and so could not enjoy the services in as much as I could. But the counter staff and concierge were excellent (and room staff very good though my request for paper and envelope was not honoured!). […] As for breakfast, I had expected better dishes and good croissants (?) but it was not so. Hotel was better than expected. See ratings above. Services that were available were expected. One small disappointment was internet was not available in room without charge but it was free down in lobby. Make a nice convenience for your clients (a customer doesn't come back, but a client does). Breakfast was very good, staff very courteous. Of course, […] when you treat the staff with respect and kindness they want to do everything they can to please you. it's a two way street. In the US, the hotel is called the Ra-mada Hotel. we learned here, it's called Ra-ma-da. Nice Les mer

Easy to get hotel from airport very nice hotel great rate only booked one. Nite not sure of location tried to extend stay but price was five times higher than hotel.com should have free wifi had to go to lobby use Internet and lobby was full if you want to stay longer book all days at same time

Very large, comfortable room. Helpful front desk service. Interesting restaurants nearby and in the basement. Otherwise not a particularly interesting neighborhood. Not especially convenient to public transport, except for the airport bus, which stops at the front door.
