Hampton Inn & Suites MSP ligger nær Airport/ Mall of America. Nærhet til kommunikasjon ned til Minneapolis "down town" er også en fordel. God service og enkel og grei frokost.

Sengene og sengetoeyet er alltid tipp topp paa Hampton Inn hotellene, og dette er det ogsaa paa dette hotellet. Veldig hyggelig og behagelig betjening. Hotellet ligger naer Mall of America og har transport til og fra Mall of America hver time. Det er god isolasjon til de andre rommene og til flyene som lander og letter i naerheten av hotellet saa man […] merker ingenting til naboskapet. Les mer

Very clean and nice, only thing would have liked is a seperate sink and mirror away from the shower.

This hotel was wonderful. Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast that rotates each morning so you are not stuck eating the same thing your entire stay and clean rooms. We stayed here to visit the mall of america and it was so close we could have walked their. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bloomington.

Very close to Mall of America. Very clean and nice complimentary breakfast. Pool for kids to enjoy as our grandchildren did. Quiet even though very close to airport.

Lots of space to move around in the rooms. The queen beds were comfortable. Even though its by an airport, there wasn't any noise to keep us up at night. You can see Mall of America & IKEA from hotel, however with the busy multi lane streets we drove to the mall instead of walking. There is also a shuttle available. Breakfast was good and the staff […] was friendly. There is a Wal-Mart (with a Subway inside) a few blocks past the mall for grocery/convenience items. Les mer

We stayed at this hotel to spend a couple of days at the Mall of America. Having two very comfortable queen sized beds in the room was wonderful. Also, the long countertop with a microwave, mini-frig, coffee pot and sink made it possible to prepare our own food instead of eating out. Because the room was so large we did not feel like we were tripping […] over each other or our luggage. The hotel was quiet, even though it's located by an airport. The only drawback to this hotel was that the pool was extremely cold so we opted to relax in the hot tub instead. Les mer

We visit the Mall of America several times a year this was the first time I stayed here and now it is the only place I will be staying. I loved this hotel! Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was hot and had good selection.

The only thing that this hotel needs is more parking spots. When we got there we found a spot right away but we left to go to the mall and came back and no parking spots outside. The hotel was kind enough to let us park in the garage without paying the fee.

My sister in law got injured at this hotel due to their lack of safety proceedures. She slipped and fell on a wet floor outside the swimming pool door. They have floor tile with NO mat to catch the water and NO sign indicating the floor is slippery. She had to be taken to the hospital due to her knee injury from falling and is off work due to the severity. […] Additionally, my check in time was 45 minutes past the time promised to me by hotel counter employee. The rooms were supposed to be ready by 3:00 for check in and it was 4:00 before we could get in our rooms. Les mer

The hotel was very nice. Great breakfast! Nice pool/hot tub. It was very quiet inside. The only challenge was the few airplanes that went overhead during the middle of the night. However, the rest of the great place balanced that out :)

We were surprised th room was so big - the perfect size and location! Highly recommend this hotel.

Was very disappointed in the room. Thank goodness I was wearing my socks because the carpet was dirty. My white socks were gross after a hour of putting away my clothes. The bathroom did not seem clean for a new customer.

This hotel is new and it looks beautiful. We had the king study with sofa bed. The room was large, temperature was easy to maintain, linens were clean and crisp, lighting was cozy and sufficient, and the sofa was fairly comfortable. The room also came with a normal sized desk with many drawers. Outlets were placed high so I could charge all of my devices […] right on the desk easily. This room also had a mini-fridge. Bed linens changed every three days unless you request more often. There is green-action: they had a little note hanging stating that if you hang your towels up, housekeeping will leave them there for another use, or if you put them on the floor then housekeeping will take them and give you new. I kinda liked this. "How is the bathroom?" is my first question about a hotel room. This room had a large bathroom with a tub-shower, huge vanity, and recessed toilet area. The floor tiles were a normal tile but had a quality installation. I am comfortable making the assumption that if the tiles were laid properly there is probably a great deal of quality workmanship in this hotel. My favorite thing was actually the fact that the coffee station was located in a built-in shelf IN the bathroom. I had never seen this before but I came to like it immediately. The coffee pot is not more than four feet from the sink, I could make my coffee right while getting ready in the morning, and it allowed me to just heat water so I could use my french press!!! Lovely. This Hampton is clean, new, beautiful, and there is much attention to details, and I would stay here again. This may not be realistic for a hotel in this quality range but I would like to see, actual glassware or porcelain for the glasses and coffee cups in the room. Les mer

We stayed here the weekend of my daughter's Birthday. We wanted a place with a pool, breakfast and shuttle to the mall. The breakfast was really good, clean, and the staff went above and beyond! The room was nice and the bed was comfy! My only complaint is that the pool was cold so we didn't swim more than one in the 2 days. Otherwise very nice and […] convenient! Les mer

We picked this hotel based on other customer reviews, location and price. It was perfect for our family! It was right by our destinations, the Mall of America and Waterpark of America. It was very comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast had a little bit to be desired, but it did the job. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved our stay in this hotel! We brought our 3 very young children for a weekend get-a-way. Its just across the street from the Mall of America, breakfast was excellent and included, kids enjoyed the pool, very quiet and relaxing. We will definately be back - highly recommend!

Met family in Mpls for a weekend trip to Mall of America. With 6 kids among 3 families, the rooms had plenty of space to spread out in so they could hang out when they weren't at the pool. The pool was small but it was acceptable for splashing around in. It was located very close to Mall of America and IKEA, which were our primary destinations. Really enjoyed our stay. Good food with the continental breakfast. Breakfast is open til 10 am so you are able to sleep in. Pool is nice but slightly small.

Other than the room having a terrible strong smell of perfume or some type of air freshner, which gave headaches to my husband and I, the room was comfortable.

The employees at the front desk the night we stayed were friendly and very helpful.

The room was beautiful and large enough for all 6 people in my family. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet even on New Year's Eve! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We were travelling and stayed at the Hampton before and after our flights- they allowed us to park our car and leave it for the week we were gone for […] a minimal fee. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick, the drivers were friendly and conversational. Everything went so well, I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Les mer

The hotel was clean and close to the business I was visiting. I appreciated the hotel being so quiet, most times it is hard to sleep but not at this one.

Our room was very large with plenty of mirror and sink room for 5 women! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Loved our shuttle driver named Jim, very kind and informative. Breakfast was awesome...something for everyone! Definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. Only problem we had was our wake-up call. We didn't receive it. Thank heavens we had our cell phones with us and had set those alarms as well.

Staff was wonderful, room was clean and beds were comfy. Pool was cold and the hot tub was out of order.

The location is very easy to get in and get out. The shuttle to the mall is very handy. Our room was very clean and the staff was friendly. I will stay here again.

we really enjoyed our stay, however, we did have a hard time regulating the temperature in our room.

We often go for Hampton and its affiliated hotels. We are always satisfied, except that I just noted that the room we had, some of the items were not in order. Toilet paper ran out from the rack, inadequate towels. (we had to get from the pool area)

The hotel signage is difficult to see as it's parallel to the road and the hotel is set back from the road behind another hotel. The lobby is very welcoming, And the breakfast area is very large and comfortable. BTW, The continental breakfast was fantastic! We are a family of five, and although we can find rooms that are listed for five or more occupants […] they're usually pretty small. My kids had to point out that we had the largest room on the floor. The square footage was greater than many apartments. The room was clean, the beds were plush, the sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and the decor was very pleasant. We enjoyed the fitness area and the pool area was very nice. I will stay there again. And it's rare, but I will recommend this hotel to friends. Les mer

This Hampton is near the airport and the Mall of America. Also close to I 35 if you need to go south of Msp. I would recommend this to friends, we have a good experience there.
