Front desk staff was a little unhelpful and unfriendly. Room was very nice and the hotel was very clean. Buffalo Wild Wings is right next door and the people there (especially Angel and her friends) are some of the best people on the planet!

Hotel was very clean and room was very nice. All pillows in the room were down pillows. When we called the front desk to see about getting a non-down pillow due to allergies we were told that they didn't know if they had any other pillows and it would be at least an hour and a half before they could check. What wonderful staff, more than happy to help with anything you need. All done with a lovely smile. Wish all accommodation hotels were run by such helpful staff. Room was very clean and very well kept,would recommend this hotel to all. We travelled with 3 children and the lovely man behind the desk changed my room reservations I made on Expedia 3 times […] until we had enough room for all of us. Not once did I feel it was a bother to him, I kept apologizing for all the work we took but he wouldn't have it. He made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door.was back to see him late that night to open a bottle of soft drink for one of the kids, as it needed a bottle opener. Then I was up the next morning and he was back working hard. Must have had a quick sleep then back to work.. Helped us with places to eat ect, nothing was to much trouble. Cont breakfast was awful. Food very bland and just not Good at all Had to purchase another room because they had no roll away beds left since we had 3 adults and 2 kids there was no room for grandma (me) to sleep

Bed could have been more comfortable. Otherwise, EXCELLENT hotel!! I'll have to stay at Hampton more often. Very impressed with the notice at the Front Desk that I have a good stay or no charge: 100% money-back guarantee. Can't beat that!!!

Overall a very good visit. No fridge though had to makeshift a trash can into a wine chiller for our Pinot.No need in getting leftovers at one of the many great restaurants nearby again no fridge. But if these things I'm being possibly over judgemental about are all I have to bicker about I'd mark it down as a good visit. Very good experience. Wonderful greeting my front desk. Great location across from Providence Marketplace and eateries. Breakfast wait staff extremely kind and accomodating. Overall, a great place to stay.

The location of the hotel to family and site seeing areas was really good, the breakfast and the on the go bags were also a good feature. The hotel lobby and room are very clean and well maintained. I would have liked a microwave and refrigerator in my room.

Delightful staff, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice and clean and free breakfast in the morning, fresh baked cookies at night, grab and go bags for people on the run. What could be better?

Upon my arrival off I-40 the Hampton sign was visible and easy to find. The parking lot was clean and spacious. We booked this hotel based on our prior experiences at hampton suites and were not disappointed! The room was pristine, the staff both friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet surpassed our expectations. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Did i mention the pool and hot tub? Loved the whole package.

Awesome stay!!!! The breakfast was delicious! Our room was clean, and new. The hotel was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The pool and spa were nice! I would definately stay there again!

I'm from Toronto area and this was my first time back to Nashville in 20 years. After extensive research on the internet, I chose the Hampton Inn, Mt. Juliet. The hotel is in excellent condition, located tright off hWY 40 a short drive from the airport, lots of parking, the facility is in excellent condition, the room and bathroom were excellent, the […] breakfast was plentiful with a change of hot items each day, lunch bags were available for those leaving early, and coffee, tea and cookies in the afternoon, nice touch. There were numerous restaurants near the hotel - Buffalo Wild Wings was a walk across the parking lot, the Olive Garden, Logans, O'Charleys, Red Robin, Waffle House could be reached in minutes of the hotel. Shopping and a movie theatre right across the street, I found the location to be far enough out to get some privacy, yet close enough to drive to the Opry, Broadway and the airport. I realize that television is not usually top of mind when choosing a hotel, but the service they use is appalling. It is literally impossible to browse the TV or movie selection without being bombarded with porn ads (all of which display pictures of scantily clad women). We would stay in this Hampton Inn again. The location is next to an Interstate ramp and a major shopping center. You can reach any place in Nashville easily from this location. It provided the best free "hot" breakfast I have had anywhere. I was agog at the breakfast. The towels do leave lint on you. We booked this hotel because of proximity to a relative, but it was over-priced. Breakfast was good, but we have had better at more economical hotels. Beds are comfortable.
