Koselig hotell med god standard og service. Perfekt beliggenhet i rolig gate uten trafikkstøy og ca 15 min gange til sentrum av Stare Mestro.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the rooms were huge and very clean, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also varied and adequate. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the main square, but the price made it worth the walk!

The staff here are extremely helpful, polite and knowledgable in English. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Every main city attraction is within a 20 minute walk and the metro station is just around the corner. I would certainly stay here again.

Very nice staff and room, breakfast okay. The unquestionable advantage is its location: very close to city center, major tourist sites accessible on foot, bus and train stations too.

The Embassy hotel is nice, spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, the staff is nice. but the SPA is small and is NOT working at all and they don t inform you about it!! it was the reason I select the hotel.. the sauna is very small and if you ask 3 times, 1h30 in advance you might get it ready to work for you. in conclusion, they need to put some effort […] there Les mer

Was a little bit concerned as we drove up to our hotel as it was tucked away down a relatively quiet street, however, I was pleasantly surprised what lay behind the big red front doors. It was warm and clean. The staff were very helpful, particularly when we had problems with our hotel to airport shuttle and couldn't do enough for us. The housekeeping […] staff were also really helpful giving us extra towels and pillows on request. Unfortunately we did have a bit of a problem with hot water - there was none for a good couple of days. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be far enough out of the city centre to get some decent peace and quiet but with a metro station only 10 - 15 minutes away. Les mer

Stayed for 5 days and for 4 of those days there was no hot water (tepid at best). Complaints received only the response that according to their computer system everything was ok! Further complaints resulted in comments such as "it's the same for everybody", "we can't do anything about it" and "it's holiday time so there are no plumbers".

The staff in the hotel was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast could had been better and the bed was a bit too hard. The location is good. There are some restaurants and shopping nearby. The value for money was very good.

First the A/C didn't work and I reported it but all they could do was work on it the next day. But the next day once I had returned the A/C still didn't work, the only saving grace was that it cooled down at night. The hotel floor smelled like cigarette smoke, as did the room I stayed in. The bench at the foot of the bed and the curtain had cigarette […] burn(s). The room was not very clean. Spider webs in the corners and running from ceiling to the wall in a couple places. The cheap plastic shower screen had dry blood on it. Mold was growing in the shower area and on the shower screen. Only the shower head worked which left no way to fill the tub. The hotel was close to downtown but the area was trashy. I would not recommend this "4 star" hotel to anyone. I would rate it at a 2 star or maybe a low 3 star but not a 4 star. Les mer

First time to Prague, great choice of hotel! Its a tad of a challenge to find (since its not on a major street), but once you find it, its fairly close to where you will want to hit up (i.e., Wenseslas Square, the Astronomical Clock, Charles bridge, etc.). Call us too easy, but we enjoyed the hotel very much. If I would have any hedging comment, it would be that while the staff was very professional, they were a bit cold. But, they performed well. Someone could definitely improve on the directions to the hotel for clarity. But, it was situated well and overall, a very good place to stay.

Pleasant 10 minutes walk from the Municipal House, so good location. The design and refurbishment of the building is of a high standard, but little things made the differences between an OK hotel experience and a fantastic one. The television in our room only displayed (5 non-English) channels and 4 of them were the same sport. We had towels that were completely frayed along the edges two days running (the manager apparently spoke to the housekeeper about this and issued a 'penalty' after we left). We booked this hotel last minute as we were driving from Austria to Prague. The hotel was a little difficult to find as the front is not well lit. We were able to unload our bags in front and then the desk clerk directed us to secure parking 2 short blocks away (15 euro / day). They provided us a voucher and it was very easy. Hotel is beautifully renovated. […] Nice, large rooms with relatively comfortable (it is Europe after all) beds. Cable TV with many channels including CNBC, BBC, etc. Staff was helpful and included breakfast was awesome (hot, American style). Included wi-fi worked ok. Was fast, but kept kicking us off the network and we would have to sign back in. Short walk to all the sights (the square, Jewish quarter, etc.) Close to Subway and close to new, modern mall. I liked the hotel a lot. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The only thing we should have brought our own shampoo and gel because the one you are given is scarry to use. The personnel was more than cheerful. We had just one small incident with a taxi. We ordered it from the hotel and the receptionist assured us we can pay by card, or with euros […] (30-32 euros). Actually when we arrived to the airport it was impossible to pay with a credit card and an exchange rate of a taxi driver was more than exagerated (he asked for 40 euros, though in Kronos it was not more than 32 euros). We called to the receptionist and after 5 min talk we persuaded her to arrange everything with a taxi driver and we didn't pay more than we were said from the beginning. Les mer

A lovely different type of hotel only thing wrong was they did not have a computer for the guests. great location..do not take taxi from bus stsation as it is within 5 mins walk.

Zimemr sehr geräumig, modern und sauber. Tip top. Parken ist teuer - 15 € - und kein Parkhaus. Soll überwachtet sein, ¨war aber vormittags keiner da !!! 20 Minuten weg zu Fuss vom Zentrum. Kein super Viertel, passabel. Fazit: OK für ein tolels Zimer auf der Durchreise aber für eine Woche wäre nicht mein Tipp.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gut, leider schmeißen die Gäste und das Personal ab morgens um 6 Uhr mit den Türen, so dass an Schlaf dann nicht mehr zu denken ist. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, aber nicht umwerfend, wer auf tolles Frühstück hofft, ist hier falsch. 部屋は広くて、テレビもWi-Fiも使えたが、窓がなく、少し閉塞感があった。また、お風呂の電気が自動的に切れ暗くなったり、シャワーの温度が変わってしまい、寒い思いをした。レセプションのスタッフは、とても親切な人とそうでない人がいたように思います。空港へ行くのにタクシーを勧められたが、シャトルバス乗り場へ歩いていけない距離ではないと思います。

Kompfortabel, verkehrsgünstig gelegen und doch ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstück, die Suite bot Platz ohne Ende, alles zu einem günstigen Preis. Auch der etwa 200 m entfernte und rund um die Uhr bewachte Parkplatz kostete deutlich weniger, als sonst in der Stadt üblich. Drei Tram-Stationen bis zum Wenzelsplatz, auch zu Fuß kein Problem.

Hotelli kaikinkaikkiaan ihan ok. Sijainti erinomainen, 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Miinuksena voisi sanoa ilmastoinnin puute, säätimet oli mutta muuta ei sitten tapahtunutkaan. Samoin saunatila oli pettymys. Mikäli sovit jonkin hinnan respassa, maksa se heti, muuten hinta voi muuttua kun jälkeen päin olet maksamassa.

hotel carino, complessivamente piacevole, comodo nell'ubicazione vicina al centro ma leggermente fuori dal traffico turistico; colazione abbondante; personale molto cortese e disponibile. Bagno piuttosto essenziale, ma sufficiente. Letto comodissimo.

Hôtel bien placé, d'où on peut partir à pied pour visiter la belle ville de Prague. Chambre spacieuse, propre, personnel très sympathique et compétent! Le petit plus est l'espace sauna/jacuzzi! De plus le petit déjeuner est vraiment parfait pour vadrouiller toute la journée! Bref à y aller les yeux fermés!

Siisti hotelli kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta. Mukava baari "jama" vieressä auki 01:een. Henkilökunta hotellssa avuliasta ja paikalla 24h. Aamupala ihan ok. Sängyt mukavan jämäkät. Vierestä ratikalla keskustaan ja metroasema kivenheiton päässä( florence). hinta-laatusuhde hyvä.

Dans la chambre que nous occupions, pas de vue possible sur l'extérieur:les fenêtres trop petites et en hauteur n'étaient pas facilement accessibles. Sinon tout était satisfaisant. , et l'accueil sympathique.

L'hotel non era male anche se la strada non era delle più eleganti ma comunque era posizionato bene anche perchè eravamo a circa 700 m dalla Porta delle Polveri inizio del Vecchio Quartiere ed a 1500 m circa dalla Piazza dell'Orologio da non perdere assolutamente...L'hotel ha un arredamento degli spazi comuni molto tetro ma è questione di gusti, le […] pareti dipinte d'un rosso salmone oscuro e la assenza di luce naturale lo rendono un pò triste ma devo dire che era pulito e che le cose essenziali ce l'aveva...La metro si trova alle spalle dell'albergo, bisogna attraversare una piazza e saranno 500 m dall'hotel, poi vicinissimo passa il tram numero 3. Le camere invece sono belle e spaziose a me il materasso andava bene anche perché mi piace che si duro però devo riconoscere che era molto duro e mia figlia non si trovava molto bene perché le sembrava troppo duro... La colazione non molto varia ma c'era il necessario anche se io mi sentì male per 2 volte ma riconosco d'avere uno stomaco molto delicato quindi può essere solo una coincidenza dal momento in cui mangiavo veramente poco proprio per non avere problemi ma gli ebbe comunque...
