The location was good for my business trip as it was close to where I needed to be. However, the nearest MRT station is a bit of a walk (15 - 20min). Service was excellent and the hotel staff was both polite and helpful. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was quite good. Wireless internet was free. My one and only complaint was that room I was given had a rather strong smell of cigarette smoke which eventually led to me coughing quite a bit. A nice boutique hotel; very friendly and helpful staff who speak pretty good English; about 15 minutes' walk from the Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT station; however, can take a bus from the nearby bus stop (about 1 minute's walk from the hotel) for a few stops to the NTU Hospital MRT station which therefore saves the walk from the hotel to the Zhongxiao Xinsheng […] MRT station; quiet neighbourhood; there are 2 computers next to the place where breakfast is served which are free for use; buffet breakfast not as good as expected but was okay; overall, had a nice stay at the hotel; would certainly stay there again and would recommend to others. This is a very nice business hotel. There is not much in the neighborhood but it is a short taxi ride to most places. The front desk staff were excellent and the breakfast was fine. I would definitely stay here again. Just be aware that using the MRT is not really an option.

I spent 6 nights recently at Royal Biz. It is about 10 minutes walk from "Zhongxiao Xinsheng" subway station. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Internet and the computers are free to access. The breakfast is qutie good too. Room is clean and got everything you need. The shower is just great with a huge shower cap! Nice stay but just too far from subway. Had to take taxi all the time.

The cancellation of complimentary shuttle service was unwelcome for the simple reason that their driver resigned few days ago. The proximity of the MRT is not advisable to reach by foot with weather of 35C. The neighbors though quiet seems to be tiresome to walk around. The reception staff deserve a praise, trying all efforts to cater to guest's needs. A noticeable good culture is their greetings to anyone coming in and out of the hotel. I booked 5 nites of hotel stay at Royal Biz in Taipei without much hassel. The hotel staff was very professional, polite, patient as well as helpful whenever we asked for directions, etc. The rooms were very well maintained and clean. The location is rather bad in terms of public transportation options. Be prepared to walk about 15 minutes to get to the nearest MRT station, or takes buses and make many transfers. The people who work there are fine; could use a bit more professionalism, at least when guests are present. The breakfast is not bad, and the room spacious. More than my expectation, will visit again.

Chose this hotel on the basis of online reviews. The hotel exceeded expectations. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and linens; all creature comforts looked after: complimentary bottles of water, fruit dish replenished daily. Everything you need by way of toiletries, bathrobe, slippers. Nicely appointed bathroom. Room was quiet; although on […] street side, noise was not a problem, and I am fussy about such things. The breakfast (included in price of room) was delicious and never disappointed. Selection varied daily. You get complimentary tea and coffee all day long, and use of business room off breakfast area. Also free wifi is available. Hotel is convenient to MRT (about 15 min. walk); close to famous Din Tai Fu restaurant (about 10 min. walk; you pass by fun side lanes with an interesting variety of stalls. I had read the reviews on Royal Biz hotel on multiple hotel sites and fora and they were uniformly excellent. At the end of my stay, I must say that if anything, the hotel easily exceeded the good reviews by some margin. It was easily one of the best hotel experiences I have had .. and I have stayed in countless hotels in all continents except Antarctica […] (BTW, do they have hotels in Antarctica?) The room was immaculate, the inroom amenities much above par (my standrad room had slippers and robes, and a plate of fruit replenished every day), free wifi, and toletries that covered all needs). The breakfast was excellent (tilted towards Eastern tastes although there was more than enough for the Western palate including eggs made to order). But the crowning thing for me was the staff. A more friendly and helpful staff is hard to imagine (except in the legendary hotels like the Savoy or the Peninsula .. but there you would be paying 5 times as much!). When I go to Taipei next, I know I don't have to look at any other hotel. A superb hotel! Les mer

My husband and I do not speak chinese and we had no problem communicating with the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. We have no complaints and would come back. The mrt is not that far away, a good walk.

This hotel is clean, modern, and the A/C works extremely well. The breakfast is great and the staff is polite and helpful. I travel for business and this hotel fits the bill.

We enjoyed our stay. Except for the location, hotel should get 4.5*. Highly recommend.

비행기의 늦은 도착에 의한 새벽 1시쯤 도착하였으니 늦은시간 친절하게 맞아 주었던 호텔. 방도 깨끗하고 청결하고 좋았습니다. 다만 TV가 침실과 따로 떨어져 있어서 침대에 누워서가 아닌 쇼파에서 시청을 해야 했던 점은 조금 불편한 점이었습니다. 많이 유명한 호텔은 아닌지 택시기사들에게 말해도 잘 모르는 사람들도 있어서 처음 몇번은 찾아가는데 힘들었습니다. 그 외에 다른 것들은 모두 좋았던 것 같습니다. 무료로 제공되었던 조식 뷔폐도 깨끗하고 여러 종류들의 음식들이 제공되어 좋았습니다. 또다시 방문해도 괜찮을 듯한 호텔입니다

フロントに日本語が通じる方がいて心強かったです。 最寄りの駅からは少し歩きますが、タクシーが安い台湾では気にならない。むしろ永康街に近いので良かった。 ホテルから２分ほどの信義路から、台北１０１の花火が見えました。部屋からのんびり観賞するのも良いですが、街中で台湾の方とカウントダウンするのはとても楽しいです。冬でもそう寒くはないので、深夜のお出かけも苦ではありません。

最寄りは徒歩10分のMRT忠孝新生駅。 11月に利用しましたが、気候もちょうど良く歩いて行くのが全く苦になりませんでした。（夏はちょっときついかもしれないですが、タクシーが安いので問題ないと思います）永康街へも大通りを使って歩いていけるので、とても便利。 大通りに面した最上階にのお部屋でしたが、静かでゆったりと過ごせました。朝食も悪くなかったです。 最終日、チェックアウトの時間をタダで延長してくれたり、困っていたらすぐ声をかけてくれたりと、サービスはとてもよいと思います。 一つだけ困ったのは、バスタブの排水をするとき、手を放すと排水が止まるので、ずっと手で押さえておかなければならなかったことです。 欠点をあげるとすればそのくらいで、総合的にとても良いホテルでしたので、次回台北を訪れる […] 際にも宿泊したいと思いました。 こじんまりとした日本人の少ない快適なホテルに泊まりたいという方におすすめです。 Les mer

日本語が話せるスタッフがいてます。 英語を話せるスタッフもいるため、中国語が話せなくても拙い英語で話は通じます。 wi-fi対応してます。 朝食はバイキング形式で、台湾料理・洋食のどちらでも自由に選べれます。 部屋はとても綺麗です。 駅からは若干遠いですが、比較的大きな道路と面接しているため、交通の便に不満はありません。 値段から考えると、大変満足いくホテルだと思います。

部屋はもちろんであるが、水周り(バス・トイレ)に清潔感があり、気持ちよく使うことができた。海外のホテルでは、客室内が独特のにおいがする場合があるが、そいういことはなく、快適に過ごすことができた。また朝食は種類も多く美味しく、価格以上の満足度が得られた。フロントの対応もよく、次回も利用したいと思う。

確かに交通の便はいいとは言えませんが、それ以外はとても満足です。

母親と２泊しました。部屋もバス周りもきれいで申し分はありません。　駅からは少し離れているので、メトロを利用する人には不向きかも知れません。私達はずっとタクシー移動だったので、特に問題ありませんでした。 ローカルの人達用のスーパーと、永康街は徒歩圏内で便利です。フロントで聞けば近くのマッサージ屋さんも教えてくれます。朝食も毎日少しづつ内容が違います。サラダがきちんと取れることが嬉しかったです。ビジネスホテルという位置付けのようですので、見かける日本人はビジネスマンが多かったです。また欧米人の方も多くみかけました。フロントスタッフは皆英語が出来ますし、数人は片言の日本語が話せるので、言葉の問題はないと思います。またwi-fi環境も整っており、ネット接続に関しても問題ありませんでした。 総合的に良 […] いホテルだと思います。 Les mer

It is nice and comfort hotel. The room is spacious - can fit for a family of four (young kid). The breakfast is good, the chief changed some dish everyday so you won't get bore with offer. We enjoyed our stay in Royal Biz.

지난 4월 13일부터 17일까지 4박 5일 출장때문에 묵게되었는데, 직원도 친절하고 깨끗하고 더욱이 아침도 매우 푸짐하고 맛있었어요. 근처에 MRT 역도 있어서 시내 관광하기도 편리하네요... 강추입니다

広く清潔な部屋、空港や駅へのアクセスの良さ、フロントの対応など、どれをとっても良いホテルでした。 特に、フロントスタッフの方の対応は素晴らしかったです。英語も流暢で、忘れ物を日本まで送ってくださったり、とても親身な対応をしてくれました。次回もぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。 ただ、周りが大学や官公庁なので、買い物にはタクシーが必要かも。

가격대비 정말 훌륭한 hotel입니다. 걸어서 10분정도 가면 지하철도 있고, 유명한 딘타이펑도 걸어서 5분이면됩니다.

毎日一回、事前に予約をすると、市内の観光スポットや地下鉄の駅、台北駅などまで送り迎えのサービスをしてくれるところがこのレベルのホテルとしてはとても親切。 コーヒー紅茶などは一日中自由にレストランで飲めるし、クッキーサービスもあり、もてなしの心があらわれているとてもいいホテルでした。これで二回目の利用ですが、ウェルカムフルーツも、自由に使える共用のパソコンも、何もかも、サービス良かったです。 永康街でおいしい食事をしたあと、南下して師大夜市 をぶらつくなど、ナイトライフも楽しい。

近年古いホテルから改装されたため、扉から死角なしで部屋全体が見渡せてしまうなど、間取りの問題はあるものの、全ての設備が比較的新しく、キングベットが２つは入るほどの広さでした。 シティースイーツをかなり意識したと噂されるロイヤルビズですが、薄型テレビの脇には、本家同様の、若干しなびたウエルカムフルーツと、食器が置かれていました。 フロントのスタッフは、自然な笑顔で迎えてくれ、観光情報等も一生懸命に調べて教えてくれようとしました。 某温泉スポット行きのバス乗り場を訪ねた我々に、別のルートを勧め、そこまでのフリーシャトルを勝手に手配してしまうという、台湾でよく見られる”ホスピタリティの押し売り”も、好感度を下げる要因にはなりませんでした。 朝ごはんはロビー脇のテラス付ダイニングで供されます。 […] 白ソーセージが焼いてあったり、グリルしたトマトがあったり、サラダのドレッシングにバルサミコ酢が選べたりと、品数は決して多くないし、味もそこそこなのですが、いやらしさを感じないおしゃれ具合に、グッと来ました。 派手さもケバさもなく、マイナス面は特に見当たらない、清潔感と頑張ってる度がかなり高いホテルです。 Les mer

まあ、普通のビジネスホテルです。 シャワートイレではありませんし、バスタブにシャワーがついていませんでしたが、部屋は広くて清潔です。 朝食もシンプルで特別おいしいわけではないですが、まずいわけでもないです。
