The neighbors were beating on the joining door complaining at 9. Front desk girl was rude. Need thicker walls.

We were in town for a wedding and the hotel was full. The shower in our room was broken and called down to staff to let them know, the person at front desk said, "that's a bumer". The representative had no other options for us, so we took it upon ourselves to figure out a plan. We called to see if people from our wedding party were still at the hotel […] and luckily they were. Too expensive for what I received. Room did not dictate the rate per night. Noise outside was terrible and no sleep. Cheaper hotels, no noise

This hotel was convenient to everything! Business, restaurants, campus, churches, the arena - all within a short walking distance. And the hotel had guest laundry facilities that I was in desperate need of.

pool very small room small picture messed up on all channels, called down to front desk and no one showed up to look at it. over priced no parking had to park a block away

We were very please with our stay at this property. The staff were very pleasant and the facilities and room was nice and clean. We plan to stay here the next time we are in Terre Haute.

I was disappointed that the fitness room, which was pictured on your web site, did not have the weight machine, as was pictured in your information for this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond helping us and with fast service after driving 13 hours! I sometimes don't sleep well with some mattresses but this one was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it. The breakfast was A+ I would definitely stay here again! It's situted nearby many places to see and visit as well.

Overal experience was good. The adjustable matress in the room did ot seem to be functioning properly.

We arrived after travelling all night and the room was ready - no problem checking in. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all a good stay.

i wouldnt not stay there again there pool had to much stuff in it and my kids broke out in rash and my daughter friends hair fall out

I recently booked two rooms at this hotel for my family to stay at for my graduation at ISU and it was a great hotel and the location was perfect as it was right off of campus across from the Hulman Center. Although it was a little pricey, it ended up being worth it due to the convenience, and it was nice and clean and walking distance from many restaurants. […] I highly recommend! Les mer

Very nice; appears to be fairly new. My only issue was that the restaurant and bar seemed sterile, without character. We walked into the restaurant but decided to eat elsewhere and walked a block away to an older local establishment. This hotel is on Wabash Ave in downtown Terre Haute. Very conveniently located to quite a few areas of interest including Children's Museum and Indiana State University. It is situated a stone's throw from the City Bus center which runs buses further afield to Honey Creek Mall (Where there are also Movie Theatres) and other areas of interest. The Hotel […] itself is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the pool and hot tub....they seemed a little dilapidated and "unkept" and the hot tub was simply that....not much whirlpool activity going on!!! The room was very comfortable and clean, good linens, internet is a little slow on a wireless connection...didn't attempt a wired connection. Overall I would say that this hotel was well worth the rate I paid for a long weekend. Les mer

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice and the employees were nice as well. Didn't care for the bed, though, it was too soft. Two of us kept rolling to the middle.

Hotel itself was adequate for my needs; a little noisy with traffic noise outside and a visiting football team staying there inside. This is not a hotel which includes any continental/other breakfast; did not try restaurant. VERY convenient if you are participating in some event at ISU - nice to park at hotel and walk to university.

Great central location in Terre Haute. Close to the wonderful Swope Art Museum and new Children's Museeum. Comfortable room and public spaces. All levels of staff were very professional and extreemly friendly.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn - staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food was very good and staff service was excellent. We would definitely return for another stay.

Rooms had an odd musty smell. We changed rooms once. The second room wasn't too bad. Overall a nice place to stay.

I specifically chose this hotel because I was going back to my hometown to visit some friends and I knew we were going to be spending our evening in the bars. I wanted to be within walking distance so no driving would be necessary. For the town it's in, the hotel was great. Clean, well maintained (well, it is new) and the night desk clerk was very friendly […] and funny. We stay at this hotel for our Family Reunions in Terre Haute. They are always consistant, clean, offer great coffee (free) in the am, their breakfast buffet is great and the hotel is centrally located in the middle of town, walking distance to food and entertainment..and of course the "Square Donut. Water pressure in the shower was terrible... almost embarassing.....Breakfast was very good.... All the employees were great!... Pool was nice....
