"Very nice with one exception."
Very well decorated hotel common areas. Rooms are colorfull and very well furnished. Nice convenience center with good sized fridge, microwave and coffee maker.The check-in however was poorly handled. Arrived before 3:00 PM and were told to come back in an hour and a half. We returned at 3:30 PM only to be told no rooms were currently available due […] to a busy previous night. After standing at the desk for 10 minutes we were told to have a seat and they would come find us. It took 50 minutes to finally get a room! Les mer
we were in a room next to unattended young ppl. It was after midnight and we were trying to sleep. We could hear them banging on the wall, talking loudly and laughing. We first called the front desk, it still continued. I then went down to the front desk about an hour later. When I did, I was told we could change rooms. I felt WE were not the ones who […] needed to be moved. We weren't the ones causing the problem. The staff was not very accommodating and it is troubling to pay good money and not get any sleep!!! We left a complaint. The manager was supposed to call us. We havent heard from them. The hotel and room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. When the staff is not friendly and fails to handle problems, it ruins the entire experience. Les mer

"Very nice stay!"
Great stay! Appreciated the snacks/drinks upon check-in Sunday evening. Loved the suite setup of the room -- allowed us to put our kids down on the bed & still enjoy some time as a couple in the entry room area. Breakfast was fabulous -- wish I'd seen the made-to-order omelet location before I'd loaded up my plate with other items!! The facilities were […] excellent & we enjoyed a very nice stay here. My only negative was that the pool water was a little chilly, especially on Monday morning when we swam after breakfast. My family will definitely consider staying at this hotel again the next time we visit family in this area. Thanks!! Les mer
"Gret stay"
Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed with soft sheets and great pillows. Evening cocktails and a REAL breakfast included. Will stay again for sure.

"Unexpected Experience"
My wife and I have stayed at this location many times, visiting our son in college. Always top notch service - top notch amenities and great rooms. This time proved to be very different, for some reason the hotel seemed to be understaffed. Check in process - that normally took 5 to 10 at the most - always greeeted with a warm smile - was over 30 minutes […] - and not even a comment by the person checking me in as to a concern for the long wait. The next morning we went down for breakfast where we are normally greeted by a warm smiling employee at the entrance to the breakfast area, not this time, not a soul in sight, so after a few minutes of standing there being respectful of the process that we had gone through many times, we proceeded on with securing our food. The food also failed to meet the standards that we had experience in all previous visits. Don't know what has happened. Maybe just a fluke, but this time the value proposition was not there for the investment made. Les mer

This was an excellent hotel to stay at. The staff and facilities were great. We would definetely recommend to anybody staying in the area and would stay again. The indoor restaraunts helped out a lot since we were new to the area. They are very reasonably priced.

"Very happy with our weekend stay."
We were in town for a wedding and our stay at the could not have been better. Friendly, professional staff, excellent breakfast provided, great surroundings and decor, spacious and comfortable rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Poorly Managed"
Hilton is supposed to have very strict rules regarding their "Do Not Disturb" signs. Mine was securely placed, yet I had housekeeping knock, then proceed to come into my room at 10:15AM before I could get to the door. I called the front desk to complain and they said they would check into it. Then it happened again just past 11:00AM (12:00 was checkout.) […] I again called the front desk to an agent who didn't identify themselves by name. She too said she would look into it. When I checked out the absurd excuse was that the housekeeper thought she saw me leave! So, I said what about the second time? The less than apologetic desk agent shrugged her shoulders. Hilton is supposed to have a policy requiring them to first call the room to see if the person has checked out when there is any question to the guests being in the room. This incident has to make me wonder about the true security of this hotel and its guests. Les mer

The hotel staff was super hospitable and friendly. The only problem was the room was not made up until 5:00pm. I would have liked it done earlier in the day, but otherwise a great,relaxing stay.

My sister and I stayed there for 5 days. Was so nice to have the breakfast buffet each morning before we headed out for the day. We were busy during the day then came back and enjoyed the manager's happy hour. The hotel has a very nice fitness room and also a pool and jacuzzi. They also have wireless internet and I was able to print my boarding passes […] for my flight back home. Everybody that worked in the hotel was very friendly. Les mer

"Interstate Oasis of Comfort!"
We've stayed at this hotel twice now and I'm sure we'll stay again. We drive from Wisconsin to Florida for a family vacation each year and this is the half way point. We know we can count on clean comfortable rooms, great service, and a great hot breakfast before getting back on the road. "Best Hotle in the Boro"
Best hotel in town and all the comforts of home. Only thing they need is free wireless and for the bar to stay open beyond 11:00pm on the weekends. Other than that, it is the third time we have stayed there while visiting family and we will be back......

We had the best experience that I have ever had locally. The only thing that tops this experience is our experience at Disney World and that is saying alot. The staff was excellent and the room was gorgeous. The only thing that I had a complaint is that the pull out bed was not that comfortable but everything else was amazing. I have plans to visit […] this hotel again, and again. My daughter had the best sleepover/birthday party experience thus far. Her guess were just as impressed. This is a pretty good accomplishment for little girls ages 10 - 12 (pre-teens). Thank you to the entire staff at the Embassy Suites. Especially Aaron, the bellman. He was the best. Les mer

This hotel room was more than we expected. Room was clean, comfortable. Two tv's came in handy as well as the indoor pool. Will definately stay here next year for the competition if it is in murfreesboro.

The hotel was clean and actually luxurious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed all the amenities. 2 things I didn't like was that, had we had to use a laptop, the charge was $9.95 per night and movies $14.95. As a guest, there should be no charge on computer use and maybe $4.95 max on the movies. However, I highly recommend this hotel […] and did not miss the movies or computer. This is a beautiful hotel. We were passing through on our way to FL for a family vacation. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was fabulous. My kids wanted to stop by on the way home. It was definitely their favorite stop on the way.

"Over charged and Sleep Disturbance at Embassy Suit"
My husband and I stayed at the Embassy Suites location in Murfreesboro Tn. and between the housekeeping staff knocking on the door at the top of every hour starting at 9am through the time we checked out and the charges the they can't seem to get right on my credit card..... we were not able to enjoy our stay. You would think if you had the "no disturb" […] lock on that housekeeping would get the hint, or know who is checking out and let that room be last! It should not take 2 weeks for a hotel to get a one night stay charge corrected. We booked through Hotels.Com, how difficult can that be? The accounting department does not return calls and then corporate only kicks it back to the actual Hotel to address the matter. Not impressed with the customer service at this location! Les mer

The newest Embassy Suites in the Nashville area is very nice, roomy and the staff go out of their way to meet your needs. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The location was great. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. Our suite was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find, lots of parking close to entry. Idea place for a weekend getaway. I'll be going back soon.
