"Central Location"
We live in Buffalo NY and had to spend the night in Victor for a funeral. The hotel was fantastic. We had to bring our 8 year old and she just loved the pool and hot tub. Great area - lots of restaurants and Eastview mall right down the road. The staff was wonderful and the "Express Breakfast" was hardly what I consider "express". We have stayed at this hotel before and it was perfect for the duration of our stay. Unfortunately, early Sunday morning two young women decided to have a scream/swear fest out in the hall....twice. It was disappointing that the hotel staff didn't handle the situation or call the authorities. We got a very poor nights sleep

Had some problems with my reservation, but the hotel management went out of their way to accomodate us. We had a great time... the pool is not as big as it looks in the pictures, but the spa pool was wonderful. Rooms were great, clean, well looked after. Breakfast was really good too. Will definitely stay here again if in the area...

"Standard Holiday Inn Express"
We were pleased with our stay. We were in town for the Palmyra pagent and unfortunately this was the closest hotel available. Only a 10-15 minute drive however. The hotel was up to par with other Holiday Inn Express's we've stayed at; clean, comfortable, EXCELLENT hot breakfast (seriously the best I've ever had for a continental). We didn't use the […] pool, it was small and would be better outdoors but sufficient. Staff was very friendly, good food choices and a mall nearby. Only thing that would make the room better would be a table and chairs. We would stay here again if in the area. Les mer

This hotel was very comfortable for our family of three. I booked in advance so that we could put in at least 8 hours of driving, yet the hotel had to be easily accessible, comfortable, and have a pool. The Jacuzzi was fabulous! My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable.Once you shut your hotel room door it was very quiet and comfortable. Room was very clean. Breakfast buffet was quite good and hotel was easily accessible from thruway.

The only negative thing to say about this hotel is that the location was not well marked from the main road and it was tucked behind another hotel. So I missed my turn a couple of time as I could not locate it nor could my GPS.

The staff was very friendly and accomodateing. They even brought water to my husband who was heading out to explore the local trails on his bike. Very close to the mall and restaurants. The room and breakfast were great. Would certainly return.

This hotel is about 20 minutes from Rochester and is brand new. I loved staying here. They had a pool and spa and the best hot breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. "Appreciated an available room during RIT graduatio"
We apprecaited a room available for us to stay while attended RIT graduation of our foster son. Though it was a bit distance from RIT. But a nice hotel close to I 90. I have no complain as I love the country scene

"Great place"
Was a great place for the money.Clean facilities, pleasant staff and QUIET. Would recommend. Easy access from interstate. Ample selection of dining but in a 2 to 3 mile radius.

My stay here was good, the only problem I had was getting around. There is a Chili's next door and a Denny's which made grabbing something do eat easy. But to go any were else you either need a rental car or a taxi. I suggest the rental. Victor is a small town and there are no local taxis. They have to come from the Rochester airport and there is a […] min. of 20 no matter how short the distance. "Nice comfortable stay"
Great hotel for an overnight stay. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable-even had mints on the pillows! My kids especially enjoyed the visit. I felt the pool area could have been bigger, and the breakfast area needed more tables.

This was a very nice hotel. The only thing was that you heard everything in the hallway while you were in your room. So when people were leaving and talking, you heard everything clearly. The continental breakfast was amazing and I was pleasantly surprised by the different types of food they had available.

"Out of the way but a good place to stay"
It's close to the I-90 but you don't hear the noise. Not in Rochester but close if you don't need to be in town. We were visiting the finger lakes area and it worked great. It's close to a mall with good dining. Staff was helpfull and friendly. It's a good value for the price.
