Flotte og komfortable rom og bassengområdet var også veldig bra. Maten i restauranten anbefales ikke og frokosten som var inkludert i prisen (wienerbrød og muffins) var ikke verdt å få med seg. Kjedelig område rundt hotellet og langt til andre restauranter og butikker hvis en ønsker å spasere.

Our family enjoyed staying at Melia. Being the first time we traveled with a toddler and an infant, the drive to and from Disneyworld was nice and short. We liked that there was an infant crib available. We especially liked that this is a smaller hotel because we were better able to enjoy breakfast time as well as pool time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable(especially the beds). The pool was great to relax at for a break from the parks. The full kitchen was good for making meals. The washer/dryer were removed from the suites but the laundry is available on the first floor at no charge. You can't get much closer to Disney without […] actually being in it. The area has lots of dinning options close by. We were very happy with our stay and would go again. Les mer

The suite was very sparsly decorated and the sofa was very uncomfortable. If you wanted to relax in your suite it was not conducive. The beds were fine but the bathrooms were not kept clean.

Excellent service and very clean, maintenance was awesome. I will definitely book again.

Since this hotel seems to be visited by many familes with children. The breakfast needs to have cereal or other children food

Enjoyed our 1 day stay.

frony door did not lock when you depart room, it took them 4 days to repair after four attempt, this is not acceptable. front door was fixed the fifth day of our seven day stay.

As the title indicates, the Melia Orlando Suite Hotel is just 10-15 minutes drive away from most of the theme parks. In case you don't have your own vehicle, the hotel does provide a shuttle, but for a price. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable. I stayed in a King suite. There is adaquate space in the room to house a family of four. The kitchen […] in the room was a nixe convienience. The downside of the hotel is the resort fee. Yes, there is a daily resort fee on top of the price yuo pay with Hotels.com. For my room, it was $17 a day for the fee. They claimed that the fee covers the pool and the shuttles to the theme parks, which I did not utilize at all. My previous bookings with Hotel.com or any online agency for that matter, covered the entire bill. This is the first hotel that I had to pay extra when checking out. Consider that when you are comparing prices on the hotels in the area. Les mer

I have stayed at this hotel three times. Clearly, I keep going back because I have been very happy in the past. The last time I stayed, however, I was less pleased than the two previous stays. The last time I visited, the staff did not seem as attentive, although they were friendly and perhaps just busier than at other times. I like the pool area. It […] is calm and relaxing, as opposed to some of the more child oriented hotel pools, but my 6 year old still loves it. Also, the beds are comfortable, which is a huge plus. The sofa bed in the rooms, are not comfortable, though. My main complaint with the last time I stayed there was a strong musty odor in the bathroom. In the hotels defense, I could have immediately notified them and changed rooms. I did not notify them until check out, which I admit was my error. I didn't realize just how strong the odor was, until I got home and my belongings also smelled. I do feel that overall, the hotel is clean and maintained. When we arrived, the lobby area was full of nice smelling candles and there was a generally relaxed atmosphere. I will stay there again and speak up more promptly if I have a problem. Les mer

The hotel uses a taxi service that does not use a running meter, the drivers would literally say uh yea give me 35 dollars or 65!!! for a place I had already been too (driver did not know). This same company is always late. Also, the hotel advertises continental breakfast...this is coffee and a few crousants, they actual menu is boring and overpriced. The […] pool is lame in comparision to other hotels in the area. Our AC did not work but ran constantly...apparently this is an older hotel with new paint on the walls. THey charge a $15.00 hotel fee on top of the regular rate.. for what Im not quite sure. Towels..the towels look like old gym towels. Very far from other conference hotels and DIsney, Sea World...pay more and stay closer you may save in taxi cost. and actually be closer to other attractions within walking distance. There is nothing else to do around this hotel or places to eat unless you take a fee by the seat of my pants taxi! Les mer

The Melia Hotel in Celebration Florida was really an excellent stay. Conveniently located, the hotel was off the chain. I hightly recommend it.

The hotel was very pleasurable and staff very friendly and helpful. Our only fault would be mildly dated fixtures. Overall we expect to stay thier again.

I would stay there again but I would not order room service. The orders were either lost or delayed and food cooked inappropriately. Patio door was stuck and so heavy it would barely open or close but the rest of the room and suite were quite nice - decent pool area. Pictures a little misrepresented - not as nice as it appeared in the pics.

1)when i arrive at the hotel and drop my kid at the front door of the hotel went to park the car and return no came out to assist with luggage . 2)at reception desk the person gave wrong directions and had me running around in circles at 1am. 3)shower and kitchen sink never cleaned properly. 4)shower water never gets hot. 5)surprise resort fee to be […] paid after prepaying for your room . For the price I think the hotel was not great at all. Not sure why so many great reviews, but it is in a weird location, and the bathroom looked like a hospital room bathroom.

The room was very nicely decorated and extremely updated. The down comforter and bedding were just perfect. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family on their next visit to the Orlando area.

I arrived to the Hotel at 10:00pm for check in, at the reception I was informed that they had some kind of trouble with some rooms and ,they wanted to transfer me to another Hotel, however after my arrival , others people checked without problems. We were pleasantly surprised by this Hotel. We reserved a two bedroom suite and it was very nicely set up with bedrooms on either side & two baths. It also had a well equipped kitchen and living area with a balcony overlooking the pool. We only stayed one night but would love to go back again to stay longer.

Well situated for Disney but hotel was not luxury far from it. Spacious rooms but not spotless. No one to help with luggage and lack of trolleys to do it yourself. Continental breakfast a waste of time.

Over priced, plenty of equal quality hotels in area.

Our room looked more like a doctor's waiting room from 1960. Brown leather couch & matching armless chair. ONE picture in the whole suite. Scratched & dented appliances & furniture. "Housekeeping" consisted of making the bed & restocking towels--no cleaning of bathroom sink or tub. No pick up of read newspaper. No washing of coffee cups. Must say bed […] was quite comfortable,but we certainly expected more for the money. Also not walkable distance to downtown Celebration. Hope improvements will be made by new owners. Les mer

full kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms for the price of a regular upscale hotel room. You really can't beat that. The beds were very comfortable and everything seemed quite new. I called that morning to get an early check-in, and they were very friendly and gladly accommodated us. The only mild complaint is that the TVs are a little on the small […] size. Pros: big big room.. could easily fit 4-6 people with an aerobed. my room had one king bed, but if i brought my family, i would have brought an aerobed and there was tons of room. there was a full kitchen facility was cute close to cvs and food off orlo bronson. Cons: internet sucked. might as well not have used it. it was unusable the room smelled […] STALE. it smelled like swimming pool chlorine. a 5 dollar air freshener from the CVS down the street solved that problem Les mer

I'm a member of Melia Club and I found this Hotel to meet my expertation

The parking lot was not planned very well in comparison to location of rooms. We had to park at one end of the hotel and our room was at the opposite end. The elevator was half way between our room and the parking area. Having to lug all of the luggage (we had a lot w/9 month old) that distance took more than one trip. Great hotel, very close to everything. The breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and gracious. I would definitely stay there again.

Housekeeper don't replace the soaps after cleaning your rooms. Also, the checkin agent does not inform you of a resort fee while you 're signing the contract.

For the amount I paid in January, the room size and amenities are actually fantastic. However, incurring a "resort fee" to utilize the pool and have a muffin is absurd and insulting. This is a hotel, not a resort. The room service insisted on cleaning when they opened my door even though I asked for them to return in 10 min. Then they didn't even replace […] towels or actually clean the room. We were told a free shuttle is provided but was not available when we needed it (to the hospital) or free where we went (which was to Disney attractions). My advice-rent a car. They promote their proximity to the hospital and convenience for patients, however when I was discharged from the hospital (which isn't always after 4pm!!!!) I was made to wait for a room for 5 hours in the lobby after just having had surgery the day before and still had in a catheter! I had stayed there before my surgery and had a reservation for after.The hotel seemed quite empty and they were very unaccommodating, but always with a smile which is typical of what seems a non-American hotel chain. I had two rooms without a functioning furnace. My third room the key card stopped working, as did theirs, and they had to pop the door handle with a wire. would not recommend. In fact I stayed across the street at the Radisson for my remaining three days there. Les mer

We loved the room we stayed in, it was 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen. We had breakfast and dinner from their restaurant and loved it. We were not disappointed, loved the Steak and egg breakfast and the Sirlion Steak Dinner. We will definately go back.

This hotel was gorgeous and extremely comfortable. I got the best sleep I had ever had in a hotel. The suites come with kitchens which is nice for a family. The staff was very friendly. The only thing that I would recommend is to have a car cause the shuttle only comes and goes a couple times throughout the day. called to front desk for towels and none were delivered.

Room was great only complaint was maid service did not clean very well. Our 3 year olds cup leaked on the bed and the maids just pulled the sheet sup over it (spill was obvious)instead of replacing. We ended up calling to have them bring us clean sheets when we got back for the evening. Overall for the price it was a great place to stay.

The property is nicely located in Celebration. The rooms are nicely done with condo amenities. You get a full kitchen equipped with plates, cups, utensils, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and frig. The rooms are large enough for a family and bathrooms are nice and clean. The bed was comfortable with soft linens. The breakfast is lacking variety. I recently planned a special Orlando weekend for my mother's 82nd birthday and found the Melia (formerly Mona Lisa Hotel) online. I was looking for a 2 bedroom suite, with living room and kitchen. Words cannot describe how perfect this hotel was for us! It was VERY clean, furniture was new and clean and the room was very spacious! It was so very quiet […] - tucked away from the usual Orlando "busyness"! But, it was very accessible to Orlando and all it has to offer! This would be a great place for a family reunion! Les mer
