Residence La Contessina - Firenze

Supert og koselig hotell med fine rom. Her kan en familie fint bo i mange dager. En liten advarsel - ikke kjør bil hit! Det gjorde vi (tross advarsler) og det krevde sin mann å finne frem i alle enveiskjøringene. Hvis du likevel skal ha bil, sørg for å bestille parkering på hotellet (30 Euro per dag).

Herlige og romslige rom mot stille bakgård. Fine romløsninger. Godt bad. Eneste minus er at du må betale ekstra for bruk av kjøkken om du ønsker det. Hotellet ligger sentralt plassert noen få minutters gange fra Jernbanestasjonen.

Hotel was even better than the website indicated, all was great except the breakfast, it was very poor and there were no staff on hand to service the clients, we had to call reception as there was no bread or suitable food to eat except sweet cakes. They did come down but it took 15 mins

Great people, very helpful. Great location, short walking distance to the major sites. Very easy to find. Just a block away from the train station. Good Eats very close in down the way. WIFI 7 euros for 24 hours. (some difficulties connecting at times) Did good job to resolve problems. The price is worth to pay for it. The room is very clean. The people is very helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Absolutely will book again if travel to Florence.

One of the finest hotel that we stay during the visit to italy , the hotel staff is nice and friendly and very helpful to provide their guidance. Location close to Duomo and main sights, however, in line with other comments, you can hear almost any sound from the rooms surrounding, courtyard, etc. Could even hear guy next door coughing and talking. Such a shame better construction was not used. Also, VERY difficult to find if u r driving b/c of the pedestrian areas surrounding.

Very easy to find from the SMN train station. The staff was very helpful and accommodating for all of our questions & needs. Breakfast was great (by Italian standards). Rooms are huge, especially compared to all the others we stayed in. We were able to walk to all the sites in Florence from here within minutes. The hotel has two floor room layouts with a kitchenette and large family room area with a hide a bed couch. If you were staying for several days in Florence you could save considerably on food by using the kitchen. It is very close to the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the Duma but there is lots to see along the way and I never got a complaint […] from the kids. Breakfast was OK. There is limited parking in the courtyard at the end of the tunnel in front of the hotel but we parked down the street for 25 euros a night. We really liked the large space we had after being cramped into other smaller hotel rooms. The room AC worked very good. This family-owned establishment is charming and comfortable. The rooms are large enough for families to spread out a bit (with separate sleeping lofts and kitchennettes w. a dining area). We had the family size room and it was amazing. Lots of room and very comfortable. Price was excellent and staff very friendly. Well situated close to the train station and public parking. The only negative comment is that the breakfast is not very good (go down the street and grab breakfast at one of the many bars).

We spent 3 nights here, and enjoyed it. We had a loft like apartment with room., for 5 people, One had to use a bed they brought into the room. That made the downstairs a little tight but the extra bed was comfortable. The other bed was a pull out, and my kids did not complain. The upstairs portion was great, big bed, charming area. The hotel buildings serround two courtyards off a narrow street. Our room was in an isolated location and probably not representative of the majority of the hotel rooms. The room and bathroom were modern and clean. Air conditioning was efficient. Continental buffet breakfast was satisfactory. This place is really homey.. Friendly staff And great ambience. Very convenient as it's near a supermarket, the train station, a good Chinese restaurant ard the corner and near the impt sites.

The Residence La Contessina is a marvelous hotel located very near Florence's main railroad station. So close to the train station & has the convenience of being downtown. Yet you would never know it was in a busy city. As you walk from the roadway into their property entryway it leads you into a nice courtyard and all is serene. The bathroom is fantastic! Beautiful place, great location, nice staff. Difficult to find b/c there are 2 locations with the same address a block away from each other. Breakfast was simple - pastries, cereal, etc. No meat or cheese or eggs. Overall, it is a very nice place, worth the price.

We left Rome for a few days to see Florence and stayed at here. It was great, 2 floors - a king bed upstairs and 2 twins downstairs. Very clean. We stayed at 3 hotels while in Italy and this was by far the best one. The apartment was large, bright and very clean and it was quite at night. The staff were kind and very helpful. The hotel was located within walking distance of all activities we did and also within walking distance of the train.

We had a family apartment. It was very spacious and clean. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful with many options.

Our stay was in Aug 09. Room/hotel was great [value] for family of 3. Breakfast in the morning was adequate. Location, while convenient for access to the city sites, was difficult to drive to (very circuitous route due to one way streets) Staff was pleasant and provided good in-sight to local area.

Family room was nice. Privacy a little lacking, but not bad. Hotel staff was extremely accomodating. Only complaint is the breakfast. With the homey accomodations, i would have expected breakfast to be more "homey" as well. Instead there were pre-packaged pastries. Fresh croissants, like we received everywhere else we stayed would have been nice.

This hotel met my expectations. This was a cute little hotel right outside the Leather Market District and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and the set-up of the room was great with 2 floors. I only stayed one night, but in that one night stay it met my expectations. We had a family of 4. My husband and I took to sofa sleeper and had to put the matress on the floor. But we slept well there. The kids were upstairs with their own twin bed. Nice, clean, more room than the average hotel room. Breakfast was good. We walked all over Florence and would have stayed longer if we had more time.

This was one of the best family hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms were huge and spotless. The hotel is centrally located to the main attractions. The only down side was the sofa bed which never are comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!

키친사용료가 25유로 별도로 있었고, 인터넷 사용료는 하루 7유로 정도로 괜찮은 가격이라 생각합니다. 다만, 소파베드는 정말 숙면을 취하기에 어려움이 많아서 가족들이 번갈아 이용하며 서로를 배려하였습니다. 아침식사는 빵과 디저트 정도라 부실하다 여겨졌습니다.

Siisti ja hyvä sijainti. Erittäin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Kahden hengen huone oli iloinen yllätys: kolmessa tasossa oleva huoneisto keittiöineen ja kaksine televisioineen. Ainoa miinus oli ylimääräinen maksu keittiön käytöstä. Hotelli kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksistä ja ympärillä hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Suosittelen lämpimästi!

これまで多くのホテルに泊まりましたが、これほどゆったりくつろげる所はありませんでした。ホテルの人達も親切で心地良かったです。また泊まりたいです。

Super beliggenhed. Kultur shopping og hyggelige restauranter er i gå afstand - man "bor faktisk midt" i det hele. Svært at finde - men giv ikke op - ring til hotellet - eller gå til hotellet og få vejforklaring. Meget dyrt at parkere - men til gengæld trygt. Dejligt hotel meget centralt men helt uden støj. Personalet var meget høfligt, hjælpsomt og roligt. Hyggeligt miljø og behagelig atmosfære. Vi kan sagtens anbefale dette hotel til andre rejsende...

Very nice room, expensive extras (internet, kitchen!!!!), lousy breakfast, even on Eastern holidays (sweet pastry cereals, juice and cofee) - no fruits or eggs. Weird power sockets need adaptor. Excellent location. Order this room without breakfast and spend 25 Euros on kitchen and do the breakfast yourself.

Hotel bien situé ( à 5 minutes à pieds du Duomo).L'accueil est très agréable. Les appartements sont très beaux mais bruyants ( mal insonnorisés).

Propre, agreable, tres bien situe a 5 minutes de la gare Santa Maria Novella et a distance de marche du centre historique, accueil sympathique. Ideal pour un sejour florentin pour budget raisonnable.
