The hotel is very nice, with a Latin band providing dancing, and casinos available (for those who like that). Excellent swimming pool, very good restaurant. Surroundings safe with some local shopping, but several miles from local Aguadilla for those who want local color, beaches, etc. I was quite disappointed, though, that the acting manager refused […] to honor the Hotels.com full breakfast that I paid for, and had produced a receipt for. He lied and said they only serve a continental breakfast on weekdays (but a quick visit to the restaurant proved this not true). When challenged with this information he threatened to call security, rather than apologize. I was further disappointed that when I emailed the manager upon my return, he ignored my email. Finally, a letter to the corporate CEO got the hotel's attention with an emailed apology and compensation offered. Such a shame as the hotel is otherwise quite superior. I doubt this will be a problem in the future for guests, as the CEO has obviously chastised management. Les mer

The staff was very pleasant & helpful and we had a nice dinner at the onsite restaurant. Unfortunately the hotel itself was disappointing - location was not close to anything and the property has not been kept up well. It really did not seem up to the standards of Courtyard by Marriott.

This hotel was so over-priced it was ridiculous. The room was almost $200 and we're talking about a Marriott chain hotel...and the buffet breakfast - cold food plus cold eggs and sausages in cold chafing dishes was $15 per person. I would never stay here again unless I was desperate.

The buffet breakfast was very good especially the service, but the mofongo I eat the night I arrived was not very good.

This was a last minute reservation close to the airport in Aguadilla. The rates during the holidays were great as were the accommodations. The hotel has a great pool for kids/families and another one for adults. It's close to the golf course (my husband loved this convenience). You need a car to get around to local attractions for surfing, dining, etc. […] if you can do without great views, you will enjoy your stay. Les mer

The room was nice & clean, but the service & A/C was dreadful!!!! We didn't sleep at all, the A/C unit was so loud it sounded like a Jet Engine taking off and woke us up all night every time it kicked on. And it didn't work very well at that, the room was hot the whole time. Trying to call the front desk was impossible. The first time I called it was […] 15+ minutes before anyone answered. The second time they NEVER answered and I just laid the phone down and let it ring not sure how long finally gave up and hung it up!! Even when you walked to the front desk they were nice, but never actually solved any of the problems or issues!!! There were 3 of us in the room, but had only 2 towels. After multiple requests, never got a 3rd towel. The washing machine didn't work very well and made a terrible noise. I asked to speak to the manager and of course he wasn't available! I left a note, I would sure want to know if I were him. I think he should HAVE to stay in that room one night and I can guarantee something would be done! The location was bad, hard to find. No beach access or view at all. Would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. There have to be better hotels somewhere in this town. Les mer

This is a commercial type of hotel with a water park that kept my grandaughters busy all three days and looking forward to return. Very accesible from highway, good food on site, moderate prices and a good breakfast buffet for all. Definitely on our list for next april.

Excellent experience with or kids on the small water park. Our kids are 4 and 2 years old. Also, a good option for business traveler. Nice placed hotel.

The service can be poor at times, but the hotel is clean and in good condition. It is otherwise what you come to expect from a courtyard marriott. It is the best alternative in the area.

The property is conveniently located to the location of my business meeting. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. No need to leave the property as the on site restaurant was vert good.

Courtyard by Marriott in Aguadilla is one of the nicest and newest hotels in the area of the Ramey Base. Staffing was top notch and rooms were modern and clean. Thumbs up for the pool...if you have kids they will enjoy the playground pool that is the highlight of the center ! Restaurant and casino make it easy for the traveler since there is not much […] in the surrounding area that isn't a walk and a half. Great surf breaks are about 20 minute walk from the grounds. In the Aguadilla area you were limited to small hotels with great view but limited services. The Courtyard Marriott is a large hotel, rooms are very comfortable and the facilities are impressive. Conference rooms can accommodate all type of activities, the parking is ample, the lobby is very inviting and modern. Lo pasamos super y deseamos volver. La piscina de los ni~os es espectacular. Cuando deseamos comprar algo en David's aveces no habia un personal presente y habia que esperar mas de 15 minutos. No comimos en el restaurante por lo tanto ahi no puedo opinar.

Hotel correct mais très mal placé, près d'un aéroport de fret, loin de toute plage et lieu de vie (shopping ou restaurants). Piscine franchement pas terrible, sur le parking. Si comme nous vous cherchez un hôtel sur votre route pour arriver a 19h et repartir a 9h le lendemain alors n'hésitez pas, sinon aucun intérêt.
