Music Road Hotel - Pigeon Forge

This hotel is in a good location. I was happy that the bathroom was big with extra linens and shelves to store clothing. The carpet was also clean. Kids loved the pool area with the diving board and water slide. Free breakfast everyday was a nice added bonus. Loved the rock inside, looks like some renovations had been done but the hotel could use some […] additional maintenance such as the beds - the mattresses on both beds tended to push you towards the floor if you got too close to the edge b/c they were wore on the side closest to the nightstand. The pool lining seemed to be coming up, you could feel it come off the bottom of the pool as you walked near the slide. The waterslide at the pool had some sort of tape wrapped around areas on the slide and the mushroom and lazy river wasn't working at different times throughout our stay. None of the downsides were bad enough to ruin our trip. Cleanliness and location are major factors for us and those were both good! We were overall satisfied and would return. Les mer

Everything was clean, food was great!! No problems during our stay. The lazy river, 2 swimming pools was awesome!! The view of the river is wonderful. The staff is very prompt and helpful. Location isn't so bad very close walk to many shops and only a few blocks from the wax museum and wonder works.

Convenient location, beautiful hotel and room, very nice staff, 24 hour indoor pool, and very nice in room jacuzzi tub... it was an awesome place that we will return to many times in the future!

We will definitely be staying at music road hotel again! It was up to par in every way possible. Super nice staff and super clean hotel. There health inspection was 100% and we rally liked the fact of that.

This hotel staff are some of the friendliest people we have experienced. Our room was cleaned thoroughly each day, and the hospitality staff always had a smile and something nice to say. The vending machine on our floor was out of bottled water. When a member of the staff noticed I could not get a water, she personally delivered a chilled bottle of […] water to my room, with an apology and a smile. What's better than that?! Great breakfast, cozy lobby, terrific room, and very convenient to all the entertainment of Pigeon Forge, with the quiet of a great hotel! We'll stay at Music Road Hotel again!! Les mer

I normally stick to national chains for the comfort of knowing approximately what to expect. Music Road exceeded our every expectation. Huge 24 hour indoor pool was nice seeing as it was too cold I use the even nicer outdoor mini water park. Beautiful and well kept property, and friendly, accommodating staff. Excellent choice. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was much above the usual "free continental breakfast" I've experienced.

We had a room with 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper. Room was very nice, we were next to the elevator and I worried that it would be noisy...did not hear a sound all night. The bathroom was large and very nice. We used the convention center and the indoor pool and hot tub. No complaints about anything...I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Love the foyer and conversation room with fire going at all times. Breakfast is very good. Booking agent was very satisfactory.

My husband and I have tried a lot of hotels in this area, and have to say this hotel is the best we have had so far. Clean, up to date, nice view of river, beautiful and welcoming lobby (love the fireplace), very friendly staff all around. We were given the upper floor just by requesting it. This hotel more than met our expectations! The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was HUGE! And the view out our window of the river was spectacular.

We loved the ambiance of this hotel but a few things were disappointing.First, the Jacuzzi in the room was broke so it was more of a big bathtub than anything. And the line for the breakfast was disorganized. With the hotel being so busy they should have a hostess directing people to different stations instead of getting in a line and waiting for 20 […] minutes only to realize you are in a line for something you don't want. We came to Pigeon Forge for Thanksgiving this year. We usually always stay at The Inn at Christmas Place when in Pigeon Forge but we are going to be there in December and could not afford two stays so close together. That is how we ended up at Music Road Hotel. Staying at The Inn at Christmas Place has made it next to impossible for us to stay anywhere […] else and be satisfied. However, we were pleasantly surprised with Music Road Hotel. It was a beautiful place and very neat. The room was quiet and comfortable and most of all CLEAN! We enjoyed the indoor pool even though it wasn't heated as we were expecting....cold but fun. The breakfast was good, providing a large variety. Music Road has become a part of our Thanksgiving tradition! Les mer

This hotel was fantastic. I only had one night to get away and it was well worth the drive to stay here. The room was very big and the view was nice. Hotel staff was really friendly. Will definitely be making this my first choice in Pigeon Forge from now on.

Asked for two things when made reservation. First that I was not near the elevator and extra pillow. My room was right beside the elevator and no extra pillows. Had to wait three hours before checking in finally at 5pm. I was told the first two times I checked that the room was being finished up to check back in an hour. Finally after the third hour […] they explained the maid had not updated the room. The hotel was very clean and I loved the view of the river eating breakfast. Breakfast was not the best, the food was not restocked as soon as it needed to be. Front desk was friendly but didnt help me when we first checked in to work out the check in problems. Les mer

It was convenient, room was ready before time, pool was cleaned each morning. Lots of kids and families stay here- so ideal also for single women as safe. Breakfast foods were replinished quickly in the morning. Small deck is nice for fresh air. Large deck on back of hotel is great for walking or sitting for air and a view of the stream.

We really enjoyed our stay. We have two young boys who absolutely loved the pool, lazy river, and waterslide. They did not want to leave. Rooms were clean and nice, air conditioning worked great. Loved the double sinks in the bathroom. Good hot breakfast and coffee. Convenient location.

This was our first stay at your hotel. The only complaint that I had was the member who greeted us when we arrived to check in. We walked in and was in the process of being waited on when we asked if we could see the room first - her comment was "it doesn't matter - you have to pay for it anyway". That may be the case however she could have been more […] professional. Other than this one employee the hotel was very nice and clean. I just suggest some training to the first desk. The hotel was in a great location in Pigeon Forge. Check in was easy and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and the bathroom had two sinks which was nice. I was disappointed in the pool. The lazy river was dinkie and didn't flow fast enough to keep you moving at a good pace and it wasn't wide enough. It was very cramped. […] That was one of the main reasons I wanted to stay at the Music Road Hotel, to use the lazy river and the pool. I wasn't a happy camper. But the rest of my stay was very nice. Nice Hotel and good location. Interesting view of a cemetery. Noisy rooms. AC and refrigerator not very silent. Lousy house-keeping. We had two bedrooms, the second of which was not cleaned for the last two days of our visit. Long wait for the breakfast, especially on Saturday.

My 8 year old son and I stayed at the Music Road Hotel. The location was great, close to everything on the main strip. We loved the outdoor water park and the buffet breakfast had a good variety, something for everyone. The homemade cinnamon rolls were very good but they were slow in restocking them or often times not restocking them at all. The overall stay was fantastic. The one thing that I would say is that on our last day there we were swimming in the pool & because of the storm the night before the pool wasn't cleaned out. Other then that the staff & accommodations were very acceptable & we will plan on using the same hotel when we return.

As grandparents we took our 8 year old grand-daughter. Really liked having the pools and lazy river. Also had a diving board, all a plus. The complementry breakfast was really good, the best we have had. Staff made us feel very welcome. This will be our hotel on all future visits.

cleanliness is the top priority when we travel. Music Road passed with flying colors in that regard. The breakfast that is included with one's stay is a real plus for those with a number of children to feed. The pools are well maintained. The indoor pool is open 24 hrs. We would readily reccommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Pool was nice - People were nice - Nice trolley to take us to Dollywood and other sites. I recommend it as a nice star 3 hotel. Breakfast each morning was a pleasant surprise.
