This is the second time that I have stayed at this property in a month and I will definitely stay again. Very friendly and helpful staff! It is easily accessed and in a great location, only a few minutes either way from shopping, food, downtown etc.

Good location and good facilities including gym, swimming pool and internet room. Also, I am impressed with the continental breakfast. Especially, Kimchi and Miso soup were really nice.

It's obvious the place has been very nicely renovated, so the surfaces are nice and appear clean but the walls are thin. I could hear every sound in the hallway, and some from the next door rooms, but I'm more sensitive to noise than most. Bring earplugs to offset this. Water temp and pressure in the shower was good. Great hotel for families who need additional facilities, e.g. full size fridge, micro wave, etc. As well, included breakfast offers good selection, quality, and friendly sevice.

It's great! Just review the location and how to get there easily from the freeway. It's on the frontage road north of the 90 and West of the 150th offramp.

Great staff, very clean and in a good location. I would go back anytime. Loved the room.

Great place for the money, close to downtown Bellevue, close to snoqualime casino. Has a shuttle to take you places. Nice little getaway just off free way.

This was the best hotel I've stayed in. Everything was very modern and clean. I loved the breakfast.

Really quite impressive. Room was great. Breakfast was great and pool was great. Can't imagine a thing to complain about.

We stayed here for the second time because when we visited Seattle again and needed a hotel, we figured we were in good hands. And we were! The service was excellent, very good layout in the room, furniture/bed was very comfortable (wife wished she could take it home with us), the bar staff friendly, and the food good. We'll come back here anytime.

This hotel was AMAZING!!! My fiance and I have been doing weekend hotel stays and this place by far has been the best. The location was a bit stand-offish, it's around other businesses, and no real shops or restaurants or anything entertainment wise. It is located very close to the freeway so it was just a jump over to get to Bell Square. We stayed […] in a suite with a kitchen and a couch and it even had a swivel tv to point towards the couch and then to the bed! The breakfast was above average continental breakfast. You were able to make your own omelet or have cereal, eggs with cheese, sausage, and diced potatoes. So yummy! The staff is super friendly as well, we were able to get a late check-out with no problems. Stay here if you get a chance!!!! Les mer

Hotel Sierra is a comfortable, business class hotel with all of the amenities you would expect, including a busy, average quality breakfast bar. The downside is the location of the hotel. It was advertised as being near downtown Bellevue, but is really in Factoria, off the beaten track, which makes it difficult to find. It is also in a business park, […] so there is nothing scenic or accessible about the location for tourists. If , however, you are there on business, it is fine. Be aware there is a busy freeway next to the hotel and the only view from windows will be parking lots, the roof, or the freeway. Les mer

We stayed at the Studio King at Hotel Sierra Bellevue for two nights. The room was spacious and clean . Included breakfast was good, too , though the omelette station could have been a little more efficient in terms of taking orders and serving. ( my husband ordered his but it was forgotten.... there were too many orders at one time and the cook could […] not handle well ) The pool and the Jacuzzi was good size for kids, too. We wished there had been more bath towels to use. We will definitely stay at this hotel again ! Les mer

Front desk was apathetically indifferent at best. Buffet was pretty good but seating area was woefully inadequate. Rooms adjacent to I-90 get lots of road noise. Rooms are nicely decorated. Amenities are minimal. No conditioner or lotion. Housekeeping was perfect.

We would stay again but would make sure our room is on the opposite side of the highway. Friendly staff, nice clean room with kitchen.

The hotel staff was nice but failed to inform me of the free breakfast in the morning, I happened to overhear some other people talking about it. The room was lovely and comfortable but freeway noise could be heard in the room.

The room was absolutely wonderful and the front desk clerk knocked himself out to provide over-the-top service---he even met me at the back door with a valet cart and loaded it for me while I struggled with two small children, then wheeled it to my room and off-loaded it as well. Amazing! The only issue we had was the restaurant was awful. Rather than […] go back out in the rain with kids, I called down to the restaurant to place an order: pizza, fries, and potato soup. I had to call four times as no one answered, then the front desk rang me to the kitchen, where the cook took a message and someone called back a bit later. That I didn't mind much. When the food was ready, I darted downstairs, grabbed it and ran back upstairs, then dished out pizza and fries for the kids and dug into the soup--which I found was cold in the middle and had large chunks of undercooked potato. So I decided to try the pizza---despite the fact they put stuff on it that wasn't supposed to be there that I can't eat (had to pick off the green peppers). The crust was very doughy and not cooked all the way through, so I hauled it back downstairs. I was very pleased that they said they'd cook a new one---and they even delivered it to the room--great service, again! (and promised not to put peppers on it this time)---but the replacement had the same problem: undercooked, inedible dough. The whole thing went into the trash (by the way, it was the smallest "large" pizza I've seen!). In the morning we did the breakfast buffet and it was comparable to other hotels with a free hot buffet---not bad at all (just need to add lots of salt and pepper to the eggs). Overall, the service was wonderful, the room fantastic---but I wasted $30 on a really awful dinner (maybe that's why breakfast tasted so good--because I was hungry). But I really can't say enough about the service! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend it as long as you eat out! Les mer

This place was truly amazing!!!! We had a hard time leaving...the whole set up was very impressive from the MOST simple shampoo/lotion that was in the bathroom to the kitchen set up. I really liked the tiled bathroom, the fridge and the TABLE....you truly went out of your way to make your hotel unique. I was sadden to hear you are switching names. Enjoyed our stay as the hotel is in a quiet location, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Our room was very noisy because of the rain which was supposed to go to the gutter or the noise should not be pounding noise that we could not sleep. I told the receptionist and the just offered to have the maintanance or change room. It was not s convinient to change our room for a few hours that we were going to stay there.

Good alternative to high prices in Seattle. We stayed here after a Seattle concert, rather than drive an hour and half home.The location provided easy access to expressways into Seattle, was quiet and had ample parking. We estimate that with better rates, free parking and breakfast, we saved more than $100.00 over a comparable stay in Seattle. We found […] the place very clean with friendly staff, attractive decor, with many options in the breakfast buffet. We requested an accessible bathroom with walk-in shower. Our king suite had a well designed ADA bathroom, in which you could actually turn a wheelchair 360 degrees. The shower had a comfortable wall-mounted seat and adjustible hand-held shower head. (We've found other hotels with walk-in showers, but nothing to sit on.) The king suite would be a great choice for an extended stay or a small family. It had a fold out couch, a bar height table with 4 stools, a kitchette with sink, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, small dishwasher, dishes and utensils. We had only two disappointments: The fridge didn't seem to work when I thought I had turned it on. (I didn't take the time to ask anyone, so it may have been my error.) While most hotel beds are softer than we prefer, the king bed here was not only too soft, but it had a deep troughs where the sleepers lay. A person with mobility issues already has a much more dificult time turning over in a too-soft bed. The trough in this one made it nearly impossible for my husband to turn over by himself. This bed is well past it's useful life in an ADA room. Hopefully it's on the schedule to be replaced soon. Even so, this Hotel Sierra is one we will happily choose again when we visit the Seattle area. Les mer

I love this hotel. I've stayed at this location several times a year. My only complaint is the housekeeping staff ignoring the "do not disturb" sign on all visits. It's a rude awakening when they knock and attempt to enter twice before 10am on a sunday morning.

I absolutely LOVED our stay at the Bellevue Hotel Sierra! We were only there for one night, but I would have loved to stay longer! The room was beautiful and comfortable...with a kitchen! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING with so many options to choose from. And complimentary Starbucks coffee...YUM! The location made it so easy to find and it […] was super close to shopping and entertainment. I would love to visit the area again, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again!!!! Les mer

We are using this hotel during the 2011 Labor Day weekend. All I can say is, the review you read in here are true and good. Comp. breakfast is really good but do packed with lots of people.

We loved our stay! The hotel has fanastic service and an amazing breakfast buffet. It's very modern clean and affordable. The hotel location is very close to a park and ride so access to downtown Seattle (without the hassle's of driving and parking) is very handy. Couldn't come up with a complaint if I tried. Well done!!

The staff at Bellevue Hotel are very helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is well-maintained. The free breakfast in the mornings is pretty good and the gym and pool are small but work for a short-term stay. The one-bedroom suite is very spacious and they keep it very clean. The only disappointment was the location - it isn't within walking distance […] of anything. However, it is within a 5-7 minute drive to downtown Bellevue and a 20 minute drive to downtown Seattle. Friendly efficient staff, clean comfortable rooms, great vibe, free parking, frees breakfast, you can’t go wrong.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Sierra for 10 days because of a family move. It was a perfect location and the delicious breakfasts were a good way to begin a long, long day. The only thing missing was a hair dryer in the room.

Overall a nice stay, except - . The family liked the pool. Underground parking was good. Location was good and we like the one bedroom suite. Only issue was the one day the room was not cleaned by housekeeping and when the front staff was notified it was a ho-hum from them and no offer to make it right. We did get towels delivered but no real apology […] or consideration which was a serious disappointemet Les mer

Hotel and location was great for us .Saw Mariners and Red Sox . Breakfast was really good , 6a.m. fire alarm was unexpected but out the staff's hands . They were very helpful, would stay again . See ya soon!

I would definitely come again. I enjoyed the boutique style and coziness in an otherwise business neighborhood. Our a/c was broken but they came to fix it quickly. The complimentary breakfast was more than ample.

A VERY nice hotel that is well maintained, very comfortable and in a nice area. It looks new. There is free covered partking too. The restaurants and stores are about a mile drive though. The breakfast is good but the dining area is not large enough to handle a lot of guests. You just have to be patient. I'd certainly stay again.
