Rundle Manor Apartment Hotel - Banff

Myself and 16 other 20 year olds booked and stayed for 4 days in Rundle Manor for New Years in Banff. On past ski trips we have made before we have stayed at more higher rated hotels or condos so we were a little scared to see what was in store for us. We arrived and check in was very easy and the staff was very helpful. The location was a block away […] from a safeway and a walkable distance to all pubs, bars, and restaurants on Banff Ave (the main drag). This made it easy to stumble home from the bar and we didn't need to take a cab. Also in a apartment that sleeps 8 we had plenty towels and dishes to do all of us. They were a bit stingy on the toilet paper, they would only give us 1 roll a day to last 8 girls. This wasn't enough. Other then that you can hear everything through out the rooms and whats happening in the hallway and in other peoples rooms. The walls are paper thin! In the end the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were a loud group of 16 and didn't get a complaint about us once. Had an awesome stay and an awesome weekend and will be staying there with a big group again. Les mer

Not the best either but perfect for what we needed it for. Yes, you can hear other people walking around but you do have a kitchen and bath and living area to spread out in at a very reasonable rate for Banff.

Pictures made this 2 bedroom apartment look fantastic, but in reality was rundown and grubby. Could hear water running from other apartments and people walking overhead. Fridge leaked, coffee maker leaked, room smelled like cigarette smoke... Was not what it was made out to be. Would not recommend to anyone.

Room was clean with all amenities as described. However ceiling is paper-thin and heard upstairs "residents" partying and jumping around from 1:30 until 3:30.

I was clearly disappointed with the condition of the hotel for the price I paid. I was told this was a 3 star hotel and it was clearly not. Next time,,, please make sure when you state the level of stars,, it should be right.

This hotel had a funny smell, while the rooms were large and it was a good price I wouldn't stay here again. The carpet looked filthy, there were marks on the couch, holes in the wall, part of the skirting had come off in the bedroom had come off from mould. Also it was not in the advertised location, about 5 blocks further from town than expected, […] we had to check in about a block away at another hotel and weren't warned so had to walk in the rain with all our luggage. I would not recommend these apartment style hotel suites if you are looking for a modern or luxurious hotel. There is allot of room (two bedrooms and two pullout couches) for those traveling as families or in groups, but the suite is very dated an not in the best of shape (stained carpets etc.). When we booked in our suite stank of deep fried fish, […] but the staff was very helpfull and put us in a new suite (which had no odor). The hotel is right down town, but too expensive unless traveling in groups of more than 4. Les mer

We stayed four nights in a studio apartment. When we first entered, I was apprehensive because the room looked dirty and old. Upon closer inspection, the bed was among the cleanest that I had encountered for our trip and the bathroom was also up to par. The positives: very clean, very comfy bed; clean bathroom; a lot of nice toiletries (2 sets); lots […] of space to move around; free parking; kitchen for making your own food; walking distance from downtown shopping. The negatives: exterior looks quite rundown and old; check-in is done in another building; floors in the room are carpeted (old and dirty looking); bathroom floors are rundown; bathroom towels thin and rundown; kitchen is old; cooking utensils are marred; no ac just a fan; no internet access in the room- you can get free wireless internet in the lobby in the check-in building; can hear the footsteps and noise from the room above very loud. All in all, this hotel is good for travelers who don't intend to spend much time in their rooms, who want to cook their own food, and who don't need much comfort. Good for the price we paid since the area can be 'touristy' and expensive. Les mer

Ptarmagin does everything in their power to make this 1970's era apartment building a luxory hotel. Nice to have a full kitchen, but make sure you're on the top floors. A bit of hassle, but ok once settled. Reserved a 2 bed room and they tried to put us in a 1 bed on the lower floor (aka basement). They moved us without any fuss to a nicer place. Can […] walk anywhere in town, so that is nice and can use the Ptramagin facilities. Any way you slice it Banff is beautiful! Les mer

Banff中心地に近く、利便はよい。冬はそれでも大変かもしれないが、夏は問題ない距離。キッチン付で長期滞在向きだが、ランドリーは建物になく、cascadeプラザまでいかなければならないため、冬は大変だと思う。また、ソファベッドは寝心地が非常に悪かった。 部屋は清潔だし、他は悪くないので、ランドリーとソファベッドの２点が残念。

Hotellet är enkelt men med stora rum. Det ligger precis där Banffs butiker börjar. Mycket praktiskt med egna skidförråd i rummet.

リゾートホテルのイメージはないものの、地理的ロケーションから判断すると非常にコストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルです。今回は２泊だけでしたが、キッチンも完備していますので、長期滞在向きのホテルだと思います。
