Room not real clean. Cobwebs on light stained for and ceiling. Needs updates to room.

The hotel is close to the airport, but it is dirty, in need of repair, no hairdryer. no toilettries, mildew in room, soap left in bathroom was used.

I booked this room for an employee in the construction industry. My guys are accustomed to staying at "value priced" hotels, so, they know they are not getting a four star room. That said, this room did not meet even modest expectations. My employee refused to stay here a second night. The room was dirty. He said it smelled like vomit. I had prepaid […] for the room. I booked this hotel at the last minute and booked it because of the price and how close it was to the conference I was going to. I will not be staying here again. Nothing against those working there, they were very friendly and cordial, but I didn't feel comfortable with the area or leaving my vehicle outside overnight.

We stayed in the room just long enough to find another hotel! We didn't even sit down, because the room was so disgusting! Hotels.com should take this off of their website! We definitely should've read the reviews before booking. We have NO idea how it has 2 stars. Don't be fooled by the pictures!!! It's just YUCK!!!

The motel room was in poor condition Probably one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Just plain dirty , the staff were o.k.

Arrived at the Desk to check in about noon, was told couldn't do that until 3 ( the girl never looked up from the computer screen as she told me) I asked why and she said, we were full last night "and besides all hotels are like that! Well I travel extensively, in fact the night before 2 miles away wasn't like that nor is it like that MOST times! She […] was just being a pain! Tried to have them check reservation and was told she would when we returned at 3! Here's where the real fun begins, Get back at 3:30 They can't find a reservation, and the girl won't call Hotels .com to straighten things out! Long story short. it was 6 pm and 7 phone calls to get into a room we booked . Once you get past the WORTHLESS STAFF, Rooms are ok! I would never go back there for any reason! Use the Sleep in 2 miles away on Loyola they were great but full for my second nights stay! Les mer

Simply put, I needed a room, one was available, I took it.

It was a cheap place to stay for a few hours. It's old and staff not friendly at all. Not in a very good neighbor hood. Just flew in late and it was close It served its purpose

After reading all the reviews it was hard to tell whether this was a good place or one to avoid. We decided to go ahead (we were a school trip and the price was cheap). The negative reviews were more in line with what the place was like. Rooms had a dirty look - the bathroom door looked like it had never been painted let alone washed and the toilet […] ran all night and. Older hotel. Thin walls. People in next room fought all night and you could hear every word they said. Lots of noise from street traffic. Breakfast is not worth the effort. Several hotels in the area are comparably price. For the airport go to the Comfort Inn in St. Rose. It is just as close and much nicer. Don't stay here.

Visited New Orleans for the first time and decided to stay 15 minutes away from the city due to high hotel costs in the French Quarter. This hotel served its purpose for one night. Front desk lady seemed she didnt want to be there but she was nice enough to allow us to check in extremely early. Room was nice but restroom area needs an update. The hotel clerk was pleasant enough but seemed to have trouble inputting my reservation in the computor. The room was not clean,dirt on table tops,carpet was stained and the air was very stale. Lot of traffic noise. i will not go back to this hotel,ever.

It's an affordable hotel next to the airport. We spent our first three nights in New Orleans at a nicer hotel and decided to spend the last night at this hotel for our early flight back home. 1. The outside of the building looks newly renovated. 2. Located near a couple of good restaurants. A mile from a great restaurant name: Louisiana Purchase! It takes $33.00 (cab fare) each way to get to and from the Superdome or French Quarter. 3. Staff were ok. Polite customer service. Front desk staff were there around the clock. 4. We were not able to get an extra set of towels b/c they ran out due to every room being booked. Found a roach outside door. Bathroom was clean but floors were cracked/ toilet lid cracked. Bed sheets looked ok but matress was old. Our room was on the first floor and the window faced street so we didn't care to open up the curtains. Glad the room had a refrigerator. Can keep snacks in the room. A day chair in the room and a desk and chair was available. So glad the alarm clock worked. We had an early flight the day of check-out. 5. The atmosphere was quite. Only heard people outside when coming off the elevator or walking past the door. You can hear a little of the traffic from outside since we were so close to the street but was not very significant. This was my third stay at this hotel.The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. My only complaint was the air conditioner was off when I checked in the room. It's too hot in New Orleans to turn off the a/c. Surprisingly, the room cooled off quickly and I slept comfortably. You can hear planes flying over a lot in the early morning, but I didn't hear […] them at night. I will continue to stay at this hotel in the near future. :) Les mer

Good value, udated rooms, pool area needs attention, hot tub out of order

The room was clean, but not in a good way. The carpet felt nasty, there were spots on the chair and foot rest. The bed was very uncomfortable. They only had one wash cloth in the bathroom, the water was warm not hot. My air condition was not blowing cold air...only cool. The hotel is not bad for the price, but we moved rooms twice and the air conditioner in both rooms were not working. It was a pain.... The room was clean though, i have to give that to them and the staff was nice.

The price was right but you get what you pay for. We did not pay much, so we did not get much. The lobby was newly remodeled but that was about it. The rooms have not been updated ever. Worse experience we've had with a hotel.com reservation. We got lost and tried to call local number for directions and it took them 45 min. to answer the phone. Once we got them on the phone the receptionist was rude and started yelling at me that her manager, Mr. Petel told her not to answer the phone when she was busy and to take it up with him. When […] we arrived late we were greeted by a very unfriendly receptionist. The next morning breakfast was a disappointment and there were no clean plates. We had to ask for plates and it took them over 5 min. to walk over there less than 5 feet to restock. I could go on about the check out but you get the point... AVOID this hotel!! Les mer

I stayed four nights here. If the condition of the hotel was in any better shape, this would probably be a 5 star review (especially for the price). The staff were very friendly and helpful, the neighborhood is nice, and the location is ideal (easy to get to any Interstate path in and out of NOLA). For the price, this hotel wasn't that bad. The hotel staff wasnt overly nice and seemed irritated when asked anything. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are some pretty good places to eat pretty close and the airport is 5 minutes away. I would probably stay again.

I was told there was a shuttle to the airport which is why I booked it. Well the front desk was wrong.. No shuttle ever came. Room was nice/clean. 32" flat screen was a nice touch! The worst part was probably the clientele this hotel attracts. Loud and sleazy

This hotel was very unsatifactory! It was booked out of desperation at the last minute, but the first few reviews seemed ok, so i felt comfortable with the choice. The service was fine and i was ok with the location. However, the rooms were filthy and dingy, which led me to feel very uncomfortable. The bathroom was gross you can literally see the dirt […] on the floor. I doubt the toliet has been clean all this year. I wiped it with wet toliet tissue and half of the stuff came off, so imagine if it was cleaned properly. The tub was dirty also, with pieces of hair all throughout it. Thank goodness i brought my own towels! I may have died if i had to find out what they were like. The blanket on the bed had a cigarette burn hole in it. The chair and ottoman looked as if it came off the side of a road, dingy as ever. I felt completly uncomfortable in this room from the moment i entered and my favorite part of the experience was when i checked out! IDK how it received 2 stars?! this is clearly a NO star situation! We stayed here last minute because of an emergency situation and it was the only hotel not completely booked. That might explain why the price was too high for a room that was dated on the interior, had trash outside the door, toilet did not work, and no coffee in the lobby in the morning. At least the AC worked and the sheets had been washed, but being […] thankful for those things in itself speaks to the low quality of the establishment. Les mer

Front desk people were very rude (except for the Indian guy on Sunday) so rude that we were afraid to make calls to ask questions. Room is ok but not impeccably clean, rugs are stained. Elevator stinks. Pool is fine. Jacuzzi not working. The general condition of the hotel can be improved.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here in the past 2 months. Great stay for a great price. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. You can hear planes flying over. This may bother light sleepers.

Very weak wifi, a bit loud too but during the day and evening. Quite at night.

Fairly clean & well maintained for an older hotel. The convenient location to I-10 was nice, but you do hear the airport fairly well.
