We were celebrating our 2nd anniversary, but the staff treated us like we were celebrating a 20th. Everyone we encountered was friendly, courteous and efficient. The room was clean, featured many modern amenities, and had a great view of the ocean on one side and the Miami skyline on the other. One of the nicest hotels I have ever visited. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff is very courteous and make you feel comfortable. The rooms are very modern and well appointed. The bathroom is spectacular, with views of the ocean right from your tub or shower. Wonderful modern hotel with staff who aim to please (although the mattress could have been of a better quality). Good location, just off the beaten track but close enough to everything Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer. Had a wonderful dinner at Mr. Collins. Scallops superb. Kudos to the chef, he is good. Very luxuous haven in Miami beach, not too far from South Beach attractions, not too close either from its crowd. That makes One Harbor a very attractive place that I see as an excellent alternative to Fort Lauderdale that I like too. The service blew me away. The small touches like the valet gentleman handing me my seatbelt every time I entered my car, the attentive pool staff and servers. the serene environment, the extra late checkout and the easy laid back manner of the entire environment will keep me coming back!

The hotel is a concentrated top class luxury. I recommend it anytime and it is on our get back list. Just fantastic. We were upgraded to 1200 sq.feet suite. Living room kitchen...The view was not that great because we were at the 2nd floor but still could see the ocean.

Everything about this hotel was great especially the service. What impressed me were the valet parking employees-always handed us our seat belts as we sat down to make sure we buckled up. I had a 1000 sq feet one bedroom suite in te halover towers. The room is truly magnificent with superb views.breakfast is fair.

This hotel was exceptional; the rooms were clean and big, the service was good, and the staff was helpful; the only cons i found in the hotel were lack of options in the room service menu and the location was a little bit far from south beach (15-20) mins

The only down side of One Bal Harbour is the sound of traffic crossing the nearby bridge! Otherwise, perfection!

I've stayed at this hotel twice now - it's in an exclusive neighbourhood in Miami (called Bal Harbour) - Service is first class, rooms are luxurious and spotless. All rooms have a balcony with excellent views. I would HIGHLY rate this hotel and would not hesitate in going back again.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and had two separate rooms for the family.One couldn't fault anything,the breakfast was wonderful and was included in the deal we had. The staff at reception were very polite,helpful. All the staff in this hotel give a new meaning to good service and made us feel really welcome. Its expensive but worth it!!!

Stayed here early May - The hotel is a little out of the way but well worth it - It was very quiet in an upmarket neighbourhood. The views from the room balcony of the ocean are beautiful. Hotel was very peaceful (therefore much better than staying central). The hotel staff were all really helpful and could not do enough from you - I have stayed in […] some very good hotels and would rate the service right up there with the best of them. good hotel, bad service....on my dates there was not a single restaurant to eat in in the evening. the service staff in the hotel were slow and often unhelpful. NOT value for money

Great hotel, extremely nice rooms! Very good neighborhood. Hotel excels in almost every aspect as a true 5 star facility, but the restaurant and bar service are at a 3 star level. Staff otherwise is excellent! Suites are gorgeous and views breathtaking! Don't checkout late and don't smoke on the balcony even though they say that you can. Besides the $2500.00 extra I paid in fees and penalties for two extra days the hotel was nice. Great until I checkout.

Very beautiful hotel and we especially enjoyed that once you exit the elevator, that here are only two rooms and no hallway which meant that there was no noise at all. The bathrooms are gorgeous and I enjoyed the water views from the bathroom as well as the bedroom. The baclonies are small but furnished and is relaxing. This hotel is far from South […] Beach, so if you are looking to party, be prepared to drive or pay lots of cab fare. We did love eating at The Palm and enjoyed shopping at the Bal Harbour Shops. The hotel restaurant was expensive and we were not impressed with the food for breakfast. This is definetly a nice place for a laid back vacation. 部屋は広すぎず狭すぎず、バスタブは深く広いため日本人向きです。マイアミビーチもテラスからみえました。レストランの食事もおいしく適当な料金でした。プールも清潔でサービスも良かったのですが、家族連れの子供のマナーが悪かったことだけが残念です。
