"Nice size rooms"
The hotel is fairly new and is in good shape. My group had three rooms, each with a king size bed. We all commented on the room was larger than we expected. Would definitely stay there again.

"Won't stay again"
There was what looked like pubic hair on the sheet when I turned down the sheets to get into the bed. The air conditioner didn't work and would never get below 77 degrees in the room which was too warm. When the air conditioner unit would come on, pieces of black stuff would fly out of it onto the bed closest to it. When I looked at the air conditioner […] vents, it was visibly dirty. "Comfort Suites - Nacogdoches TX"
The room was very clean. Had a King size bed with 5 twin pillows that were not very firm. Would have preferred pillows that actually fit a King. Other than that, the room was very nice.
Presently surprised. A good rate, an excellent and clean well decorated hotel.

My family and I stayed at Comfort Suites when in town for a cheer & dance competition at SFA. It was very clean and the staff very friendly. The travel time to SFA was quick and convenient. We arrived very late at the hotel and was still greeted with a smile and an offer of any help that we needed during our stay. Breakfast was great! A good variety […] of cold and hot items and it made our morning better since we didn't have to go out to a restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel if you come into Nacogdoches. Les mer
"Great Price, clean room"
We arrived late on Friday, had a quick smooth check in. There was a small sitting area which we utilized and the beds were clean and comfortable. The in hotel breakfast wasn't great but toast, coffee and juice were fine, stay away from the eggs and sausage.

"Convenient location, friendly staff"
My husband and I booked a room using hotels.com's mobile app on the spur of the moment over Memorial Day weekend...gotta say I LOVE being able to do this because we are pretty spontaneous and this makes finding a room a piece of cake. But about the hotel...when we arrived everything was in perfect order with the reservation, the woman working the front […] desk was friendly and efficient even though there were issues with their inhouse computer system. Rather than make us wait until that was resolved, she sent us off to our room -- a blessing because we were tired and it was late. The room was very clean, fairly typical of this chain. Location was very convenient and there are places to eat nearby. Breakfast buffet was good with eggs, potatoes, bacon, etc., as well as lighter fare. Check out was equally easy, and the morning front desk clerk was just as pleasant as the night before. All in all a very positive experience. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, quiet, everything you could want! Les mer
"Nice stay for the price."
The hotel was nice and comfortable. Our room was clean upon arrival and we did not encounter any problems. It was nice to have an indoor pool for our 11 month old daughter. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast with a waffle station, fruit, pastries, dry cereal, coffee and juices, hot eggs and sausage links. My only complaint […] about the room was the carpet. There seemed to be some sticky substance all over the floor, so I stayed in my sandals instead of being barefooted. Overall, good stay for the price if you're just spending the night in town. Les mer
"Decent - at best"
The hotel itself has a slight odor of cigarette smoke mixed with the smell you may get from wet carpet. People were nice for the most part. They did allow us to check in WAY early due to us being there for a funeral. However, I did see the front desk attendant sitting on the bench near the front door smoking. We also almost got trampled by a maid […] getting off the elevator who didn't bother to say anything. However, they did have a nice continental breakfast on Sunday morning. Our room looked nice on cursory glance, however the bathroom showed signs of leaks from overhead. The walls had water stains and wallpaper was peeling slightly. The A/C within the room made sleeping difficult due to how loud it was. The toilet leaked from the wax ring underneath and the shower curtain was not long enough to keep water from getting the tile wet (slip hazard anyone?). I don't say these things to be mean or rude. It's apparent from the condition and overall feel of the hotel that it's run loosely and without much attention to detail. In what is admittedly our own mistake as much as it is the hotel's we were billed for the stay AT THE HOTEL, even though they recognized that it was a hotels.com booking. If you're looking for an economical place to get some rest this place is a decent bet. If you're looking for anything more be advised you probably won't find it here. Les mer
"A Quick Stay in Nacogdoches"
My daughter and I stayed in Nacogdoches while touring SFA University. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accomodating and gave us a few sugestions of places to eat. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and had a good variety of items to chooses from. My daughter loved making fresh waffles! "Comfortable Hotel in Nacogdoches"
You don't have many good choices in Nacogdoches but this is the one to choose. The hotel is clean, fairly well maintained and moderately priced. It beats all the other hotels in Nacogdoches by far. The breakfast was decent, cheese omelets, bacon or sausage, muffins, bagels, juice and coffee. Even waffles. It is on the south side of town so you do […] have to drive to anything you want to do. "Very nice place to stay!"
We enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. Amenities were good. We used the hard wire computer connection and were very pleased with its responsiveness. One interesting thing...when the toilet was flushed, it refilled with hot water...not warm, HOT! Strange. Also, the driveway into the parking lot […] is at such an angle to the crown of the highway that our van scraped every time we came and went. Les mer

"Great room for the money"
This was a weekend getaway for our family and we were pleased with the size of the room and the comfort. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Also room was accessible for wheelchair.
"Would recommend"
I would recommend staying here, it was a good room at a reasonable price. It was a little far from where we wanted to be, which didn't make much sense since there were other hotels in the town we were looking but that has no reflection on the hotel itself. I would stay here again if the need arose to be in this area again.

"Weekend Away"
We live in Dallas and just wanted to get away for a night. This was a very clean, comfortable place to stay. My only complaint was that the air conditioner was noisy and everytime it kicked on in the night, I woke up. However, the bed was so comfortable, I went right back to sleep. Breakfast was good. Very clean. Rooms are truly "Non Smoking" and have no smoke odor at all which is such plus. My family stayed in the hotel my twins were at the SFA Orientation. People we met at the Orientation who stayed closer to campus said they were kept awake by the road noise of kids cruising up and down 59 Business. Being 3+ miles from campus saved us from that. […] It was close enough (about a 5 min drive) and far enough (very quiet, peaceful) to be perfect. Good breakfast, good pool area, very clean. I plan to stay there again when we bring our kids up to move onto campus. Les mer
"Nice facility, young guy at the counter not so nice"
The hotel, room and breakfast were all fabulous. However, the guy at the counter charged my credit card 3 times extra after I already paid through hotels.com!!!! He was clueless and acted like it was no big deal! Some dumb college kid... It eventually dropped off my account several days later.
