Helt greit Hotell nær Seaworld og International Drive med alle attraksjoner, shopping og butikker. En I-ride Trolley (hop on - hop off) rett utenfor hotellet som kjører opp og ned Int. Drive. Hotellet er pent og rent og med hyggelig betjening. Veldig trivelig bassengområde. Vanlig type rom med 2 Kingsize senger og bad / garderobe. Savner kjøleskap på rommet. grei pris på overnattingen. Et minus er SPA avdelingen. Vil du betale mye for veldig lite så er det stedet. Følte meg egentlig litt lurt - spa behandlingen var dyr (til og med etter norske forhold) og de prøvde hele tiden å få deg til å betale mer, samtidig som behandllngen var kortere enn beskrevet. I tillegg hadde de lagt til USD 30 i Tips noe som jeg synes var ganske mye i tillegg til en dyr SPA behandling. Tips er noe jeg synes man skal gi frivillig og ikke noe som bare legges til automatisk og særlig ikke et så høyt beløp.

Great hotel: very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, and close to Disney. I was extremely satisfied with the room and property, and it is inside the Summer Bay resort, so guests benefit from the manned security gate, and other resort ammenities.

The hotel was extremely adequate. It was clean and the staff very friendly. The beds were okay, nothing to write home about, but not lumpy or uncomfortable. The bathroom was spic and span, I Immensely appreciated that. Breakfast bar was full off food and what we ate was good. Our one complaint would be the air conditioning unit was VERY noisy when it […] kicked on. I was very grateful to have the AC available to us, as it was hot while we were there, but when it kicked on, everyone knew it kicked on. "holiday inn at summer bay"
What a pleasant surprise . We were in cary, north carolina the previous week for the nationals for fast pitch softball. After the tournament we were going to go to clermont ,fla.to visit my mom. so i surfed online for a room and stumbled onto summer bay resort . Great find !!! Really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to anyone, Thanks Ozzie
"I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!"
My overall experience was pretty good. The room was clean eventough the housekeeper only made the beds halfway the first morning and also forgot to put towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was not wide. I was expecting more variety. My party loved it though. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely firendly. I was accommodated really fast. The walls are very light and you can pretty much hear what the people in next room are talking about. Other than that, very nice hotel and they serve breakfast. The hotel furniture is quite old though.

The quality of the hotel and the service were very good. The price is excellent and everything in the resort was very good. I'm absolutely sure that whenever i go to Orlando I'll stay at this hotel. the room was very clean and you can smelled it. the only thing i would recommend is to have a refrigerator in the room.

"no sleep"
With our toilet that never stopped running and the rock hard mattress, we didn't sleep very much. The breakfast was good and the pool was nice, but wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

"hotel needs to be updated...old and used..."
hotel needs updating....old and used...right down to the bedding...smelly and not nice to enter after being out at the resort..elevator was slow and always busy...wasted too much time waiting on it...used the stairs most of the time so save time...but , found the hand rails not clean to use...love the place but it needs updating....badly...
Wireless was easy to use. No microwave so we couldn't have our evening popcorn. didn't have a refrigerator. View was nice. We had an end room so we only heard some loud folks out in the hall.

The showers were terrible. There was no hot water and the shower spray was awful. You had to unplug the radio and plug in the bedside light in the same plug in order to turn off the lights at the bed. The light by the desk did not work. The hotel was ok.... the front desk person that I dealt with was borderline rude, and if the hotel had been any worse, that would have been the last straw that made me never go back. I would go back again, however, I would make sure that there were no conventions going on. We were there with a bike ride for cancer (or something of that nature) and some […] of the bikers decided to go and drink beer in the pool (there are kids around.) and they were spilling beer in the pool and urinating in the pool as well! Needless to say we left the pool... there was no management or staff observing anything in the pool area. Les mer

Inside an upscale gated resort close to disney, shopping and restaurants. Excellent property and friendly staff.

Great location, You pay $7 per day for the resort. This fee is not included with hotels.com price, its extra. The hotel itself is better then most. You are less and 5 miles from disney. The bed was a little too firm for us. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was super friendly. We would stay again for the pirce and location.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the resort the hotel is a part of was fun. We were unhappy with the POOR shower, both temperature and pressure. We were also a little surprised by the resort fee we were charged when we thought we had paid all of the "fees" when we booked months earlier.

"Typical Hotel"
This was a typical hotel, breakfast wasn't bad but there was no internet access (internet was broken) and the room was nothing special. Had to go to another floor for ice. Was a typical Hotel stay, I have stayed at much better holiday Inn expresses. I don't think I would stay there again.
"Wonderful resort!!!"
We were more than pleased with our hotel and the surrounding resort. The pools (all 5 of them) were great! There was mini golf and small boats and bikes to rent on the property. The hotel staff was very helpful and breakfast was great each morning! We will definately be staying at this Holiday Inn Express again!!!

We thought this hotel was an excellent value. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the location was great. The only negative was the noisy air conditioner. Because it was cool outside, we did not run the air conditioner at night, and did not have to listen to that. Also, any activities at the resort, like miniature golf required a payment, even […] though there was a $7.00 per night resort fee. I'm guessing that the resort fee was payment for being in a gated community. All in all, the hotel was an excellent value for the price. Be sure, also, to read the cancellation date and fee as it required two days notice for cancellation. Les mer
"Good room for the money"
The hotel is close to rt 27 so it is a bit of a drive to the attractions, but if you want some things to do at the hotel/resort area there are quite a few things to do. There is a great play area for kids. The one thing though about staying here is that the beds are hard so be prepared for that. Breakfast was ok, a little bit better than a continental […] breakfast. "Very Happy"
This hotel was great and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. When you arrive, you will pay a mandatory $7/day resort fee. For this, you have access to all of the pools and activities of the Summer Bay resort. We didn't realize this and were pleasantly surprised. We were very happy with our experience at this hotel.

"Great Location - Hidden Fees"
The hotel way exceeded my expectations. I had a spacious room, great complimentary breakfast (lots of choices), and friendly staff. One complaint I have is that this hotel is on a resort, and they charge a small fee each day for "resort access". If they had moved the gate 20 feet, the hotel wouldn't have been on the resort and beyond Barney Fife waving […] me through in my car I did not receive any value from that fee. Les mer
