It was fine but I missed having a bar and their computers in their business center were ATROCIOUS! SO slow and unwieldy - the low point of my trip.

We booked two rooms for a b-day celebration and to our amazement we could not celebrate at the rooms, becuase it was a timeshared and guests/members called to complaint we were loud. Really Vegas in a Saturday NIght! In the future the person asisting with the booking should mentioned weather it is a timeshared and can not make noise to celebrate a b-day. […] Horrible service and the supervisor was rude and offended my wife and ruin our celebration. we paid top dollar for this trip, but didi not celebrated as planned. definately will not book or recommend this place to our family and friends. I was impressed with the hotel considering its close location to the strip and the price we paid. It was quite clean, spacious, had TVs in every room, full kitchen and was pleasantly surprised by our spacious bathroom. I will definitely stay here instead of the pricey strip hotels/resorts. I chose the BlueGreen while attending a convention on the strip, due to the high rating by guests and the low nightly costs. I found the room to be more like a one bedroom compact apartment with all the appliances and features needed for an economical long term stay (washer-dryer, fridge, full kitchen) but the lack of good restaurants and access to […] the convention site incurred about $60 per day in cab fares. If you have a car and want a cost efficient base for travel all over the LV area, this is a fantastic find. If you are attending a convention for a short stay and plan to eat in restaurants for every meal, reconsider this choice. Les mer

We wanted to stay close to the MGM Grand where our friends stayed. We paid a fraction of what they all ended up paying and we were delightfully surprised to find such a large room, with a kitchen, and living room space. There was a flatscreen TV in both the bedroom and the living room. Everything was very clean and to make it even better, the hotel […] is right next to a number of places to get breakfast/lunch. There's also a large convenient store attached to the hotel. Furthermore, they have a shuttle that leaves every hour, or you can take a $6 cab ride to the MGM, or simply walk for 15-20 minutes (not recommended for ladies in high-heels!!). Les mer

Amazing!!! Wonderful stay for such a low price!! Very nice, newly remodeled, clean rooms with ample space! Great location - near the strip. Love the kitchen, dining area, living room and two showers!

The room was beautiful. We have a 1 bedroom deluxe BUT we could never get it below 78 in the room. They had two guys in our room trying to fix the untit and the workers even made comments that they have issues with the air units all the time and especially in the room we were in. Called front desk abs they wanted to put us in a smaller room at first. […] They then gave us a handicap room that was a 1 bd deluxe but it was smaller then the first room, then they moves us to another room and then final put us in a room that was the same size. We were finally in a room that was 1 degree cooler than our original room by 1230 am. The final room would not get any cooler than 77 degrees and that was during April and it was raining. I can't image what it would have been like during the summer months. Beauiful place, great bell boy and great shop/restaurants but the air conditioning situation was a huge downer for me. We were there for a cheer competition and wanted a casino free place to stay. It you want a beautiful place with great amenities with NO air condition this is the place for you! Les mer

I travel on business to Las Vegas and this a great location to avoid the traffic and congestion of the Strip. You park close and and get in and out in a hurry. Just a few minutes from the airport which is great. Rooms are large and very well appointed. Clean - new - comfortable. Even though this is at the end of the airport runway -- I did not hear […] a sound during the night -- very quiet. My only complaint is the check in process - only one person on duty and painfully slow if you just want to get to your room and go to bed. The clerk kept answering the phone during my check-in which slowed the process especially since there were 2 people in front of me. Staff is very friendly. Les mer

A/c did not work on first day. Front desk staff was short staffed on all visits to them. Spare Blankets in closet were Dirty! Room/hotel did not smell fresh!

Although the resort is off the strip, it was a perfect choice for our stay. Clean rooms, friendly service, nice pool and fitness center. We truly enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.

We loved the accomodations and the room layout! It was a little scary being so close to the flight path at the airport but when we were in our rooms with the TV on the air traffic didn't bother us. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in great condition, the rooms are very clean, the service was good and the included Wifi was fast as soon as the hotel became less busy. I had housekeeping included, so it was nice not to have to take out your own garbage. The washing machine was small, but fine, and the dryer was very noisy. The adjoining room doors were not well insulated […] so you can hear everything your neighbor is saying and doing, like when they drag the heavy kitchen chairs across the tiled floor (which by the way, have very sharp backs so try not to poke yourself). Comfortable and close to the strip. Amenities of having a kitchen and washer/dryer is a plus. Very clean and surprisingly quiet, considering the planes land across the way from the hotel. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great place to stay if you dont like the hussel and bussel of a casino. The resort is located 5 min from the strip and has shuttle service. Convieniant stores and beagle shop are attached. parking is great. Only wrinkle was that we called for extra pillows and had to call a 2nd time due to extreme delay caused by an "incident" that occured in the lobby […] (per front desk). on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the best) I'd give it a 9. a good hotel with everything in the package.The best price i got with only hotels.com.The hotel had a complete kitchen so saved some money by cooking one meal atleast. I loved the spa and the pool too.

Great place just off the strip. For those of you not excited about swarms of people, excessive alcohol, or gambling, I would definitely recommend Club 36 for your next stay.

I was very skeptic to choose this place since I never heard about it . After reading the positive reviews and in need of full kitchenette suite booked this hotel and was not disappointed . My first minute from check-in till leaving the place was really pleasant with very helpful and charming staffs . Its right behind MGM and 5 minutes reach through […] shuttle or car to MGM . Very good price compared with suites in the strip area . This place is very safe . The doors and walls are thick so you dont hear neighbors , neither do they . Also just opposite to McCarran airport and we never heard any flight sounds through out the stay . Its a 3 year old hotel so every furniture and utensils are almost in new condition. I would highly recommend this place and definitely book again on my next trip to vegas . Les mer

Very functional room for a stay more than a couple of days. the staff was VERY helpful and friendly. The building was new, clean and functional. It was located a bit off the strip so you will need a car to get to the action and gambling. the kitchenette and washer and dryer were terrific to have available and the separate bedroom is really great for […] couples with different sleeping schedules. Not being a gambler, I would stay here again on future trips. I would not recommend the hotel for those that want to be in the midst of the action and have on-site gambling. Les mer

This is a great location and the room was small but fit our needs well. Very clean and helpful staff. awesome and would stay here again.

I stayed only for one night but I wish I had stayed for more days. The place is awesome and the price was great. The room is a lot larger than what I thought it would be, and I only had the regular room. The living space was good sized with a large lcd tv and comfy couch, the kitchen was ok, and the bathroom was large. The room was a bit of a tight […] fit, but the bed was huge and comfy. They have free rides to the strip every hour, but I always missed it and had to get a taxi. There is a convenience store and a Subway a few steps from the lobby which is convenient. The people that work there are very nice and offered to let me in my room a little early before the normal checkin time. The only thing that I would say was a negative is that I was expecting the sheets to smell like laundry detergent, but they smelled like nothing. I am just used to smelling fresh sheets, but it wasn't like they smelled bad, they just didn't smell Snuggl-ish. The other little item was that the bathroom started to smell a bit like drainage, but that was taken care of by closing up the drain in the shower. I have been to many hotels and condos and this seems to be a common issue, so I giving them a break. All in all great place, great value, and highly recommended. Much better than a hotel room, and makes you feel like you are at home. Les mer

We stayed at the Bluegreen Club this past weekend. The hotel is a couple miles from the strip and across from the airport. The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help when we checked in. We found out there is a shuttle to take you to the strip with 4 drop-off/pick-up locations. We were dropped off at the MGM and then after we spent the day […] we decided to take the shuttle back and be picked up from the Imperial Palace. We waited for 1 1/2 hours and the shuttle didn't come. I even asked the security officer if we were in the right place and he said yes at the shuttle pick up area. It turns out the correct area is almost to the back of the hotel, you have to walk through the parking garage to the back. I called Bluegreen and asked them what was going on and they replied that don't guarantee that they will pick you up, just that they will drop you off and maybe pick up. This angered me quite a bit, and the staff was unwilling to help find out where the shuttle driver was or if he was even coming to the Imperial Palace to pick us up. The last shuttle pick up is at 8pm so at about 8:30 we decided to walk back to the hotel. It was very hot out so half way through we called a cab to take us to the hotel. There were 4 guys that had been waiting where we were and it turned out they also had decided to take a cab back after an hour of waiting. I think the Bluegreen should really focus on fixing their problems with their shuttle service. We were also suppose to have a washer and dryer in our room. When we got there it was just an empty closet with hookups, they should change it to say some rooms have washer and dryers or that they don't have them. We went to the pool in the evening, unlike a lot of Vegas pools this one actually goes to 5 ft deep. It is very small though and was crowded with 10 people in it. The spa only sits 6 and at one point 8 people were trying to cram into it. They should really upgrade their amenities. The room was clean and comfortable with a Les mer

I booked this time-share for one night the night before I was arriving. The resort is located less than a mile from the Strip and super convenient if you have a car. It was really close to the venue I was going to that night. On site restaurant awesome and ABC Store makes you think you're in Hawaii. Two suggestions for the actual room: needs more than […] one mirror, preferably a full-length one and a trash can in bedroom. Les mer

We arrived to this hotel around 11ish at night. My first impression of the hotel was "nice." There was only one person working behind the counter. I was the second guest in line so the wait was short. However, the process of checking in took a while because everything was manually done (seems like). The clerk was kind enough to accommodate us in finding […] a room as close to the elevators as possible and allowed us to checkout an hr later (11am instead of 10am). CONS: we had a joint room with another guest, and in the morning we heard her entire conversation .. PROS: two tv's (1 in bedroom and living room), kitchen/dining area. Les mer

I really enjoyed my stay with this hotel. Excellent service and nice, clean rooms. In a convenient location with liquor store, abc store, The Grind Burger, subway in the same area so you can just walk there. We even received a small gift bad of goodies, 2 free complimentary drinks at The Grind Burger, and a free Comedy show.

We stayed 5 nights at Club 36. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Resort was very clean. Felt the rooms were well insulated blocking noise from hallways and other rooms. Yes, since it is near the airport there was a little air traffic noise, but our family loves aviation, and it was awesome to watch flights take off and land from the sun deck. ALTHOUGH I'VE BEEN/ AN LIVE IN VEGAS A THOUSAND TIMES..I MUST STAY I HAD A VERY PLEASANT STAY AT THIS HOTEL..VERY QUIET AN CLEAN..WONDERFUL AMENTIES IN THE ROOM AN SURROUNDING AREA..I WILL STAY HERE OVER AN OVER AGAIN..THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL..THE DELUXE RM IS PERFECT FOR A COUPLE R SINGLE PERSON..I DO RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL...THUMBS UP..

This hotel was very nice not to far from the strip, close enough to airport and UNLV campus, would stay again.
