I was very pleased. My daughter forgot her laptop and I received a call within the hour of our departure and they had it in their office for us.

I was so pleasantly surprised to find so many wonderful extras I had not expected from such a reasonably priced room.First of all I had made a booking mistake when I booked on line but the manager fixed it for me with a smile! Te first thing I do when I enter a room is look to se how clean it is and this room passed inspection. I couldn't believe how […] big the room was especially after having spent 4x as much the week before elsewhere for half the room size! There I was a desk,chair,table with 2 chairs.iron and ironing board,fridge,chest of drawers, big TV ,big mirror,hair dryer,fancily folded towels ,luggage rack,microwave ,alarm clock, coffee pot and coffee ,wifi AND continental breakfast!!!The room was painted in cheery Mediterranean colors and although it really doesn't matter I found that the matching colors in the curtains and spreads a nice extra.Crisp white curtains in the bathroom and comfortable bed with extra pillows if needed made this a place I would highly recommend! The staff was very knowledgable of the area and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I would definitely go back.

The only problem I had with this stay is that after paying for the room on your site, I was subsequently charged by the hotel as well, resulting in a double charge on my debit card. However, once I brought this to the attention of management, they worked quickly and courteously to resolve the issue and the funds were back in my account within 3 business […] days. Second year we stayed there. You aren't necessarily treated as royalty (but we aren't actually royalty after all!), just as valued customers. Nice and comfortable, quiet.

The beds, themselves were quiate comfortable, but the matress pads were lumpy and came untucked and bunched up. the sheets were of only average quality. The towels and face cloths were of good quality and more than plentiful--also imaginatively arranged on athe racks. The rooms are larger than usual for motels. The furnishings sturdy, the coverlets […] most attractive. The continental breakfast was plentiful and good (although our gluten-free daughter had a problem finding items she could eat.) The airconditioning worked well, and our rooms (we had two for four of us) were well back from the street and exceptionally quiet. We were on the secondfloor, which may have helped. The pool was large, well appointed and well kept. The staff were pleasant. In speakingwith the others at the wedding we wee attending, we may have been the most satisfied with our accommodations (and some were staying at places charging five times our fee) and the location was more convenient than those staying in Chatham recommended by the grooms family! The hotel room was nice but the A/C was not working right and the shower was very weak. The free breakfast was not very good. We had to go out and get breakfast.

The staff at the hotel was friendly. They allowed me to do a late check-out. Although I did not use it, the pool looked very nice. The hotel is old but it seems like the owners are trying to keep it somewhat up to date with fresh paint, carpets, etc. The beds were hard and the pillows were worse which resulted in a less then stellar nights sleep.

Rodeway Inn is one of the typical motels nearby Nauset beach. It has numbers of restaurants and stores (including liquor) within 3 minutes walk, so it would be convenient if you're planning to set a base camp near the beach. It has a outside pool which is quite enjoyable and also has a yard which allows you to grill BBQ. Building and furniture is not […] new one but well maintained and clean. Accomodating owners clean rooms. The only negative was the complimentary breakfast which was a bit below standard.

For the money this place is a good value. Convenient and friendly and clean...but it is an older motel and it looks it. Very low water pressure in rm 32 and it took about 15 min to get hot water... I have stayed multiple times before so I know other rooms are better. I will go back but try to avoid #32.

This place is awful. The furnishings are old and drabby. I had to let the water run for nearly 10 minutes before getting any hot water. The shower was the wimpiest I've ever seen - a garden hose would have been better. You'd be better off pitching a tent on the beach.

Poor value for money compared to the UK. A convenient location and wifi was a bonus but no hot water and very basic accommodation.

This place was horrible. From the very beginning with the rude clerk at the check-in, it was a stay that I'd like to forget. First of all, from the outside, it looks like a great/charming hotel. Also, the rate that was offered that night wasn't too bad for a summer night on the Cape. Probably the only good part of this hotel (aside from the way it looks) […] was it's location, and fairly comfortable beds. The bad...: The room smelled like mildew due to the fact that they haven't renovated the place in at least 15 years. The smell was quite bad! The coffee machine didn't work, as well as half of the outlets. That continental breakfast they offer? It's nothing more than some frozen bagels and juice. They also don't offer 24 hour coffee, which to me is a requisite that is met by even the cheapest of hotels. The bathroom had a timed red light for one of it's lights. What was the purpose of that?! Finally, the walls were paper thin, so any noise from the outside or next door was heard quite well. Les mer

Just a brief stay off season to bike on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and found the motel in good condition and a great location with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, well appointed, and the staff helpful and accomodating. Free wi-fi and parking is always a plus. I would recommend and would stay there again.

This motel was clean, efficiently operated and convenient for an overnite stay while visiting family. The front desk manager was polite and friendly. I beleive it is good value for the money.

OK Rodeway. Mr Patel needs to look at electric power wiring. My kettle use caused the lights to dim. Suspect too many outlets for supply.

This is an old fashioned drive up motel. The motel looks like it could use some renovation. The rooms have been recently painted and the grounds were nicely maintained. Furniture and decor are out of date. It was difficult to adjust the AC to a comfortable temperature. For the price and location it wasn't bad.

The hotel manager was very accomodating and the unit was clean. The help on the premises were very helpful and courteous. The location was absolutely perfect!

We stayed in Rodeway 3 nights to visit Cape Cod. It's conveniently located within the walking distance to the bike rentals, bike trails, few restaurants, grocery shops and the church. The hotel service was very courteous and accommodating. The rooms were small, but very clean and in a good shape, but the bathroom although clean was a bit ageing... The […] swimming pool was OK. There were tables with umbrellas, so we could have an orange juice while watching kids playing in the water. The breakfast offered choices between two kinds of cereals, bagels, wafers, toasts, mini muffins and fresh fruits. Although we couldn't compare it with other places at Cape Cod (that was the only place we stayed at), I think it's pretty good for a 1,5 star inn. Les mer

The Rodeway Inn is convenienty located on Rte.6 in Orleans, with a nice park overlooking the harbor right across the street and several eating options and shops within walking distance. Otherwise, my expectations for the room were already low, but were not met just the same. Two generic pieces of art on walls covered with industrial-strength glossy […] paint were tolerable enough. But harsh flourescent lighting, no table lamps, having to choose between natural light and privacy, a table too wobbly to put your elbows on, and an unplugged refridgerator -- no excuse for that. I can understand not wanting to waste energy cooling an empty fridge, but a heads-up would've been appreciated, and our food would not have been allowed to spoil overnight. The lighting was limited to flourescent wall mounts and overheads, with all the ambience of a hospital room (as was the paint). The window had nothing but heavy drapes, no opaque curtains to let daylight in without exposing yourself to passers-by. Oh, and we tripped the circuit-breaker by plugging in a hair-dryer while the AC was running (power was restored within 10 min.) If you're just looking for a quick stop-over for the night, this will do. For an extended vacation stay, the difference in quality will be remembered long after the difference in price is forgotten. We stayed just one night (off season) for this Inn's close proximity to an early morning destination. The room was basic, but nice. Everything was clean. The continental breakfast was limited, but for a quick bite it was very handy. Would stay here again!

I expected a decent room for the reasonable rate I paid. What a nice surprise when I entered this large, clean, well-lit room. The bed was comfy and the wi-fi was free. Nothing fancy here, but this room had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. I will definately return here on my next visit to Orleans.
