The service personnel are fabulous at this hotel. They will do anything they can to help you with your maps, your reservations, your room, you name it. The suites are clean and comfy. The refrigerator is full-size. The microwave works. The dishes, the soap, the towels are in place. The bathroom offers copious towels. The bed had 5 pillows! You WILL […] have to ask the hotel receptionist to help you set the heat or air-conditioning. And you might have to turn off the fan on your thermostat after that adjustment. The pool is very small, so if you are a swimmer, forget it. It's perfect for little kids, however. The morning breakfast is great -- and FREE. I am hard-of-hearing, so I can't speak about the noise level close to the freeway. The hotel is located on a freeway frontage road next to a bowling alley and a very busy Vallarta supermarket/mall. This might or might not be a problem. All in all, I would go back. The price is right, and the service is excellent. Les mer
"Excellent hotel"
Very Friendly staff. Had king room. Looks like mini studio apartment with 2 seperate rooms. Bedroom and living room. Full kitchen. VERY comfortable bed. I am actually staying again in this hotel as I write this I loved it so much. Would highly recommend. Big bang for you buck.

Bed was "Temprapedic" style, big fridge,dishwasher,real plates,knives,forks etc.. 2 flat screen tv's(one remote) overall great $$$ to room ratio!!
"Hotel Extended Studio in Victorville, CA"
This hotel was amazing. It was so clean and everything was updated and modern. The kitchen had granite counter tops, the fridge had its own ice machine so we didn't have to go down the hall or anything. The bathroom area was very pretty. The sink was this amazing modern sleek seamless design that was really fun. The shower/tub wall was granite from […] top to bottom and very clean. I loved the bedroom, it was so comfortable. And the bed was a Tempur-pedic bed, that was the best nights sleep I have ever gotten. I highly recommend this hotel. I'm not sure why it has a low star rating, it was literally the best hotel I have ever stayed in. And the price is really great. The whole experiience was awesome dont pay attention to the bad reviews I am verry picky person and there was not a thing wrong with this place we had a two bedroom suite and it was very comfortable for the price.

We are a family of 4 with a 2 1/2 and 4 year old. The suites are perfic for us and having the living room area is great. The breakfeast is just perfect. We only wish there where more than just one of these hotels.

I have stayed here twice for 4 or 5 days each time, I love the setup of the suites and it was a great place to recuperate before hitting the road again. The only things I'm not crazy about is the pool, too small and too cold. Every morning there is a hot breakfast either sausage or bacon and waffles or eggs plus sweet rolls.

"Better then I thought"
Went there not expecting much for the price but to my surprise the hotel was way better then I thought it would be. Very clean room, very friendly staff and breakfast was pretty good being it was free. I would stay there again.

I was plesent suprised with the room we got . I asked for a king room and when I opened the door there was a livingroon, kitchen with a built in table and chairs. Then in the next room a grest king size bed. I was real happy with my 3 day stay. The only draw back was the couch could have been full size for 2 full size people it was a bit snug. "Wonderful weekend"
My husband and I were pleasantly pleased with this room. The pictures that they show online is exactly what they produced. The staff, especially Mark, was very helpful. The cleaning staff was wonderful as well. The breakfast was more than just fruit and danish. Bacon, eggs, sausage and waffles. "My hotel experience"
I stayed at the extended studio hotel while i viisted my grand kids along with my daughter. when i arrived, the set customer service person was on the phone and did not acknowledge me for almost 10 minutes. She finally got off the phone and confirmed my reservations. I had lots of trouble with the key card they gave us, it would allow us back into the […] hotel if we left from the side entrance (come to find out everyone was having the same problem). They were still cleaning the room and asked them to give them 10 minutes. Which was no problem as we loaded our luggage and had to walk all around the building to get back in. But, after they maid service left, the sofa was completely wet as they had cleaned it and we could not sit down on it for the entire stay. UGH! The blow dryer did not work, they had to replace it. "great local"
Great location-easy to get to. The only thing that would have been nice if it was all non smoking. The floor we stayed on was a non smoking floor at the very end of the hallway, however when you got off the elevator it smelled so bad like cigarette smoke almost did not want to stay there. The room however did not so that was a plus.

Inside of hotel looks brand new, room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was very good, with everything kept fresh and clean. My only suggestion is that if you are going to stay here in the summer months, call ahead and see if they will turn down the thermostat for you. The outside of the hotel looked a little run down, but inside it was newly renovated and updated. The rooms were cosy with plenty of room. The front desk clerk really did make the stay for us. She was really friendly and made up for a mistake that was made with my reservation. The staff (housekeeping etc) were all extremely friendly and helpful. I was more than pleased with the rooms also. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to our friends.
