Staff are fantastic, location is very central and the price is fair for the hotel. It's very clean and the room was just right. The beds are firm though.

This was our second stay in this hotel so we knew we were up for a lousy breakfast, decent rooms in great locations. We changed rooms a few times, yes we are terrible customers :) The first one had a tiny bed, 140cm so I asked for a room with at least a 160. They offered a room with no window that I simply had to refuse. Then a road facing large room […] that was just incredibly noisy at night which was then changed to a back facing room. I think the road facing rooms are larger to compensate for the noise as the manager was very apologetical about our final room being on the small side. If you're a light sleeper ask for a back room and all should be fine. Breakfast is not spectacular, neither is the coffee but there is plenty of amazing street food around to compensate for it. The location is amazing, there is plenty of good food and shopping in the vicinity and fantastic transport links. The bad: breakfast is appalling by Thai standard, we had better food in a small cabin in the middle of nowhere in the Thai jungle. We got an upgrade for our first stay in the hotel with a terrace not overlooking much more than another building, […] however an absolute benefit for me as I hate airconditiong and prefer open windows. The loungers on the terrace were dead dirty from city pollution so I used one small towel to clean it. Upon checkout the receptionist showed us a towel and said they would need to charge us 100 (2 GBP) for the destroyed towel. I was given no receipt for this so maybe helped a struggling employee. I don't mind the price but it was used to clean hotel property. A minor glitch. All in all, it's absolutely worth the money because of the location, how much time does one spend in a fantastic city like Bangkok anyway :) Les mer

Overall, staff are helpful and courteous. Hotel is small but is an excellent choice for budget travel. Good value for money. One thing I criticize is the rug at the sitting area, this is excessive and I doubt the cleanliness of that! Keeping the room lean is more preferable.

This hotel is okay. I just thought it would be one of those great finds. Four star hotel for two or three star price. It wasn't. Service was very good, but that's not what motivates me when choosing a hotel. I like comfort of the rooms, especially bed and how the bathroom is. The bed was not quite Chinese wooden bed hard but too firm--actually it just […] wasn't a quality bed. The bathroom was very badly designed. Location of the hotel is fine. Quite close to the sky train and next door to nice new mall. I used to stay in the Furama Hotel in Hong Kong and I liked staying there. Great value for the money. The hotel is in a prime location, close the BTS skytrain, MRT and the new Terminal 21 mall, In the Sukhumvit area. which also has a cinema complex and countless eateries. The staff are excellent, the breakfast included was better than average, the rooms clean and modern. The only let down would be arguably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept […] in, and the pillows are like boulders. I stayed 3 nights and would be more than happy to stay here again Les mer

Great hotel, very attentive staff and great location. Close to both BTS (sky train) and MTS (metro) and only one stop from the express airport link. I especially liked how they have wired and wireless internet as not all hotels have great wireless connections in all rooms. Breakfast buffet was also very good.

This is a refurbished hotel, which for the rates obtained from Hotels.com represented excellent value.Breakfast was good, service was good but best of all was location. Very close to BTS Asoke very close to MRT Sukhumvit and if you wish across the road from Soi Cowboy. Terminal 21, a very modern shopping mall is located at Asoke station. I have stayed […] at much better but also paid a lot more for the privilege so in terms of value, this place is a winner. Les mer

this hotel is in a great location, a three minute walk to the subway and the sky train, the staff is great, very friendly and helpful. this is my third stay here and the rooms are starting to show a bit of wear and maybe could use some re doing. my only complaint is THE BED WAS LIKE LAYING ON CEMENT. i honestly dont remember the bed being that hard […] before. i actually have a bruise on my hip from trying to sleep on my side. i really didnt sleep well because of the hardness of the bed. other than that, i love this hotel, you wont find a nicer staff or a better location in bangkok. in all honesty though, i would give it one more shot and if the mattresses dont improve, i will probably change hotels then. They say this one is brand new.... I've figured only the name is new... Not the property.. Smells like there has been a fire here before because it smells.... I will never stay again.... Westin here I come

Like this hotel, have stayed here before. Morning breakfast is good quality and the staff is professional. Would stay here again in the future

This hotel gives a warm a friendly welcome.It is ideally positioned for the shops and the Sky Train is only a short distance away. The rooms are large and comforting. The Roof Top small pools and Fitness Centre are ideal to while away an hour or so.

the room was a bit smelly even though it was a nonsmoker room but otherwise things were fine. There is free flow beer every evening from 6pm to 7pm.

This hotel is really up there in terms of every aspect of the offering. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable, with most of the modern amenities. Being an Indian Vegetarian, Bangkok food is a challenge. However, the elaborate morning breakfast makes the day that much easier. Fantastic location in the heart of the city with both the MRT and BTS at walking […] distance. The Airport link is just 10 min away by Taxi, hence making it easy access from the Airport. The staff is really helpful with reasonable command over English language. Les mer

I liked the decor and comfort very much. The hotel is located a short walk from skytrain, close to spas, and good local eats as well as established restaurants. The A/c was not that cold in the first room but the staff were very pleasant and quickly moved us to a new room, both rooms had no view but were very quiet, and we slept soundly. Decent hotel, clean, friendly staff, no frills, near the Skytrain and easy to find. Value for money.

Rooms are spacious, large and comfortable. Convenient to mrt and bts. Great breakfast. Quiet location yet near all the action. Staff is friendly and helpful. Third time I have stayed there.

Lots of taxi drivers were not sure of the location and had to be provided with direction to get there. The hotel does not have any swimking pool and ust be advised to potential customers. The club sandwitch ordered was totally un-satisfactory.

Good hotel, fantastic staff, Skytrain is 5 mins away, breakfast is decent - all in all, a top choice for a few nights in Bangkok.

The service at FX was exceptional. We arrived early (8am), but it was no problem to get into our room. The staff was very nice and accomidating. The room was wonderful - great price and good quality. The hotel is located outside the city center, but being by both trains - it was very convient to get around by public transportation. Very friendly and a nice room. Very good room service and fast wifi My only suggestion is that they put AC into the fitness center. I think it would be unusable if it was hot.

Room was not exactly very clean when i first went in. I saw some strands of hair in the bathroom as if someone just left. Also, the bathrobe looked like it's been opened by guest and was not changed to new set. The bathroom slippers' were also opened. Why give me a room when it's not properly done up? location is great though. Breakfast buffet is boring […] and the same for both days of my stay. Les mer

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is more than ample The location is just a little ways off the main areas to be quiet which I liked. The rooms are larger than Europe and the amenities are all included. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

The staff were always smiling and went out of there way to try help you if needed. The room was great and breakfast was fantastic. This made my stay in Bangkok even better. The staff are Fantastic. I will stay at this hotel again in the future, Des....Australia....

This hotel has impeccable services. Rooms are very clean and modern. Staff accommodated me very well and the breakfast was excellent. My mattress was a little hard I called the front desk and told them before I could hang up the phone house keeping was there at the door with a new mattress. Also, there is not a lot of hustler in front of this hotel. […] This hotel is very close to the sky train close to entertainment and a lot of good places to eat. We stayed at this hotel during an enforced stay in Bagkok (volcano). We were made very welcome and the staff were lovely. We had bed and breakfast, and it was lovely. Only bad thing was the mattress was very hard, but we found that in other places we stayed in Thailand too. Bkk is huge, but this is a spacious restingplace. Friendly smiling staff almost above what is reasonable.

The only bad things about this hotel are that it's not a very lively neighbourhood to step out inot and walk around and for that matter it's difficult to find somewhere to eat nearby. Which brings up the other negative for this hotel which is location. I would give its location a 7 out of 10 because while you're not too far from the BTS and MRT it's […] too far to walk so you have to get a taxi to go anywhere which I don't really like. On the other hand, it's a lot quieter than most places I've stayed in BKK so that could be a plus for you. The best part about this hotel was the service. Hands down the friendliest, most helpful staff ever. Even though I don't love the location, I would definitely stay here again because of the service. Free internet in the room is a big plus as well, along with very nicely appointed rooms, and a great breakfast buffet. Les mer

Great clean room and outstanding attentive service. I was quite surprised by the staffs professionalism and will definitely return to the Furama on Asoke. The only negative I could find was that it was down a bit on Soi 21 and just a walk down one of the busiest cross streets in BKK! I dare you to cross the street during day hours...you will see what […] I mean. Otherwise the hotel itself was fantastic and the food superb. Nice happy hour upstairs at the pool and quiet rooms...no outside noises or from room to room which is the problem of most BKK hotels in general. This one's a keeper in the return book ! Les mer

This is a great hotel in a good location near to the Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit metro. The service was outstanding. The rooms are very modern and clean. The rooftop pools are so refreshing after a hot day of sightseeing. My only complaint would be that the breakfast needs to be a bit better for this caliber of hotel.

ＢＴＳアソーク、地下鉄スクンビット両駅が使え、両駅直結のショッピングセンターＴＥＲＭＩＮＡＬ２１があり、タイ式マッサージのヘルスランドもホテルの直ぐ裏で便利でした。２階だったからか、通りの車の音が少し聞こえましたが、まあ許容範囲だと思います。コストパフォーマンス的には結構満足しました。

今回は朝８時頃にホテルに着きました。 以前ならすぐには駄目でも１０時くらいならＯＫとか言ってくれたものですが、今回は１０００バーツだしてくれたらチェックインＯＫだと．．． 断ると正規通りに１４時でなければチェックインできないと通告され嫌な思いをしました 部屋も滞在ごとに粗が見えてきて、細かい蟻まででる始末 当初出されていたフルーツも無しになってあからさまにサービスの低下が目立ちました もうここへは泊まりません

Hotellet ligger ett stenkast från stora shoppinggatan. Personalen är väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig! Bra frukost! Gymmet och de kalla bubbelpoolerna på tanket är kanon. Dock fungerade inte ac:n på gymet då vi var där.
