Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites at Summer Bay - Clermont

Great location, You pay $7 per day for the resort. This fee is not included with hotels.com price, its extra. The hotel itself is better then most. You are less and 5 miles from disney. The bed was a little too firm for us. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was super friendly. We would stay again for the pirce and location.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the resort the hotel is a part of was fun. We were unhappy with the POOR shower, both temperature and pressure. We were also a little surprised by the resort fee we were charged when we thought we had paid all of the "fees" when we booked months earlier.

This was a typical hotel, breakfast wasn't bad but there was no internet access (internet was broken) and the room was nothing special. Had to go to another floor for ice. Was a typical Hotel stay, I have stayed at much better holiday Inn expresses. I don't think I would stay there again.

We were more than pleased with our hotel and the surrounding resort. The pools (all 5 of them) were great! There was mini golf and small boats and bikes to rent on the property. The hotel staff was very helpful and breakfast was great each morning! We will definately be staying at this Holiday Inn Express again!!!

We thought this hotel was an excellent value. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the location was great. The only negative was the noisy air conditioner. Because it was cool outside, we did not run the air conditioner at night, and did not have to listen to that. Also, any activities at the resort, like miniature golf required a payment, even […] though there was a $7.00 per night resort fee. I'm guessing that the resort fee was payment for being in a gated community. All in all, the hotel was an excellent value for the price. The hotel is close to rt 27 so it is a bit of a drive to the attractions, but if you want some things to do at the hotel/resort area there are quite a few things to do. This hotel was great and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. When you arrive, you will pay a mandatory $7/day resort fee. For this, you have access to all of the pools and activities of the Summer Bay resort. We didn't realize this and were pleasantly surprised. We were very happy with our experience at this hotel.

The hotel way exceeded my expectations. I had a spacious room, great complimentary breakfast (lots of choices), and friendly staff. One complaint I have is that this hotel is on a resort, and they charge a small fee each day for "resort access". If they had moved the gate 20 feet, the hotel wouldn't have been on the resort and beyond Barney Fife waving […] me through in my car I did not receive any value from that fee. Les mer

Location is very convenient. Great ammenities on location. Beds are not very comfortable.

We were looking for a base from which to bicycle in Clermont. Hotel is 15 miles away, although the address is Clermont. We knew this, however, and for the price, it was worth it. The staff were EXCELLENT and very gracious. There was a $7 per night "resort fee", but we had been warned about this, and even with the fee, it was a great bargain. This Hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in and in my area motels are the best things to stay at. I would recommend this to anyone who had children because of the the activites for them like golf, tennis, swimming,game room and play ground I am going to stay there anytime I have business in Orlando area. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. PLANNING ON USING THIS HOTEL NEXT TIME I VISIT.

Even though I pre-paid before I arrived, the desk clerk wanted a copy of my credit card in case there would be any "incidental" charges. Then the next morning, they wanted to hit me with a $7 resort fee when I checked out. They pointed out that it was in the fine print. So what? Don't nickel and dime me. Give me the price up front.

This hotel had us driving around for an hour to find it because the address was wrong. Then if you are checking in make sure it is who the reservation name and not a spouse they will not let you check in.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The only complaint was the hidden fees at the front desk upon arrival.. The front desk staff desk was kind of nasty.

its a great hotel, at a great price and its awesome.

the service was fine, and the breakfast was pretty decent even if you did have to stand in a line for 10 minutes and then not find a place to sit. but the beds were hard and we could feel the springs. if you left the room the ac kept shutting itself off and the room would go up to 78 and get very stuffy until you triped the sensor when you got back.The […] ice machine was over worked and always empty and when someone left the building everyone knew as the door's would slam shut. thankfully we spent very little time in the rooms Les mer

Hotel is clean and well-kept. Beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast that comes with the room is outstanding. It is close to attractions but far enough away not to make you feel like you are in the middle of the battle. Well worth the price we paid for what we received.

Hotel was very nice clean and a great distance from the Disney parks. Rooms comfortable and very cool for the hot June weather. I dont have any complaints just suggestions. When looking for this hotel it is not located in the city of Clermont. Sign you will be looking for is Summer Bay Resorts, Holiday Inn Express is located inside resort. They also […] serve breakfast from 6:30to9:30am. Get there early by 8:30am its packed. Eatting area is small. And if you have someone save a table while your party gets the breakfast, keep an eye on the chairs at your table, other guest will steal them without asking you if you need the seat. I was a little leary based on the price for this room, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel shows signs of wear but it is clean. The staff was the best...they were extremly nice and helpful! I would absolutly stay again.

The air condition in our room froze over twice and we were hot. Okay for the money, but will not be staying there again.

hotel con buenas facilidades para el precio que uno paga. Esta un poco alejado de las atracciones pero si se tiene auto se puede llegar facilmente.

Goede familiehotel. Kregen op verzoek (zonder meerkosten) een grotere kamer inclusief koelkast. Schoon en redelijk geprijsd. Zwembad is OK. Ontbijtzaal is in de zomer druk rond 9u. Parking ruim voldoende en gratis. Gratis bus naar de Disney parken. Bus naar Seaworld kost USD11 p.p. Supermarkt in de buurt. Kortom een aanrader.
