Comfort Inn & Suites - Farmington

We had a sisters overnight because it was near the Finger Lakes Casino. The woman at the front desk was very nice and efficient, the beds were new and comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was organized and great coffee! It was great quality for the price.

Enjoyed our stay. the hotel was located right across from the Finger Lakes Casino which was a wonderful surprise and great addition to our trip. With the pool and spa tub in the hotel we enjoyed a late night dip as it was open till 11pm. On our trip there was a lot of children running the halls unsupervised due to a party but that obviously doesn't […] happen all the time and could have easily been changed with a quick phone call. From 9:30 to 11pm the pool area is kid free and we enjoyed that time and the continental breakfast was excellent as well. The third floor carpet was in need of steam cleaning or replacement. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from our room window was of a lumberyard and mill.

Rooms were clean and very well kept. It was 30 min from Bristol mountain We got there and everything was what we booked. The breakfast was great, Make your own waffles, toast, eggs, sausage and cereal. More then we expected. Would stay there again.

Hotel personnel were very nice and accommodating. Didn't have time to use the pool, so I can't comment on that. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good and the "breakfast lady" was very attentive. Great location if you are going to the Finger Lakes Casino. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Close to the casino (about 1/2 mile). Convenience store and family restaurant across the street. Beds a little too firm, like most hotel beds, but ok. Will stay there again.

Great customer service. The front desk was one of the most friendly and helpful of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Very quick check in. GPS doesn't bring you to correct corner of intersection so have to turn around to get to it. Also should add outside signs and lighting so you can see it better at night and during the day. My friends and I were looking for a decent hotel close to the Waterloo outlets for the weekend. I was surprised what we got for the price - the hotel was updated, clean and well cared for, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right by the highway with a pharmacy, pizza place and liquor store across the street and about 20 minutes […] from the outlet. Breakfast and housekeeping were great. The room had a very unpleasant odor and the windows could not be opened to ventilate. The towels were either threadbare or so new that one was left covered in fuzz. The shower has woefully under pressured and the bathroom fan screeched after a few minutes of running.

Better than previous stays at Comfort Inns. I did contact the hotel to request a search for a lost item and although initially told it was not there, I was advised that they would look again and contact me. I have not had any further contact to this point.

The Comfort inn had a promotion that if you stay twice for two nights each you would recieve a 50 dollar gift card. When I inquired about that, the person at the desk said that because we didnt book the stay through the hotel directly we werent elligible for that bonus. TOO bad! I probably would have stayed again. What I liked most about this hotel was it's proximity to my son's apartment while he attends college in Canandaigua. However, the morning after we arrived, we had housekeeping knock on our door three times to spruce up the room and when we returned in the evening, it didn't look like they did much more than make-up the bed and change the towels. My wife and I wanted a Friday night get-away and selected the Comfort Inn and Suites due to the reviews written by others. We were very pleased with what we found. The rooms were very clean, the hot breakfast was much better than the typical donut in a bag, and we loved the fresh-baked cookies at night. The gal at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. We were traveling from PA with my brother and his family and they made sure our rooms were near each other. The rooms were very large and the beds were very comfortable. They accommodated my brothers family of five children and provided bedding for their air mattresses. The breakfast was delicious […] and very filling. We all enjoyed the pool. The exercise room had several pieces of equipment to give a good workout. The Comfort Inn was very close to the NYS Thruway and also surrounded by many stores and restaurants and right down the street from the Finger Lakes Race Track and Casino. The hotel was convenient to the NYS thruway. The room was nice but the bed was VERY tall- not accessible to anyone with a disability. Due to multiple orthepedic difficulties, I found the bed very hard. However, I requested an extra mattress cover in order to alleviate this, it was brought right away and solved the problem. great hotel - I have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times in the last 2 years. It is always clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. The pool & spa are the best because they keep the pool a nice warm 85 degrees, not 75-78 dgrees like other hotels.

Not sure the proximity of the Farmington NY Comfort Inn to shopping - and in particular, Waterloo Premium Outlets, I was pleasantly surprised with its reasonable access and driving distance. Close to good choices of restaurants, the hotel was clean and the hotel staff were wonderfully helpful and pleasant. This hotel met neither of those criteria. the walls are paper thin so you hear everything going on next to you or in the room above. This location is convenient for me but the carpet was not clean and the mattresses needed replacement. (There was a gruve in the middle.) The associates were friendly but need a little more polish, especially at the price that was charged. There appeared to be alot of police activity near by during the night.
