Her er det supert dersom man vil ha en badeferie og vil nyte strand og bading samt restauranter og uteliv. Perfekt for barnefamilier og venneturer. Store suiter med fult utstyrte kjøkken, stue, balkong, bra bad og stor seng. Rent og pent. Masse butikker og restauranter på området og stranda rett ved. Den beste stranda jeg har vært på!!! Vi var der i lav sesong som betyr at mye av butikkene ect var stengt men vi hadde steden neste for oss selv. Dette må være super i høysessong. Mye for pengene. Det rare var at lobbyen bare er åpen fra 8 til 8 noe som betyr at dersom man kommer etter kl 8 på kvelden er det litt pes og dersom man ønsker å sjekke ut før kl 8 om morran må det avtales. Vi også gjøre oppmerksom på at hotellet heter The Inn at Carrilion Beach.. greit å vite da det kan være litt fovirrende å finne frem.

"Convenient to the strip"
Very nice rooms, pool, and staff!! We got an extra treat to see the alligator that lives in the pond behind the hotel too. My kids thought it was awesome and kept walking to the pool to look at him!

The hotel overall was ok, the carpet was a little worn and the elevator needs to be upgraded.The staff was professional, but I was a little surprised when they did not clean my room and i had to request clean towels. Also, I guess it was bad timing, I was there while it was spring break, my sleep was interrupted at 3:00 am to 6:00 am by a drunk person's […] accident in the parking lot. Very friendly staff and the location was not far from the beach. The room we stayed in was clean and everywhere i went in the hotel was clean. I would recommend this hotel to others. The only thing i didnt like was the elevators were very slow and the halls were hot. Overall I would stay there again!
"Sub-par PC Experience"
First of all, this hotel has been renamed to Hawthorn Suites so its kind of confusing if you are trying to find it via GPS. I ordered a queen sized suite and instead got a room with 2 full sizes beds in it. I called down to the desk and they said that those were 2 queen sized beds. I explained that they looked more like full size and besides I ordered […] a room with just one queen bed. My wife and I only needed one bed. They moved us to a room with just one bed in it and it still looked like a queen sized bed (I have a real queen sized bed at home and I know what one looks like). However, they swore it was a queen bed so we just accepted it. The sheets smelled kind of odd but they were clean. The bed wasn't really that comfortable but it did the job. The toilet was extremely slow to flush and refill. Maintenance came right up and said it was because the hotel was so packed and the water pump wasn't that great. The carpet looked old and and dirty, even though it seemed clean. It was an alright hotel, but for the price we paid it wasn't worth it. Les mer
"Mainstay panama city beach"
Room was ok nothing crazy, but hall way and elevator and lobby smelled like wet socks the whole trip. Also read the fine print a credit card is not good enough deposit for the room you will find out when you check in that you need 250 dollars cash extra.
We stayed for a week this February and we quite satisfied with the hotel. We were traveling with a small dog and the hotel made both us a him very welcome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "Hard to find, but really nice"
This hotel is not on the beach but is on a main rd.It is easy to see but hard to get to. We had a great stay, very friendly staff, nice clean room and we got a complimentary upgrade without asking! Breakfast was good. A nice place to stay.
"My Dog!"
They say dogs are allowed, but they do not let dogs bark! I am so furious and my dog is so upset. She had a horrible experience at this hotel. I don't recommend dogs staying here. There is also only one entrance too! Otherwise, 5 Stars!

Very convenient as it is quite close to all the major attractions such as Wonderworks and Ripley's Believe It Or Not......and the Beachfront Parkway. Staff are friendly. The room is clean and adequately furnished complete with cooking facilities.

"Go Somewhere Else!!"
This place is a dump! I should have listen to the reviewer that said the carpet fresh smell is overwhelming. It was so bad, my home smelled from it when we got home! The room was dusty, the bedding dirty and uncomfortable. The floor was not vacuumed. There were crumbs all over it. The beds are not queen sized. Breakfast was stale bagels, and bananas. "Not too bad"
The hotel is a little far from all the excitement and local restaurants. And is not within walking distance of a beach, which is why I decided to book this hotel. Having a full frig/kitchen was really nice though.

We arrived at the hotel after spending the day @ Shipwreck Island, we were greeted by the employees and they explained the pool hrs, breakfast, exercise room, etc. My only complaint was the air in the hallway on the 4th floor was broken, felt like we were n a sauna.
The hotel smell of carpet fresh hit us as we walked through the door. The room was very small with a kitchenette if that's important to you...two standard beds opposite each other and one looked as though it was tilted enough that if you got in it, it would tip over. The tv was on the wall side of the bed. Hard to watch. I guess ones night's stay was […] ok..but that's all we could take! Les mer

"Staff was great room layout was uncomfortable"
The lady that checked us in was fantastic, the other staff members we encountered were great as well. The room we stayed in had a very uncomfortable layout with two beds facing each other, the TV mounted on the wall next to one of the beds and there was just no room to move in there, the bathroom was ok though. We found 2 dirty socks that were not ours […] under the bed and multiple staples on the carpet. I did not feel the room was vacuumed or inspected due to this. Les mer

"Mainstay perfect for Thunder Beach event"
Great access to all the venues in both directions without being right in the middle of it. Easy in-out access with private bike parking. They even provided towels service every day for cleaning bikes. The staff was very biker-friendly.

The room was nothing like the pictures. The beds were more like a double bed than a Queen and practically touching each other. Staff not very friendly or accommodating! Really far from beach. Nothing about this place was Suite!!
"Spring break 2011"
After realizing that the hotel we were originally for book for was not on the beach we made a call to Hotels.com. They switched us over to Legacy. We were welcomed by a great staff member, ..The kids were happy to see the gorgeous ocean view ..we were able to cook some meals in the kitchenette in our suite..we were walking distance from good restaurants […] like Sharkys.. The only pet peeve i have is that they should have more of a variety of the free continental breakfast..........this hotel was worth the price. we will definitely stay here again! Les mer
"Pretty Nice"
The beds are comfy and it was nice there. The only complaint I have is they allow dogs and one of them started barking at 6am and wouldnt stop. Other than that it was great

Kitchen was great! Rooms were clean, bed was so so. Pet Gator next door was cool! Could use some eggs at breakfast. Waffles were fine though. Would go there again.

Good price for a good hotel. The breakfast could be a little bit better and the kitchen could be bigger. But apart from that the rooms are very comfortable and are not too far away from the beach.
