Trivelig hotel med flott beliggenhet. Nært ferjeleiet og med en fantastisk utsikt over lagunen inn mot Venezia. Det anbefales å bestille rom mot lagunen fordi på baksiden av hotellet er det en vei og selv om ikke trafikken er overvettes stor er det en del støy. Særlig på grunnplan.

Hotellet bærer prev av at det er bygget 1380. Allikevel er det godt vedlikeholdt og moderne. Det som drar opp, er beliggenheten. Bare noen skritt fra Markusplassen. Like til en gondol holdeplass, samt en kan ta båttaxi praktisk talt fra resepsjonen direkte til flyplassen. Frokosten er enkel, men ikke dårlig.

Oppholdet ble bedre enn forventet og hotellet kommer jeg til å bruke neste gang også. Sentralt og fint med koselig restaurant i første med god mat.

Lite og trivelig hotell. Sentralt. Lite gatestøy på det rommet vi sov. Veldig fint og rent med varme på badet, god dusj. Trivelig frokostrom med god service og helt ok mat. God service og informasjon fra ansatte i resepsjon. Eneste minus var at vi ikke så noen rømningsveier annet enn den ene trappen vi kom opp.

For besøkende som ankommer med tog eller buss, er Cannaregio Venezias inngangsport og begynnelsen på Canal Grande. Her er det mye gjennomgangstrafikk med kanalbåter og turister på vei til San Marco, men ellers er dette et roligere og mindre turistaktig område enn sentrale Venezia. Ghetto-området (den opprinnelige jødiske enklaven) med sine museer og det majestetiske Ca d’Oro-palasset, en av de ikoniske bygningene langs Canal Grande, er verdt å få med seg.

Dette var et greit og lite hotell med en fin beliggenhet for oss på helgetur. Kort avstand til Rialto, ca 25 min spasertur til Markusplassen og samtidig nær fergeservice til flyplassen. Små men hyggelige og velholdte rom, hyggelig betjening, grei frokostservice og snack-buffet med Prosecco eller juice og gode oster, skinker etc på ettermiddagsbuffet […] hever inntrykket. "Una Hotel Venezia - en overraskende opplevelse"
Vi fulgte veibeskrivelsen vi fant på nett og ble skeptiske når vi nærmet oss hotellet etter beskrivelsen. Overraskelsen var stor da vi kom inn i resepsjonen og ble mottatt av to blide og serviceinstilte ansatte. Innsjekkingen gikk raskt og effektivt og vi fikk en rask orientering om hvor hotellet lå i forhold til severdighetene. Vi hadde bestilt et […] tre-mannsrom og var litt usikre på hva vi ville møte. Vi fikk en juniorsuite i 2 etg som var en drøm. Trist vi bare skulle være der ett døgn. Det eneste vi kan gi et lite minus til var frokostrommet som var lite og veldig varmt. Maten var det ingen ting å utsette på. Vi kommer gjerne igjen og anbefaler hotellet til alle venner og bekjente. Les mer

Litt utenfor allfarvei, men fortsatt greit å gå til Markusplassen og andre attraksjoner. Rommet var lite, men veldekorert, i bra stand og rent. Toalettet var plassert slik at det var trangt og litt vanskelig å få satt seg om jeg skal nevne noe negativt. De har et bra nøkkelsystem som viser om du er på rommet. Vi var 3 voksne damer på weekend tur til Venezia ,og bodde på Una Hotell 3netter primo september. Hotellet er førsteklasses, med stort ,koselig rom med god plass til alle 3, hyggelig betjening og deilig frokostbuffet.Hotellet ligger i et stille område, men likevel kun få minutters gange til travel handlegate og stoppested både for vaparetto og båt til […] flyplass/ øyene. "Nydelig hotell i rolig område"
Vi hadde to netter her i juli/august. Hotellet ligger i kort avstand til handlegate og båtstasjon, men i eit veldig rolig område. Rommet var lite men nydelig innreda, samme var badet. Servicen var super. Frokosten var veldig bra også. Bor her gjerne igjen.

Excellent hotel - a little out of the centre but in easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Very comfy, clean and spacious room with a modern bathroom. The breakfasts were particularly good.

The location of this hotel takes you away from the ultra-touristy district around St. Marks to the merely touristy district closer to the Rialto Bridge. After a fun water taxi ride...we were shocked to finally arrive at this spot with only a paper sign to pinpoint the hotel. After arriving though, we were pleasantly surprised. The only problem with our room #502 was the positioning of the toilet! What a great little hotel off the beaten path, but that is true about many hotels in the area of Venice we traveled. When arriving by water taxi we saw a computer generated sign in the side window and wondered about that, but as we walked inside this wonderfully updated old building we were in for a great suprise. My husband and I spent a couple of days in Venice before we explore the rest of Italy. Its a beautiful city and can totally relax over there but a bit too many tourist. Nevertheless, UNA Venezia exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is the best among all the hotels I have stayed in Italy. Keep it up!

This is the third Una we have stayed at and again we are very satisfied. The location was good - in a quiet alley off the Strada. Very safe location. The room was fantastic. "Good location, friendly service"
The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area close to many shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Rialto Bridge. The staff are friendly and the breakfast good. The only downside was the shower/tub in our room. It was quite small and uncomfortable. Overall the pros outweigh the cons.

We spent two wonderful nights at the Una Hotel Venezia. We really enjoyed our stay, and the front desk staff were fantastic, knowledgable, and helpful (spoke good english as well). Good location right in the middle of Venice.

For example, here is our conversation on checking in at 11pm: - Can we order room service? (the menu in the room said it shut at 12midnight) - It is closed - Is there somewhere to buy food locally - No, everything closes at midnight. - But […] it's 11. - I am sorry. This is a quaint hotel just off the beaten path of the street, Strada Nova. The staff speaks English well and is accomodating, offering help with baggage and city information. The rooms are larger than seen in the photos and they are clean and luxurious. The bathroom is of good size with tiled walls and floor. The only drawback that we experienced was that the hotel room was uncomfortably warm. We turned down the heat and cracked a window open, but the room temperature made it difficult to sleep. My wife and I were greeted very warmly and english was spoken quite easily. They offered help as required and supplied a map with some key points. The entire staff was cordial and friendly.

A little out of the way, northern part of Venice, which we actually liked. We stayed only one day after our cruise. Easy walk to the Rialto bridge. Nice room (we had the deluxe room) with small table and chair, adequate bathroom. Lots of food for breakfast available. Helpful front desk staff.

The UNA Hotel was very nice and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The hotel is located about 2 blocks off a main street , near a vaporetto stop but out of the tourist fray. Take the directions from the hotel website because it is secluded and could easily be missed. The only true drawback to the hotel was the size of the bathroom. […] It was tiny! Breakfast was good. "Excellent Option"
The hotel is located on a quiet street centrally located in Venice. It is tucked away so that you can escape the hordes from the cruise boats who are in only for the day. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only complaint (it is a minor one)is that the breakfast room is a bit small for the number of guests (36 rooms).
