Hotel was just fine. Our room faced the I-5 so we found the traffic noise slightly invasive. Fixed that by wearing earplugs.

Good location for family reunions in Olympia, easy freeway and highway access to Lacey and down town Olympia. The pancakes machine was a first and a great addition to a Hotel stay.

I really enjoyed our stay! The staff was great, snacks and breakfast were just right, and our kids loved the indoor pool in the winter! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were very generous with supplies for our family. I would recommend this hotel to people staying in Lacey.

I was in Washington for a family get together, the hotel was conveniently located for all the places I needed to be. The staff was very courteous and I was able to check in early. Very clean room, a comfortable bed and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety. I would definitely stay again next time I visit Lacey Washington.

What more could you ask? The staff was very helpful. The amenities were just enough...from pool to cookies! We had left our cell phone by accident and offered to mail it to us.

This holiday Inn express is everything the commercials say it is. Once you stay here most other hotels will have a high standard to compete with. The front desk was very helpful and quick with check in. He also went the extra mile to help find cleaning supplies to help us clean our bikes after a long day of riding. The pool and exercise room were orderly […] and clean as well as the rooms we stayed in. The next morning we were treated to a wonderful breakfast that included pancakes, bacon, eggs, toast, coffee, juice and more! I could have stayed longer but adventure awaited us on the open road. I enjoyed this stay and would recommend it. The front desk person (female) was amazingly attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and the hotel is a perfect size that you don't hvae to walk forever to get to your room.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It is conveniently located, and easy to find. The room I stayed in was quite large and attractively appointed. It was very clean, and everything worked well. The bed was a little hard for me and my bad back, so I asked for extra quilts to pad it a little, and got them promptly. Breakfast was very good - it couldn't be called […] a continental breakfast - there were scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, etc. in addition to the usual cereal, pastry and fruit selection. They also have a small, but well-appointed business center if you need to check emails and haven't brought your laptop. Other people have mentioned the noise of the freeway. Yes, it is quite loud if you are on that side and the windows are opened. However, once they are closed, and the curtains are drawn, we could hear almost nothing. Great value!!! Les mer

First time I visited the Holiday Inn Express in Lacey, I don't think of any other place where I was feeling "at home"! anything I asked to the front desk employees (Mrs Marc... and Mr. Jam..) they provided, they are corteous, accomodating, friendly, professional. (I, from BC Canada and my roomate from Menphis Tenn.) were happy with our room, very quiet, […] clean, the housekeeper (Ms. Bland... gave the best service I ever had) we enjoyed the pool and fitness room, breakfast, the cooks where very friendly... Although it was a little hard to find without a gps or mapquest, it was very nice when we arrived. It is right next to a highway, but we didn't hear any traffic from our room. Very comfortable beds. Good variety for breakfast.

It was difficult to find, tucked away on a side stick. No hot tub at this location, which would have been nice after a long motorcycle ride. Restaurants are about 1/2 mile away. Price is reasonable. Full hot breakfast was not the best, but adequate.

We have stayed at "fancier" hotels and not had the excellent service and exceptional cleanliness and quality that we had at the Holiday Inn and Suites Lacey, Wash. Although it's close to the freeway, the sound is not bothersome and the location is easy to find. The amazing staff is what makes this hotel so wonderful. While the hotel served its purpose as a way station for the STP on Saturday night, I would not choose this hotel again. First, it was far too expensive for the caliber of the hotel. It was close to the freeway, which was good, but it made for a very noisy atmosphere. We do quite a bit of traveling and this by far was the nicest hotel of this rating that we have ever stayed in. The hotel was impeccable from the lobby to the pool and breakfast areas and of course the room. Staff was superior. We only stayed one night. The room was very clean, the breakfast was great and the service was really good. The only thing was that the room were a little noisy. We could hear people frequently in the halls, even with the TV on, and you could hear the neighbor's toilet flush as well. One of the best properties on the I-5 corridor. Clean, new, and well maintained. The only caveat is some road noise on the freeway side.

The room I stayed in was very clean, the hotel is quiet...I stayed on the side away from the freeway so don't know if the rooms on the freeway side are less quiet but my room was fine. The hotel was great - clean, a decent weight room with dumbbell weights that allowed for cardio and strength training. The roads leading into the hotel were not overly busy with traffic. But, this hotel was near a highway with a lot of loud tractor-trailers that were noisy at night. This was a good stay. Facility is fairly new and clean. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. I little difficult to find once you get off the freeway exit - could stand to put some signage up to help draw people in. Wish it was bit less expensive per night.

While the location for this hotel is not in the centre of everything, is has easy access to the interstate (without being any way noisy) and plenty of shopping nearby. We used this as a stop off on the way to Portland and were pleasantly surprised. I would have no problem recommending this to anyone looking for a mid priced hotel in this area.

This was a comfortable, clean hotel with easy access to Fort Lewis, Dunlop, and surrounding areas for sight-seeing. It had everything we have come to expect with a Holiday-Inn Express. Our room was near a road, however, we didn't hear any traffic at all.
