Incredible hotel. Recommend the one. Bedroom apartments as they are massive. Just a little bit away from the action. Nothing a 40 baht motorbike ride didnt fix

Would not stay here again .for this price u could get a better located n more upmarket hotel.

it is to far away from beach

If I come back to Pattaya, I already know where I am staying. It was exactly as pictured on the website. It was a 15 minute walk to the Hard Rock/Beach road area, and only a 200 baht cab ride to Walking Street.

My room had the smell of raw sewage. It took many phone calls and a trip to the front desk to rersolve the issue. Management wanted to cover the smell with fragrant candles, but I insisted they deal with the problem. Finally at 10:30 PM on the second night they resolved the problem reluctantly.

overall this hotel a good Quality service and ok.

In blanket have some fungus. Pillow and Bedsheet have some stain.I waited for room service too long and without any apology. It was a bad experience for me.

worth to stay at this hotel even it's not 4 or 5 star hotel. Nice reception, but not so fast for service. Nice and clean room.

It is located in a quiet area but the hotel has a free tuk tuk service to drop you off to short distances and has a free shuttle to the main shopping mall. It is ideal for families or singles. Upon arrival, the hotel staff was very friendly and quickly checked me in. The elevators were quick and the main hotel areas (lobby, elevator, hallways) were always well ventilated and air conditioned. The hallway (at least on the fourth floor) looked a little out dated and didn't match the rest of the hotel. The room (smallest studio available) was […] very large, had a new flat screen TV and bed. The bathroom was large and shower was nice. Free wired (not wireless) internet was provided. There was a full kitchen, though I didn't use. The room cleaning service was nice on all 4 days I stayed. I did find, however, if you give them a daily tip, they go above and beyond the normal cleaning service (extra amenities, folding clothes, etc.). The hotel location, while safe, was a little out of the way from the main roads where you could get a taxi to the beach or walking street. However, there were plenty of 7-11 or local convenient stores around to grab quick necessities. The hotel had a shuttle/cart service to anywhere you wanted that I used once and was very convenient. I didn't not try the -5 bar, Bed, or room service - though room service is provided by Jamesons Pub - an English style pub located a quick walk down the road also owned by Nova group. My husband and I got the studio room for 1 night and found it to be an exceptional value! For that price, the living quarters were huge and spacious. Everything is updated, clean and very live-able. I really like this hotel and good service. And I would recommend to others.. 10 minutes stroll to beach and really good service and hotel client. They have a shuttle bus that drive to beach whenenver you want. Satisfied guaranteed

I stayed in the smallest room. It was perfect: full kitchen, very nice bath, desk, flat screen tv & usable deck. The internet was wired and fast.

Better than I expected, and at a reasonable price (alhtough there are other hotels/suites very near by at even more competitive prices). The staff were very helpful and everything in the room functioned perfectly. Very Nice elegant hotel. Pros: Plenty of Space in room and very stylish. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to almost anywhere in Pattaya. Relatively inexpensive rooms for the kind of service and room you receive. If you want to be lazy pretty much everything can be brought to the comfort of your own […] room. Dont have to leave hotel if you want to enjoy the club scene because there is Club Bed on the ground floor of the hotel.... and -5 ice bar also located on the ground floor of the hotel. If you are wanting to sleep in cleaning service would come around as late as 4:30ish in the afternoon. Cons: Though cleaning service work late it wasnt always very thorough. Though shuttle bus took you to where you want to go it would not pick you back up from your location. Surrounding location was terribly ugly and there was a lot of construction going on close by at the time. Cable on TV and Internet are via satellite so if it is raining ( which it does a lot in Thailand) you would lose both of those services. Wired internet was in every room, but wireless internet was only located on Ground floor. Locations of hotel was a decent walk from shopping area of Pattaya, but the free shuttle bus kinda balances that out. Les mer

Great staff , very nice suite , all the amenities and reasonably priced. Could not ask for a better place , value for money... Give it a try , I think you'll like it.

This hotel is a GREAT value - a steal! At least at the rate we paid. We had a 1-bedroom suite, which was really nicely decorated and furnished. We loved the HUGE shower-room with an overhead "rainforest" style showerhead, as well as a regular one. The room had a full kitchen, as well as washer/dryer for dirty clothing. A nice balcony that we didn't […] really use, as we preferred the cool air conditioning inside instead. Only drawbacks were the location (but the area is being developed, so this might soon change). The hotel is located a couple of blocks up from the Beach Road, above Second Road. Not too far from the Carre Four shopping complex. The hotel had a nice little golfcart shuttle that could be used to go to nearby places (Carre Four, Pattaya Central Road, etc). Also, the bed was a bit short for someone taller than 6 foot. I enjoyed my stay here, it was awesome! I did not get a chance to visit the bar inside, next time for that! It is in a good location as far as close to the beach and nightlife that Pattaya has to offer. The inside was very impressive and the employees were very helpful and pleasant. The price was very good for the hotel in general. My girlfriend and […] I plan on staying there again! I think my only complaint would have to be that there is no bathtub in the 1 bedroom. But, on the flip side, the shower is nice and roomy! You can fit like 8 people in that thing! Also, the living room and bedroom are very spacious. The sofa is very comfortable. If you plan on visiting Walking Street for a little fun and need nearby stores, restaurants, laundry services, etc., this is the place to be! Trust! Hotellet ligger en bit både från strand och nöje. Sen fick jag ett rum ut mot vägen, så det lät in ganska mycket från all trafik. Annars var det ett hotell i toppklass!

Goed hotel voor 1 week, mooie lichte kamers alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Hele fijne douche! Alleen op de vloeren in de hal zitten veel vlekken en in het zwembad kapotte tegels! Als je ontbijt niet inclusief is, en je wilt dit terplaatse bijboeken is dit duur. Maar al met al een heerlijke week in Amari suites gehad.

Et helt igennem fantastisk hotel, hvor det er meget nemt at føle sig hjemme. Restauranten blev genåbnet, efter en meget smagfuld istandsættelse og alt virkede perfect. 朝食付きで予約しましたが、レストランは無く部屋へのルームサービスのみ。それも注文した物が無かったり、お粗末な内容でしたので外食するか何か買ってきてお部屋で食べる方が良いです（お部屋にはすべての調理器具がありますので）。 1番の最悪な事は外出中にハウスキーピング（女性）に化粧品を使われ、アイライナーのふたが閉まっていなかったのでコスメBagが汚れてしまった事。 ホテル側に言い犯人を見つけて謝罪してもらい、使用された化粧品やコスメBag代を弁償（お金で）してもらいました。みなさん外出する際は洗面所などに化粧品など出しっぱなしにしないようにしましょう。 今まで滞在したいろいろなHOTELでこんな事は１度もありませんでしたので大変ショックでした。これからは気をつける事にします。 その他部屋の清掃がさ […] れていない（髪の毛が床に落ちたまま）。 場所は少しわかりずらいですが、ゴルフカートのようなもので近所まで送ってもらえる事は良かったです。お部屋が広く静かな事は◎です。 次回は泊らないと思います。 Les mer

i will say it is a very nice hotel and very clean everywhere ...very sweet staff ..always helpfull ... and the pic of the room you see in brochure ... is the same you get in real even better if it have been at the beachroad... it would have been six star thx for a nice stay
