"One night stay"
The stay was brief but would gladly stop here again. We were greeted with courtesy, reservation was in order, room was clean and in order, facilities were desirable and breakfast was great.

"OK for Quick Stay"
This hotel had a high rating on hotels.com and that is why I picked it. The room was very clean, and that is most important. We had such a quick stay that we didn't get to enjoy a lot of the amenities like the fitness room or pool. The in-room coffee pot was terrible. The pillows were very small and uncomfortable. And the breakfast was mediocre. The […] eggs were being brought out as we entered the dining area at 6:15, and the lady working there told us we would have to heat them up. What? Cold eggs? When were they prepared? Needless to say, they were not good. I've had much better breakfasts at other hotels. All in all, the room was good. It served its purpose, and as I said before, cleanliness is high on my list and this room did seem clean, as did the bathroom. There was a lot of noise outside our door, and we heard doors slamming all night. But that's not the hotels fault. Les mer
"Clean, Comfortable, great service"
We stayed 2 nights here and I could not be more pleased. Front desk was very helpful with directions, suggestions, even a free bottle of water when I asked where to buy one! Good breakfast considering it was free. Room was VERY clean and beds were great. I had no complaints and will stay there again.

Was very pleased with the hotel. The continental breakfast was especially plentiful (eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, gravy, doughnuts, fruit, cereal, etc.) Coffee was available in the lobby all day. The beds were very comfortable, and heavy curtains kept the room dark for sleeping. I left a coat in the closet and the staff saved it for me for later […] pick up from their front desk. Les mer
"Excellent Value"
We stopped here for an overnight on out trip from St. Louis to Mrytle Beach. Gooked on=line at Hotels.com at a rate that was very reasonable, We arrived late (after midnight) and the man at the front desk greated us by name as we came in. We were exhausted from the drive and the room was impecably clean and modern. I thought the bed was fine, but my […] wife found it a little to hard. The next morning we were treated to a very nice breakfast, with waffles, cereal, bread, fruit, juices and great coffee. This hotel appears to be very welcome to families as we saw at breakfast. It's location is off the main highway and quiet and very accomdating. If the situration would allow I would definitely stay here agaibn Les mer

Our room was great, bed comfy, and service was good. Our room was a little loud because it was close to the lobby, but otherwise a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

"Comfort Inn in Powell, TN-close to UT"
We only stayed one night, as we were in town for a UT football game. Friendly staff. Rooms were great - very clean, nice, comfortable beds. We would definitely stay there again!

I stayed overnight on route to a retreat and had a great experience. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms very clean. I did not have the breakfast. The location was great, but the only slight negative is that the front of the building was lit up with very, very bright lights that seemed to shine directly into my 2nd floor room. […] Even with the curtain drawn, the room did not give a good level of darkness. If you want it dark - get a room in the back of the building. Les mer
"Great hotel with fun front desk help"
We arrived at the hotel and the check-in clerk treated us wonderful and joked with us because we are Florida Gator fans and were there for the game. They hotel lobby had Tenn. and FL gator decorations every where. After the Gators won the game and we got back to the hotel, the front desk had a Florida Gator stuffed animal hanging up showing we won. […] The front desk said congrats to us when we got back. When we went to check out the next morning, we noticed they got rid of the gator hanging up. I asked them what happened to the gator, and she said that they thought all the gator fans were gone by now. We laughed and laughed about that. "Great Value"
Great place to stay for the price. Very clean, well kept grounds. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel is off the main road so it is very quiet. Different places to eat with in walking distance. Only complaint would be the street signs are hard to read leading up to the hotel. Other then that nothing really negative to say.

Starting off, my wife, kids, and I only stayed here for one night due to leaving for our Gatlinburg vacation a day early. Check in was great! The woman at the counter, whose name I fail to remember, was very professional, extremely friendly, and quite personable. She got us checked in quickly and efficiently, and remained "on-duty" throughout the night, […] answering any questions and at a minimum providing us a friendly greeting whenever we walked through the lobby. Our room, as well as the rest of the hotel was in pristine condition - extremely clean, no smoke smell as I've experienced in the past, and aesthetically appealing. Our breakfast in the morning was great - the biscuits and gravy come highly recommended. It was self-serve, but there was also an attendant ensuring everything remained full. Checkout was also quick and efficient, but the woman on duty wasn't quite as friendly as the day before, though not even unfriendly. I'd have to say it was simply a case of being early in the morning. All in all, the 18 or so hours we spent here were relaxing and pleasant, and I would highly recommend this hotel! Les mer
