La Quinta Inn & Suites St. George - St. George

The place was excellent on my way home from Moab I decided to stay overnight in St. George and relax. The hotel was very nice inside and out and the pool and hot tub were great. The room was large and an excellent breakfast. I recommend it to anyone staying in St. George Utah.

The room key system is TERRIBLE. I had to return to the front desk daily (for 5 days) because my key did not work in door lock. My room was on the third floor at the far end of the hall. Going back every night was ridiculous!!! I kept the key in my shirt pocket so it could not be contaminated - with no success. The staff were great and helpful. My husband was in a wheelchair, and we had our small dog along. The hotel staff was so gracious and helpful, and the handicapped room was very well equipped and clean. The view from the hotel was beautiful as were the grounds! Wonderful property! We will definitely stay here again when visiting family!

For a relatively new hotel, it's showing some wear. We were disappointed to have torn towels in our bathroom. Definitely not the place to stay if you are allergic to animals. Guest pets were in abundance. Service was excellent. Great variety of selections for breakfast.

Our stay was very nice. We did think it rather odd that in a brand new hotel that was so nicely decorated, that the towels were thin and frayed, some with holes. I'm sure they came from an older or closed La Quinta, and they were clean. It just didn't fit the newness of the place. Otherwise, it was a great place and we would highly recommend it.

Room was large and very clean. Only issue make sure you bring your own conditioner! Only shampoo and bar soap was available. Breakfast was served early which is a must for me.

The coupon we picked up at the front desk for 10% off a meal at the Texas Roadhouse led us all the way to the other end of town, and only to be turned away because they had closed early on Sunday evening..... ;0((

The king suite was spacious and well laid out. This hotel is only about 5 years old and is still in great shape. Not much in the way of other business' around it other than a gas station, but really convenient location right off the freeway. Will definitely stay here again.

We stopped after a long car ride and it was just what was needed. It was comfortable, easy to get to and check it, and good breakfast.

Place was pretty nice. For a big room for a good price. The only things I didn't like was the big beautiful hd television was not set up for us channels, and the Orange juice dispenser at the breakfast bar got oj all over my shoes. Staff was pleasant but they did not inform me as to when checkout time was or when the breakfast ended. I couldn't hear […] the freeway from my room, but I was on the backside of the building. This Hotel has friendly staffs offering wonderful service. I stayed here with my 2 little dogs and it was a pleasing experience. The only thing that bothers me is that the walls and doors are very thin and the pet rooms could smell better. I would stay here again with my dogs.

I stayed at this hotel several times and had great experiences--everyone is nice, the hotel is clean and feels safe, and the rooms are exceptional. This time around, however, I found toenails and tissues in my sheets (I realized they were there because they scratched me...). Needless to say I was pretty grossed out. I really have only one negative about this hotel...it was clean and very pet friendly...they have a beautiful doggy park and complimentary doggy waste bags and trash receptacle...great area...the trees were the only problem...the leaves that fall off of them have some kind of sticky stuff on them so they stick all over your dog...really disgusting

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We choose it again because it is clean and up to date and well maintained.

This appears to be a solid lodging option in the Bryce Canyon and is close to the park entrance. The hotel is clean, spacious and well maintained. The rooms are large and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The bathrooms are also quite large with lots of counter space (an asset when traveling with family). Everything in the room worked well. […] A room near ours appeared to be occupied by a cluster of children making lots of noise - and the clearance space at the bottom of the doors allowed their noise to carry clearly into our room. Breakfast was crowded over the Thanksgiving weekend, but the staff managed to clear the tables efficiently and the hotel has an overflow room that was put to good use in accommodating the crowd. The food was fresher and better than most hotel breakfasts: warm meats, eggs, cereals, biscuits, yogurt, fresh fruit and good coffee. The main challenge we encountered, at least at this time of year, was in finding a restaurant to eat dinner. Many of the local places close by mid November. After traveling , we were not in the mood to travel again for dinner, and Ruby's (see other reviews) had lines going into the adjacent gift shop. Happily Ruby's also offers a small grocery where we purchased food to heat in the microwave. It wasn't gourmet, but it wasn't bad, and the availability of the microwave gave us an opportunity to eat without waiting in line for an hour (at 9 PM). Les mer

Great to have a first floor room as I had a pet. Didn't have to take her up & down in the elevator. Was able to get a good nights rest after a long drive.

Clean and large room, but staff were not much help recommending places to eat in the sprawl that is St George. Breakfast was tacky... Polystyrene plates and poor quality! Wouldn't persuade me to book elsewhere with them after this stay.

My husband and I came to St. George for a half marathon. We booked a king size bed suite. The room was quite large and the bed was super comfy. The even extended the hours for their breakfast from 4 am to 10 am to accomodate all the crazy runners who had to get up early. One of the beset places that I've stayed! Super friendly stuff, clean room, and stable wifi connection. Highly recommended! After a long and exhausted drive, I was so happy to see what I've booked and paid for. 100% worth of the $. If traveling with dog, there are a few lawns just outside & bags to pick up after your dog.

Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast is above average. The staff was very helpful. They willingly stored our bikes in a secure room and made them available for us whenever we needed them.

Had a one night stay on return leg to Vegas and the hotel fit the bill great. Buffet breakfast was also included and was of decent quality. i would not hesitate to return.

Very nice young lady working at 17:00 when we checked in on Monday 17th September. Didn't catch her name. She set the tone for what was a very nice stay. Great waffle and sausage breakfast in the AM. Highly recomended. Also your booking service was outstanding and we will book through in the future.
