Very clean hotel. The staff was really nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Rooms were really nice also.

The service here was not good. Coffee ran out at the breakfast bar and there was one staff member in the entire hotel doing everything....yet she had time to get on the internet and watch TV. This hotel was new, clean, nice, and convienient, but the staff did not get it.

Very comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast. We arrived very late but they were still kind and good to us.
"Whimpy Small Pillows"
The hotel was great except for the VERY small, whimpy pillows (bring your own) our beds each had 4 pillows that equalled the size of one normal pillow. Breakfast was good strawberry or plain waffles, one day bacon and the next sausage, and eggs on both.

Greetings from afternoon staff was great. Evening entrances limited to front doors only. Morning breakfast was better than other Comfort Inn locations. One problem was finding vehicle entrance to this Comfort Inn.

"Shakespeare anyone"
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel while attending the Shakespeare Festival at Southern University of Utah. The room was large, clean, and quiet. It was a little warm in the room but extremely hot outside. I had no time for a quck dip in the pool but it looked very well kept and clean. The only problem I had was getting to the festival. The north bound […] ramp to I-15 is at parking lot exit. I learned to take I-15 to get to the festival instead of using Main Street. Les mer

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent, a good variety of foods. The pool was a little small, but clean. "Great for the Festival!"
We stayed 3 nights during the Shakespeare Festival, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The beds were comfortable, the room was BIG and very clean, and staff were very hospitable. There was a slight language barrier when checking in, but nothing that woud deter us from staying again. The shopping area on the other side of the freeway (warning: stay […] in the right lane-- the center lane puts you on SB I-15) was very convenient, especially when we discovered the bakery that bakes the tarts for the Festival! The single negative part of our stay: The pillows seemed small and rather flat. In the future we'll bring our own. Les mer

We had a very pleasant experience at the hotel--we wish we would have known about the $50.00 in a gasoline voucher, as we would have stayed in a Comfort Inn the next night. Overall, we definitely will stay there again.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I am a very light sleeper and the bedding was so comfortable and the rooms were quiet I rested well. My teenage daughter loved the pool. It will be the hotel I will return to in cedar city.
"Pretty good - not the best in town"
We have stayed at several hotels around Cedar City and thought we would try the Comfort Inn this time. It was okay, but not the best. We booked a suite with a king-size bed and a sleeper bed for our teenage son who was with us. The bed was okay, but my husband, who has a bad back, didn't sleep well. They also didn't clean the room for the second night […] we were there, and we had to go get fresh towels. We will probably not stay there again,but would recommend it for others who don't have bad backs.... Les mer

I've stayed at quite a few hotels in Cedar City, and this is the most comfortable bed of them all. The hotel is well-maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is close enough to events to be convenient.

A great place to stay for a good price. We used it as a base to explore national parks, and it was a great location. Like new in all ways. Pool was small but enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Reserved a Room with King bed and sofa sleeper. On my reservation I had 4 quest staying in the room. There were only 2 towels in the room. Asked for 3 more from the front desk but only received 2. Why so stingy? It's only a towel. Lobby was nice. Room was comfortable. Bath tub wasn't clean had hair in it. Yuk! Sofa sleeper wasnt made up and I again […] had to ask front desk for linens. We stayed for a couple nights they never did make up the sofa sleeper they just threw the linens on the sofa didn't even bother to fold them up nice or anything. Made the room look unkept. The best part was the Breakfast. Full breakfast bar with juices, milk, coffees, fresh fruit, bacon, scambled eggs or hard boiled eggs, toast and begals..and all the sides. Very well kept diningroom. The guy cleaning up after everybody did an excellent job. Never stopped working. The lady refilling the food kept plenty out and hot. Together it made a mom and 3 kids eating a stress free easy experince in morning. One sugestion dont stay in the room next to the ice maker.....people were filling up there coolers starting as early as 530am. Overall i would stay again. House keeping needs to take more pride in their work or get a different job. Les mer

Me and my family were going to stay in St. George on our way back to Colorado Springs CO. We were so glad we chose the quiet town of Cedar City. The staff was very courteous. The hotel was really nice and extremely clean. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast was not bad either. "Pleasantly surprised"
The rates were in line with others in the area. Reception was excellant. Room was clean and provided all desired increments. Would definately stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family. It would be nice if you could do something about the wind. WOW!! It was terrible. Jack
"Comfortable and Quiet Hotel"
I went for a weekend getaway to Cedar City just for some peace and quiet and was pleasantly surprised that I actually found it at this new hotel. The gentleman at the desk was very professional, noticed I was with my boyfriend and asked if I would like a quieter room on the third floor because the first floor had a lot of families with kids. The room […] was very clean and modern and we loved having a microwave and fridge just in case. All in all we had a great stay here and were rested and refreshed before hiking in the area parks. "Great breakfast"
Spacious room (double room) with fold out bed. Booked and paid for two rooms, but they couldn't find one reservation. It was very late, so we paid for an upgrade to the one room to get two beds and a fold out couch. It took about 20 minutes to get checked in because the credit card machine wasn't working and kept rejecting my cards. Finally I paid in […] cash, and it rejected that payment too. It was late, so we just took what they had. The next day, I was able to get onto the internet to confirm that I really had paid for two reservations. Really nice hotel, but a not so great experience.
