Vennlig og inkluderende mottagelse for to par, til et hotell med alt av service. Manchester United Restauranten serverte ypperlige måltider. Rimelige tur-arragementer lett tilgjengelig, slik at en slipper å lete i jungelen av severigheter og opplevelser. Markeder og shopping i nærheten, og Sky Train like ved. Frister til gjentagelse.

Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet på Fraser Place Urban Langsuan Bangkok. Vi ble overrasket over størrelsen rommet, det var jo en leilighet, med 2 soverom, 2 bad, kjøkkenkrok og stue. Vi var 2 voksne og 2 barn så det var veldig greit å ha 2 soverom. Bassengområdet var også bra, med god utsikt over Bangkok. Hotellet lå også sentralt, og ikke av de […] aller dyreste. Hotellet hadde fantastike mennesker i resepsjonen. De smilte og var ekstremt hjelpsomme. Vi oppgraderte rommet og fikk et kjempestort rom med flere rom. Bassenget på toppen av hotellet var flott med en enorm utsikt over Bangkok. Meget sentralt og kun få minutter til sky train. Et stort minus og det var at bassenget var veldig kaldt. Fraser Place Urbana Langsuan Bangkok overall good, but the apartment at 2/F are very noise from 10pm to mid night, because the room just nearby the hotel restaurant & Bar. The location not really close to Chit Lom BTS, need to walk around 10mins, and the Tuk Tuk schedule not good for guests, which only have 2 times per hour and max. for 6persons.

Very new Hotel one block from Patong Beach and shopping. About 90 rooms Furnished in White and teal blue featuring turtles. All rooms air conditioned but open foyer and bar are not. Free Internet, Soft Drinks Juice and water in your room every day as well as tea and Coffee and all toiletries. All new amenities tastefully decorated. Room has a balcony […] with ceiling fan lounge on one whole wall. Staff excellent very friendly. I celebrated my birthday while their and was presented with a decorated cake and the staff sang Happy Birthday. Free shuttle bus to two shopping centres and hotel can arrange taxi to airport. This was in general a superior hotel in Bangkok. The only things that were very annoying is that they over charged for some things - internet for over 5 dollars an hour, and wifi for 12 dollars for 24 hours. After staying in poorer more basic places that gave these basics for free i must say that i found this highly annoying. Also the atmosphere is […] not chilled and relaxed everything is restrained and mute if that makes sense - nice for comfort and a lovely view but for the craic not somewhere id recommend. Staff on the desk were unhelpful at times and we had to figure the hotel out ourselves - getting stuck in a lift because we forgot our hotel card - unfun! Les mer

I can not believe that this hotel is rated four and a half stars, I would have given it a three at best. The layout of the hotel is very nice but sorry to say they have let the quality of the furniture and maintenance really go down. The furniture was so dirty (white couch that was almost black) that neither myself or my family wanted to sit on it. […] The carpet was the same, we never removed our shoes as we didn't want to step on it. There was a horrid sewer smell coming from both bathrooms that hits you as soon as you open the door. I chose this hotel as I have always had good luck with hotels.com in the past and was sure this would be the same but this time I was very dissappointed. I was so glad that we only stayed two nights there as if longer I would have tried to cancel our reservation. On the bright side, I was very happy with the staff and security of the building, I felt safe having my family there with me and the reception was very helpful in providing our transportation and setting up trips for us. Due to the uncleanliness of this hotel I would not stay there again. Les mer

We stayed at the family suite room, it was nice, spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was great. I will consider staying there again when we go back to Bangkok and will try other Fraser Place hotels in other countries.

It's a clean, new and modern serviced apartment. Only a few mins walk to the nearest skytrain that will take you everywhere. It's about 7 min walk to Siam Paragon, Mall of the world, and other great places ... So recommended!!!

"Another well managed Fraser in BKK"
This Fraser is in the centre of town within walking distance of the Chitlom station. The rooms are clean and the facilities are decent, and though not spectacular in terms of decor, our 2BR apartment was definitely value for money. The staff are well mannered and helpful. More importantly, spoke great English, which is key in this city! Bear in mind […] that being in the Chitlom vicinity means that you'll need to catch less taxis and more of the BTS to avoid the traffic and that the 5 - 10 min walk to the station is a lot longer than you might think under the 30+ degrees sun. A family style hotel with apt style rooms (kitchen, dining, etc) unfortunately the hotels service is non existent. Any question, direction or advice that we asked for, they seemed annoyed and frustrated when answering. Everything was very good yet only two complaints: 1. The hallways outside the rooms were not air conditioned which made it a little uncomfortable while waiting for the elevator. 2. We booked this hotel because of the great reviews we found online. We found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean and much bigger then expected. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for a short or long stay.

Venue - near BTS Chidlom Station. just walk along Langsuan Road for about 3 minutes, on the way you can find some mobile food stalls, convenience stores and a Starbucks - nice and convenient enough. Concierge - polite and English speaking staffs (even some French as well...). Helpful and cheerful, they are eager to recommend some places for tourists […] but not too hard-selling. Studio - spacious and good value to money. well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, cuisine, sofa, iron...etc. Hygiene - could be better as i find some stains from the cuisine, mugs, bathroom. great that no insects found!! Facilities - lovely gym room and swimming pool. Improvement: turn on the air-con / fan in corridors. Wifi and internet access should be made free!!!!! Les mer

I could not believe what a wonderful experience this was. The hotel is fantastic, the staff unbelievably helpful and friendly, the room gorgeous, the pool on the 33rd floor rooftop overlooking Bangkok - incredible. The studio room was advertised at 5 times the price we paid using Hotels.com and we went in the height of the season. What a bargain!!!!! […] We even had a free Japanese party with great food and free drink. Incredible. The only downside? - about 30 minutes by cab to the centre - but the cab cost £2 !!!! 100 bahts. Les mer

Close to all the big shopping Malls housing big designer names such as loui Vitton, Prada just to mention a few, good restaurants and not to mention the Catholic church nearby which the staff so kindly directed us to.

we found this hotel was all we expeded, the staff were wery helpful, the bedroom room was large with everything you could need, the swimming infinity pool was on the 33rd floor with great views over bangkok there was transport to the centre of bankok proved, there was some resterants and small supermarkets in the road by the hotel if required, the reception […] staff spoke english and would sort out any info. you required like taxis etc. all in all we found the hotel excellent and would recomend it to anyone visiting bankok. "Good but not great, especially for business travel"
As a long-time Thai resident, I chose this hotel when I returned for a personal visit. The goodies list - convenient location to downtown and attractions, quiet, not being accosted by touts and good rooms. The lows - this is actually geared to be a service apartment, and you will miss some of the 'regular' hotel amenities; the worst was the baht 330/day […] charge for using the internet, which is frankly a rip-off. The in-room dining options are somehat limited and overpriced. The nearby Central Chidlom has a great international Food Court, get a delivery menu from there that delivers to your room. A Starbucks with character, one of the first in Bkk and a converted home is steps away. Les mer

This is a great little hotel, excellent accommodations, new, very clean, great rooms, incredible breakfast buffet and the friendliest personnel. A bit far from the downtown area but manageable by taxi (not expensive). Highly recomended.

Fraser Place was even nicer than the web site showed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The spa/sauna were the only things not suited to us as they were separate so as a couple we couldnt enjoy them together. Otherwise we would give Fraser Place a 9.5 out of 10 easy. Thanks for a great stay, we look forward to returning.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days in Sep 09. In short, the service is over the top. The staff went over and beyond to help us with our request. The doormen always make sure the taxi driver understand where we need to go and meter is turned on for the trip. The breakfast is not bad at all...in my opinion ( I had 5 breakfast there). The location is some […] distance from bts Chit Lom and the road is rough. However, the hotel offers Tu Tu service twice every hour to bts and nearby shopping center, and you can always take a cap (traffic permitted). In all, I love this place and will definitely return on my next trip to bangkok. Les mer
