Situated in Albert Dock which was an ideal location for our night at the Echo Arena to see Jools Holland. Apartment was comfortable and clean when we arrived on Friday afternoon, and reception staff helpful and pleasant letting us check in early. Couple of gripes:- Microwave had a donot use sticker on it, we reported this but it wasn't fixed during […] our stay . Room not cleaned, bed not made and no replacement towels, when we questioned this reception advised that this service wasn't provided at weekends unless you specifically asked, however there was no information telling you this. Breakfast was included in the price but was very basic -hot breakfast was scrambled egg sausage and beans- very little fruit and not enough space to accomodate guests some of whom had to sit in reception to eat. Also tables weren't cleared by staff and guests were expected to clear their dishes scraping uneaten food into plastic containers( yuk this wasn't a pleasant sight) Would also benefit from a bar service Les mer

We stayed at this hotel because we were specatating (and one of our party was competing in) the liverpool triathlon. and as it turned out we could not have been closer to the event, so the location was better even than we had dreamed. Because the triahlon ran along the road outside the hotel the road was closed so staff were pretty liberal about check […] out time, meaning we could return and shower and relax before the long drive home. It is unfortunate our booking through expedia was not 100% accurate so that one of our party who required a bath rather than shower was not booked in properly, and the room we originally moved into (with no bath) had a leaky toilet, but the room was changed with no problem and we were happy with the outcome. The beds were the most comfortable i have ever known in a hotel room and for the standard of accommodation we couldn't have done better on price. Les mer

Comfortable hotel. Staff helpful. Would stay there again. Noise from nearby bars early in morning which could be heard with window open. Best to get a room on upper floors on the side of the hotel furthest away from Albert Dock.

Where do I start? Everything was wonderful, comfortable beds, great food, location perfect, friendly helpful staff. Will be staying here again and again, bringing more people with us. Try it, you'll like it - Honest!

clean friendly staff central to city of Liverpool

Stupid elevator system where you had to insert cards when going up to room but didn't work at all well , lots of people complaining about it. Also, rooms not cleaned at the weekend which is not acceptable.

Hi, I stayed @ Staybridge Suites Liverpool for 2 nights. Everything about this hotel, location, services, free breakfast was perfect. I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely recommend this to others

we had al weekend stay at the hotel, it is the best wheelchair accessible hotel we have stayed in. hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially when my duaghter fell ill and had to be hospitalised. we will definitely go back again

I would recommend this hotel to a friend. Lovely room with king size bed, an excellent choice at breakfast and close to Albert Dock and Liverpool One.

The suite was very comfortable for the price with a large bed and good large shower. Staff were very helpful with plenty of advice for surounding restaurants. Can get noisy outside at the weekends with concert crowds, etc... and rooms where very warm, but this didn't get in the way of a very enjoyable business stay. Restaurants in the surounding area […] were pretty poor, so for good food I would venture further into the city. If you are looking for somewhere to stay for a concert at the Echo arena, I can't think of a better place to stay! Les mer

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station but the room was a good size and it was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was nice. The included breakfast was good. It is located right on the riverfront near the Beatles museum and other tourist sites. The only complaint I can think of is that the shower did not have a shelf to […] put your soap or shampoo or anything, not that big of a deal though. Les mer

I dont think this hotel deserves a 4 star rating, although the rooms were large and i have no complaints regarding cleanliness, it was fairly basic and did not offer the luxuries of other 4 star hotels i have stayed in previously. No room service, no mini bar, not even a hotel bar, basic breakfast. Not a bad experience but nothing special.

Stayed at the Staybridge Suites Liverpool the quality and service was excellent. Great idea and right next to the echo arena that we went to that night. Breakfast next morning was self service and was also excellent and we did not got down to it to 9 am. Everything perfect would defiantly stay again

Five minute walk to Liverpool one so handy for our Christmas shopping. We arrived later so had to park next door in the arena car park but was quite cheap for our stay we paid 7.50 with the discount ticket from the hotel. And you can go through the back Door from the carpark very convenient . We could see the big wheel out of our window. And if you […] where going to the arena it's the perfect place to stay !! Handy also with your own kitchen for a longer stay or if you had children I thought .. Only thing that I think we where given a disabled type room, which we didn't need but it was good. Breakfast was help yourself type in the morning, and even had a Tiny shop if you needed anything , drinks snacks etc... Would stay again. Right next to jurys and the Albert dock... Les mer

Fantastic hotel, modern & comfortable - ideal for a city break. The breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of items. The Albert Dock area is very interesting with a lot of nice bars & restaurants - we ate and drank in Circo on the Friday night, which was fun. Overall a great location, we spent a bit more than we intended on accommodation, however […] the rate was one of the cheapest available in Liverpool at a decent property that weekend ( I think because Liverpool were playing Chelsea at home on the Sunday). It was definitely worth it! Please note that the suites look further away from the Liverpool One shopping area on the map than they actually are, Liverpool city centre is really quite compact and it was about 5-7 minutes walk to the shops. We didn't use the kitchen, however it was fully fitted with everything you would need to cook a proper meal. The 'hub' shop in the hotel was very handy, however the cost of items is a lot more expensive than in the supermarket (I expected this as it was within the hotel). We arrived at 12pm on the Friday and we were checked in without any delay and got into our room early, which was great! I would definitely recommend and think this property deserves a 4* SC rating. One thing I would say is that there is no bath in the studio suites in case you like a bath, plus you need to take your own shower gel, there was no complimentary bottle in the room as you sometimes find. Also, there is no bar at the hotel, however given the location I don't think it is missed. Les mer

We had a wonderful weekend. The hotel was in a prime position on Albert Dock, close to the Arena and Liverpool One shopping centre. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was relaxed and with lots of choice. Overall we had a great weekend.

Couldn`t be closer to car park, at very reasonable rates, and the Echo Arena. Also very convenient for Liverpool One shopping centre.

Hotel just beside Albert Docks, accross the road you are in centre of city.

A great place. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with all we needed to hand. As a new building, everything was clean and worked well. Great sized room, lovely big comfy bed and the little kitchen was a great bonus. Nice and quiet in the room. Located just next door to Albert Dock, and very convenient for all the attractions. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Only minor gripe was that the scrambled eggs at breakfast were cold!

This was my first time to liverpool, it was great the hotel was excellent so where the staff. The room was clean and very stylish no problem. It is completely forst class and I give it 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!!! Great place to stay x

this hotel is very good value for money. It is ideally situated for shopping and nightlife. The suite itself was very well appointed with 2 tv`s and all the facilities you would expect for a 4 * hotel. loved it

This hotel is meant for business travelers, with kitchenettes, an ample breakfast buffet, and a happy hour in the evening. We found it also worked well for our family of four as we toured Liverpool. The location puts you in a perfect neighborhood for seeing the sights.

Efficient, friendly staff and very welcoming in a good location. An unusual concept with hotel benefits but the flexibility of a fully equipped serviced apartment. All major attractions within a short walking distance. Reasonable rates for the secure parking. Overall an excellent hotel and very good value for money.

Very pleased with this hotel with excellent service a nd great location. Rooms were good and will stay here again when in Liverpool.

On arrival I was a little concerned as there are some white buildings opposite the hotel and at first on direction I thought they were the suits but they were appartments for rent. I was more than plesantly surprised when i went into our room as i thought it was very well set out. The room was of a decent size and clean. My only issue is the lighting […] in these modern hotels, the lighting is not bright enough in the bathroom. Breakfast was a little confusing as it seemed like a free for all. Nothing organised and guests sat where ever when ever, example 2 guests sitting on a table for 8 which seemed odd. Cleanliness was of a good standard and the bed very comfortable. One of the mornings my husband and I were getting ready to go out and the fire alarm went off, we promptly left the building and stood outside for more than 20 mins, went back in to be told it was a test and it would have shown on the TV that was ok but we didn't have the tv on. It would have been nice for someone to come out side to see if there was anyone there. But on the whole a good staqy. Les mer

We needed some quiet time and Liverpool was the place. We went there because of the Picasso exibition at the Tate. We had a fantasitc weekend. Did not want to leave - weather helped - lovely and sunny and great for walking about. Staybridge apatrments were just right - quite and relaxing. The bed was fab - need to find out what matress they use - […] best sleep for months! The hotel is central to the Albert Dock, L1 - the new shopping area of the city and the older part of town - museums, galleries and impressive churches. Took a trip on the open top bus to get familiar and then walked to all the sites over 3 days. Great bars and restaraunts as well! We will be back Liverpool - thanks for a great weekend. Les mer

Superb product, staff and location.

The hotel in my opinion is in the best location for everything that Liverpool has to offer and the hotel is brilliant, modern spacious rooms with great facilities and also has secure parking. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is unsure of where to stay as I found that it met all my needs and more.

Fantastic location, room was excellent. Would definatley stay there again. You have to pay for parking but only £8 for 24 hours so cant complain. The only minor grip I could have was the attitude of the staff who expected us to pay when we used up the 2 sachets of milk in our room for 2 cups of tea. Aprt from this it was pretty much faultless.

We were only staying for one night as we were attending an evening function. We were immediately impressed by the positioning of the hotel so close to Albert Dock and readilly accessable for the shops in Liverpool City centre. The standard of accomodation was above that of an good quality hotel, althouh there were one or two minor niggles that you would […] expect in any building of this size. Buffet breakfast was included and was acceptable thouh not impressive. Excellent coffee was available 24/7 in the lounge and there was a "honesty" shop were you could buy necessities and hand in a list of bought items to the front desk. These tended to be not suprisingly pricey. Overall, we were very pleased by our stay in terms of value and the whole experience and would recommend it. Les mer

The only problem that I had was finding the hotel - once I was there I was delighted with every aspect - and I am a regular traveller and hard to please. A warm welcome was followed by delight at the room itself, clean and very well appointed. I will use both this hotel and any others I can find in the chain when I need to visit nearby sites.

This hotel were great, identified that Hotel.com had requested room with one bed for family with child and had addressed when I checked. Staff were very helpful and friendly and condition of hotel was excellent. Close to centre of city. Highly Reccomended.

I stayed at the hotel as it was ideally located for the Echo arena, it is a mere 200 yds from the venue. It is home from home with that extra touch. A really lovely place to stay and excellent staff too.

Goed hotel. Rustig gelegen. Ligt op loopafstand van het uitgaansleven. Goede service en bediening in hotel. Aanrader.

A comfy hotel, great to stay!

STAYBRIGE SUITES à LIVERPOOL : situation idéale, au coeur des docks patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO et des musées, très près à pied du centre ville,et à 5 mn à pied de la navette qui mène à l'aéroport. Personnel très agréable. Nous avions pris un studio. C'était très propre, spacieux et très fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner buffet était copieux et très […] bien. La cerise sur le gâteau, c'était l'apéritif convivial les mardis, mercredis et jeudi soirs où on nous a servi du vin accompagné de diverses variétés de fromages avec des crackers et du raisin. Le tout dans la bonne humeur et la générosité. Tout cela nous a donné l'envie d'y revenir, d'autant plus que Chester se trouve à 45 mn en train de Liverpool et que la gare se situe elle aussi près de l'hôtel. Les mer
