Beliggende i et hyggelig og rolig nabolag, og et fint sted å trekke seg tilbake etter en hektisk dag i Paris. Som vanlig er i Paris er rommene relativt små, men Eiffel suiten som vi hadde er et herlig rom. God plass til to voksne og to barn, med flott utsikt. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake til vår "leilighet" i Paris

Knøttliten heis, trange ganger, men god seng og rent, bortsett fra at vegg-til-vegg teppet var fullt av flekker. Vi hadde rom mot bakgården og hørte ikke en eneste lyd! Beliggenheten er helt topp!

Fint, lite hotel med hyggelig engelskstalende betjening. Ligger rett ved metro, slik at det er aldri mer enn 5-10 min til sentrum, Louvre eller Eiffeltårnet. Koselig område med små restauranter, butikker og cafeer, 10-15 min gange til Sacre Coer. Rommet var noe slitt og begrenset med plass. Men ryddig, pent og med godt fungerende bad. Very nice room in the 1st floor. We were to people, and the room was not to small for us (I should perhaps mention that we are in love, and don't need very much space). Easy to get to the city center with the metro, and a nice little walk to the heart of Montmartre. Hotel is near the Saint George metro station, grocery store and good restaurants (all plus). We had quad premium room in 3rd floor with two windows - one pointing to 2x4m hole with pipes and one pointing to bigger hole with some roof and windows - room got some natural light (plus). Separate WC and bathroom was good for 4 person, even though you could […] not wash your hands in WC but had to walk through the room to bathroom. While in WC I was able to hear everything from next WC, but the room itself was surprisingly quiet - or maybe other rooms' quests were quiet too. Two double beds (160x200), old and springs had seen better days - clean sheets and towels. The room roof had a bubble - looked like it was full of something but luckily did not burst during our stay (reported that to reception but nothing happened). I can recommend to person who wants to just sleep over and not spend any time in the hotel (anyhow why would spend any time in hotel while in Paris). Les mer

"Good location, lousy room"
The one saving grace for this hotel is that it's in a great location-- a lovely, safe and convenient neighborhood, and just steps away from the metro. However, our room was absolutely nothing like the web photos, and we were extremely disappointed overall. We had a quad room, which is harder to come by in Paris and we really had less choice, and maybe […] it was different than the other smaller rooms. But, first thing you notice as you enter the room, the carpet was incredibly filthy -- I can't believe a hotel would have the nerve to rent a room with such a dirty and stained carpet. It looked like it belonged in a junkie's squatter flat. The beds were clean, which is the only thing that kept us from checking out, but they were not comfortable, and we were each given one very very slim and insufficient pillow and told repeatedly that there were no other pillows available. The toilet was in its own room on one end of the room, with a door that wouldn't shut properly, and the sink and tub were in another at the other end of the bedroom. So after using the toilet, you have to "open" the door and walk clear across the bedroom to the other bathroom to wash your hands. The tub had a hand-held "shower head," but no shower curtain. One window looked out at a wall and window of someone's bathroom, the other into a dark alley, and the room only had lights above the beds, so not enough light in the room overall (though perhaps you wouldn't want to be able to see the filthy carpet any better anyway.) Also, no free wifi in the hotel, which is ridiculous these days. Overall, we had a great time in Paris, but it was despite this hotel. It was an unpleasant room and we didn't sleep well. But if you need a quad room and can't find another in Paris, the beds here are at least clean. (But it's lousy to pay that much money just for a clean bed.) We won't stay there again. Les mer

Great hotel, it's a 2 star so expect to have some services covered, others not. This being said, from the perspective of location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, this hotel is awesome. Rooms are on the small side, but very functional (we where 2 adults with queen bed). First stay in Paris but as I understand small rooms are a common item. "Great central location"
While this hotel is very basic, it is worth what you pay. Close to three metro stations, but also not far to walk to most major attractions and shopping areas. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic location, right beside the Metro, couldn't get better. The hotel itself was basic but comfortable. The room was compact, clean, lovely and warm, comfortable bed and good powerful (hand held) shower. The room was serviced daily and we were provided with clean towels. Some lovely restaurants nearby. "Simple, but great location in Montmarte"
If you want to really get a taste of Paris, stay in this part of Montmarte (far enough from the Red Light District but surrounded by artist's flats and delicious bakeries). The room was simpler than I was expecting, but the only real disappointment was the "shower." Since we were on the top floor, the roof line cut low over the tub/shower combo and […] the hand held shower nozzle barely extended high enough over my head so I always got water on the floor due to the lack of a shower curtain. Still, the English-speaking staff were friendly and our room was kept quite clean. I can't recommend the location enough since it was 50 meters from a Metro stop and I was overwhelmed by all of the delicious cafes, bakeries, and restaurants to try. Les mer
"Great location, good hotel."
I was a bit wary after having read other bad reviews of the hotel on other sites after booking but I had nothing to complain about. Our room overlooked the street but noise was never an issue even with the Moulin Rouge and other late night clubs being at the top of the road. The room is fairly basic and not particularly large but we found it cosy and […] perfectly fine. The bathroom was a decent size and the water pressure was good in the shower. We found the staff at the desk very accommodating. Location is the main selling point as it is literally 1 minute from a metro station. The road it is on is also very convenient as there is an excellent bistro (Bistro Lorette) 2 minutes up the road and a decent sized supermarket 30 seconds in the other direction. Overall, if you're looking for a well positioned hotel (it takes 20 minutes to walk from Gare du Nord) which you can use as a resting point for sleeping and showering then this is a very well priced option. It's not the Ritz but at that price you don't expect it to be and when you're staying in one of the most beautiful cities in the world you don't expect to be spending much time in your hotel anyway. In summary, a good basic hotel in an excellent location which may need a bit of modernisation in the standard rooms but more than fit for purpose. Les mer
"5 stars for a budget 2 star hotel"
I decided on this hotel due to the good reviews it had received. It is by no means a luxury hotel, but for anyone looking for a cheap weekend away in Paris then I highly recommend this hotel. The room was small but tidy and suited the 2 of us fine. The hotel is not even 100m from the station which was a pleasure. Upon our arrival at 11pm there were […] still quite a few restuarants open and 1 convenience store all within 5 minutes walk. The hotel is situated in a fairly quiet area and I felt completely safe walking around. It is a 5 minute walk from Moulin Rouge and about a 35 minute walk from the Louvre. We made use of the Paris Bicycle scheme which was a pleasure, especially since there are 2 racks situated nearby the hotel. Being a budget hotel there were a few things that would not please everyone. The walls are fairly thin and I could hear the room next door when they opened cupboard and closed doors. People in the passage could also be heard. This did not bother my wife but it did me. I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. That said, I still managed to sleep until well after 9am so it could not have been that bad. All in all I felt the hotel offered great value for money and would definitely stay there again on my next trip. Les mer

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was nice and clean, conveniently located to near Opera district. Nice area not too much noise. Staff were very helpful in organising a taxi to airport when booked shuttle did not turnup. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

My son and his new wife had stayed here and recommended it for us when I took my daughter and two grandkids to France. We had the quad and it was quite big for Paris standards. The room was keep clean and the staff was very helpful, especially the lady on duty when we arrived. Stayed here three nights and found the St. Georges metro stop very handy […] as it was right around the corner. A grocery just down the street. There was construction outside the hotel so it didn't show it off to advantage, but I thought the hotel was a very good choice. Les mer

"OK for sight-seeing; terrible for drivers; average European hotel room"
No parking at all! This makes it very difficult to get to and from the hotel. The room was fine, but since we drove to Paris, walking 20 minutes to/from was inconvenient. The beds were comfortable- but anything would be after walking around sight-seeing. The view was... not there. We got a view of the neighboring building's wall on one side and the […] neighboring walls and courtyard on the other- cannot see past either. Some of the staff was polite and helpful while others were just rude (we asked for help finding a parking garage and the woman said, "Here's a map"- and that was it.) "Small but did the job"
hotel is small but clean and well located just beside the saint george metro stop. Its about a 20 minute walk to the Louvre. We stayed for one night with our two children and had a large enough room with two queen beds. The hotel has six floors however the corridors are very narrow but overall the place is clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and […] helpful. "Conveinant location"
This hotel is only 50 feet from the metro station. It is also close to several bars, restaurants, and other stores. The hallways are very narrow and the room was tiny, but that is what you should expect for a budget hotel in a major city. The front desk was very helpful and spoke English well. Great Location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Family room spacious by Paris standards and adequate as a base for exploring this great city. Some noise from metro etc. but nothing to worry about. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
"Service is excellent shame about room sizes"
The staff at the hotel were excellent and went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The room size was shockingly disappointing, we couldn't even lay down our suitcase on the floor, however the bathroom as surprisingly spacious and clean. Apart from one incident where another resident woke us up by pretending to be the police […] and ran off before we could open the door, we had a very good time at the hotel. Hyvän matkan päästä metro asemasta, josta pääsi mihin vain. Lähellä muutama pikku putiikki, pubi jossa aamu lähti kahvin ja hyvän seuran kanssa hyvin käyntiin. Hotellin vastaanotto, puhui englantia hyvin ja asiat etenivät. De matrassen mogen dringend vernieuwd worden. PUT vorming. En ik heb er 2 verschillende geprobeerd. Prijs-kwaliteit is het duur. Ik denk niet dat ik er nog terugga. Ik ken dan betere hotels in Parijs. Wel rustig, uitstekende buurt. Propere heel basic-kamers.

La chambre était propre et le lit confortable, avec une TV récente. L'insonorisation laissait un peu à désirer (chambre au 1er étage côté rue + bruit dans le couloir) mais vu le prix de la chambre, c'est tout à fait acceptable. D'autant que les employés sont accueillants et l'hôtel très bien situé. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

udemærket hotel til pengene. Billederne fra hotellets værelser svare dog ikke helt overens med virkeligheden. der var et toiletvindue der var gået i stykker som ikke kunne lukkes helt og et løst toiletbræt. Ellers var alt ok og god service fra recepetionisterne.

ok hotel, meget trange gange og lidt småt og ret lydt, men super nabogade, med gode muligheder for madindkøb. Metroen utrolig dejlig tæt på. Vi var meget glade for at der ikke var hedebølge, det havde været ulideligt om natten, med et værelse uden air condition! der var en del larm fra gaden med åbent vindue om natten. Men fint hotel til prisen.

The hotel is just few meters from metro station so the location is not a problem. Dont expect that the rooms are as they seem in the pictures. We had view to tiny inner court (a gap) so basically no view at all. The room is very basic, (with no cute wood decoration on the ceiling). Its clean and the towels are changed every day. Excelente ubicación a la salida del metro. Habitaciones limpias, servicio de recepción y mantenimiento muy bueno. Falta para colgar duchador en el baño. por lo demás todo bien.
