"Disappointed couple"
We just wanted a night away from the kids and some peace and quiet. There was a light flashing over the bed allllllllllllll night long. I assume it was the smoke detector. There were also teenagers running the hall late into the evening.Very disappointed.

This Hampton Inn is very clean and conveniently located. I stay here regularly on business trips. The last trip, however, I was put in room #130. This room is right beside the breakfast area on the first floor, by the lobby. That meant that at 4:45 every morning, I was rudely awakened by hotel personnel talking loudly and bumping into my wall as they […] set up the breakfast bar. Significantly cheaper than the hotels right in Easton. Worth the free shuttle ride over. Bonus was a really nice warm breakfast. Next time we stay in Easton, would definitely look there again.

The Hampton was very close to our conference site. The rooms were nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. The hotel associates were very knowledgable and helpful.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Easton OH for two nights. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The hotel staff was excellent! The location of this hotel is great for surrounding attractions. The price was good! Would definately recommend this hotel.

"The Hotel Hampton in Easton, Ohio"
We had a good stay at this Hampton! The front desk help and other hotels workers were very helpful! We had car problems on our way from West Virginia! It was great there was a National Tire and Brake service right next to the hotel. NTV was able to get the part we needed and it was ready by 12:30 the next day. The Hampton was also very helpful in letting […] us extend our check out time due our car difficulties. They were very helpful and great with making sure we had a shuttle to the Easton mall during our stay. The driver was very personable and mannerly! The only small thing, I noticed was that our shower door had some mold/fungus along the bottom! But, everything else was very clean and comfortable! Breakfast was very busy the next morning! Everything was well maintained except for the tables could of been cleaned after each person finishing their meal! Les mer

Nice clean and quiet hotel

We have stayed in several hotels in the Columbus area and found this one to be very comfortable. Was nice to have shuttle service to the Easton shopping area that was prompt. Would definately stay here for a 3star weekend.

"Close to shopping"
I liked the location of the hotel, it was really close to Easton mall. I would suggest driving to the mall even though it is close. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the spaciousness of my room. The only thing I didn't like was that I could hear everyone else's doors shutting while in my room. But overall, it was a good place to stay.

Stayed at this property in September of '09. When I got to the hotel, I found the property to be in New Condition. This is a very nice hotel. I am used to Fairmont, Hyatt Regency and the likes. My business brings me to Columbus and this hotel is now my new home when I go back. Rooms are comfortable, clean, modern and spacious. Service was great. Location […] was great, 2 minute drive to Town Center Mall with all it's restaurants and shopping. "Hotel Blew Us off"
The hotel canceled our two room reservation even though we had confirmation and booking numbers. We we arrived they just said ,'you rooms were canceled, contact hotel.com"--then moved on to the next person in line. They offered zero assistance and said it was not their responsibilty. They did not even try to help find another room. The manager and the […] two clerks behind the desk stood there smirking at us. We reached hotel.com and they did find us a room. We had just driven 8hours from Chicago, it took us almost an hour to get the new hotel. The hotel staff were the absolutely rudess and uncaring service people I have dealt with in a long time.
