Dette hotellet ligger i samme bygning som shoppingsenteret Galleria med over 400 butikker og mange restauranter. 10 minutter med taxi downtown. Rent og pent og hyggelig personell Anbefales!

Strategisk godt beliggende hotell på vestsiden av bysentrum. Lett tilgang til alle hovedveien. Gratis parkering. Meget god fokostbuffet sammenlignet med alm. standard på hoteller i USA. Kveldsbuffet enkelte kvelder slik at man slipper å gå ut for å finne et spisested. Svært hyggelig betjening. Alminnelig god komfort på suiteliknende rom. Meget godt fornøyd.

Kombinasjonen fint hotel, store utendørs basseng og barnebasseng i parklignende privat område og fri tilgang til et stort (!) treningssenter på området med gratis barnepass gjør dette til et unikt hoteltilbud i Houston. Vi fant et godt sommertilbud på hotel.com og syntes vi fikk utrolig mye for pengene.

Hotellet er fint. Alle er hjelpefulle og hyggelige. Fine rom, og alt er nytt og pent. Pluss for basseng, for det var ekstremt varmt når vi var der. Men det blir raskt fullt, siden det er få solsenger ved bassenget. Fitnessommet har kun nye treningsapparater, og de er fantastiske. Trente hver dag. Området rundt er litt kjedelig, men har selv fått inntrykket av at houston er stort og spredt, og bil nødvendig. Husk GPS!

This hotel was above our expectations...Front desk clerk let us check in early which was a great help after a very long drive..very convenient location for shopping/dining and easy access on/off interstate..I would highly recommend staying here

Nice and convenient hotel. Location in the middle of Bay Area. Close to eating places and the mall with is pretty good. 45 min drive to Galveston Island. Very nice!

"Tucked away but close to civilization"
The staff was nice, the hotel was clean. However the hot tub was green and the pool was pretty chilly considering it was an indoor pool. Really liked that the breakfast was available til 10am being that I am not much of a morning person that was a nice perk.
"The Comfort Inn in Webster"
The hotel was with in 1 block of several eating places and a little shopping center. It even had a skating rink next door. But the main reasons we booked this hotel was the price, the indoor swimming pool and it being within 30 minutes of Galveston.

Very nice hotel. Fronk desk staff very helpful and very professional. Catered to our needs and was very attentive. The Only negative thing that took place was the first morning we went down for breakfast, there was no one to service the breakfast area. The front desk clerk had to try and locate some one to service the customer and then she came over […] to assist with helping out until some one came to work and/or service the breakfast area. Coffee was excellent and the food okay. I would stay at the hotel again when I am in the area for business and/or pleasure. Les mer

With lots of hotels in the area we took a chance on this property. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was the king suit. Room was great and the bed was soft and felt great after a long day. We would stay again.
"Nice Place to Stay"
First, the negative...the breakfast was a bit lacking. We showed up the first day around 8:00 AM and they were out of eggs and bacon. The second day we got there at 7:30 and they were out of eggs and OJ. However, the hotel was very nice. It was clean and the staff was awesome. We were there to visit NASA and it was very close. It's just off I-45, so […] downtown wasn't hard to get to, either. (Don't go to the Downtown Aquarium, though) The room had 2 queens and a pull out, so each kid got their own bed (a HUGE plus!) For dinner, you're within walking distance to quite a few nice restaurants..(And if you like good beer, BJ's). The price was within out budget and we really enjoyed our stay. Les mer

This was our 3rd time to stay at this hotel. We have found it to be quite comfortable. The rooms are nice and we really enjoyed the hot breakfast. The indoor pool is very small if you want to swim. But we have been pleased otherwise with everything.

We stayed two nights and the variety of breakfast was great for the kids. The room was clean and roomy for our family of four. Their was a large family reunion staying during our time and the hotel staff did a great job of cleaning up after them. The on downside was the uncomfortable beds, we were told during our second day we were getting new a matteris […] but upon our return we learned Housekeeping did not get to our room. Nice, clean place to stay. Good breakfast! On a weekend stay, it may be hard get a seat in the breakfast room in the morning, so go early. I thought I made a reservation for a room with two queen beds, but one of them was a sofabed. I was not expecting that! If you want bedding for the sofabed you have to ask for it. Overall, a great value in the hotel for us. Very friendly front desk. Buffet was good. Wi-fi was a bit spotty but free. The computers in the business suite for guests need more attention. One kept trying to load Microsoft Office programs through the installer. The other seemed to have a major virus problem, but it was actually malware. The hotel was great, especially for the price. My only complaint was that the indoor pool and hot tub were closed, and that was a huge reason we stayed there. We didn't know until we went down to swim. Needless to say the kids were disappointed. If we had know I would have paid more and stayed some where else.

Honestly, I assumed that because this was a Comfort Suites, that it would be cheap and nasty. but I was thoroughly surprised to see how well decorated this hotel is. It was very clean, and rooms were spacious and comfortable. There aren't many dining options nearby, but the hotel staff will go out of their way to make you smile. I checked in very late, […] well after midnight, and I was very sleepy. As I walked to the front desk she knew who I was and handed me a set of hotel keys and I was on my way to a god nights rest. "Not Bad"
The hotel itself was fine, the neiborhood was fine. The problem we had was the pool which was one of the reasons we stayed there. The chemical level was so high our oldest child cried at night when we left the pool from burning eyes, as well as swim paints that were dark blue soon turned light brown after one swim. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It is very convenient to Kemah and Johnson Space Center. I am a 4 star hotel stayer. I love a nice hotel. After staying here though, I think I may be able to lower my standards. I was completely satisfied with all aspects. We did not use the pool so I have no comment on that. I always enjoy staying at Comfort Suite Hotel. The staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was good... Only two complaints: I had to get the bedding from front desk for the sleeper sofa, and my mother in law found a spider in the room. These were minor and easily resolved. Then this is one of hotels to stay. It is really close to the Space Center and there is anything around it so it is easy to find things to eat for the family.

The hotel was very nice and felt clean. Our ONLY complaint was that we purposely booked this hotel because of the indoor pool, having been Feb. and the pool was NOT heated. Our girls (2&5) of course still got in the frigid water and wanted to swim, but we could not let them stay in for very long. "One of the top family hotels we have ever stayed in!!"
The room was very clean and the bathroom sparkled! The queen for my husband and I was so comfortable, we loved the smaller feather pillows( they gave us lots it was great!) Our son slept on the sofa bed and even it was comfy! The hot tub was one of the first ones in years( we travel a lot) that was HOT! Now the pool is not heated but since it was indoors […] it was not too bad. The breakfast was fantastic! The eggs and sausage and bacon was just as god or better than most breakfast restaurants. The staff was very outgoing and friendly. We have already made plans to stay again we loved it so much. It is about a 20 minute drive to Galveston south or go north and in 20 minutes you are in downtown Houston! Webster is a very nice city of its own and is very clean. There are many shops very close and restaurants close which we like when we stay at a hotel. I can not stress enough how happy we were with our stay! Les mer
