Nytt og fint. Fin service. Kan anbefales til de som ønsker det enkelt og billig. 10 min. gange til sentrum.

Fikk en stor leilighet som var ren og komfortabel. Noe minus for flekkete teppe, dårlig trykk i dusjen, og bråkete toalett. Likte beliggenheten som var litt tilbaketrukket fra city, men med puber, cafeer og butikker rett i nærheten.

Et greit hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Sengene var gode, og oppholdsrom var fine. Sinnsykt mange dører i alle gangene, hehe. Varmtvannet var ikke noe og skrive hjem om, på 10 min var beredern tom. Utover dette god service og hyggelige ansatte. Men Ikke noe familie hotell.

Det ligger vedlig nært alt og sengen var helt fantastisk. MEN, vasken på badet tettet seg, og de gadd ikke å fikse det. Litt irriterende at vi mått kjøpe salt og pepper, de kunne vel hatt det tilgjengelig på kjøkkenet. Dørene smalt igjen hele tiden, og dusjen var helt elendig. Tok jo hundre år for å få ut sjampooen! Virket ikke helt som om vaktmesteren […] tok jobben sin alt for seriøs, for det var mye som var sånn halveis. ellers så var det helt greit. Men kommer ikke til å bo her igjen. Les mer

Wow! Really loved this place. The apartment was huge with a balcony overlooking the city. A very convenient location in walking distance of everything, but tucked away on a small street away from the crowds. We will book here again!

Ok, I really didn't know what to expect when we arrived. I had read good reviews and bad. We were happy. It is spacious and comfortable. Good amount of hot water day or night. I had read there was no hot water at night...not true. No 20min showers but enough. Kitchen in adequetly equipt and has everything you'll need to make simple meals. Central location […] is walking distance to everything!!! Negatives: The sofa bed was broken and unuseable. The bathroom has no plug if you want to dry your hair, you do it in your room. They say there is a washer and dryer, however the dryer is a loose term. We went on 3 dry cycles and the clothes were still wet. and there is really no where to dry them. They also didn't have any laundry soap to purchase so I had to go buy some, but you can only buy the ones to do several loads not just 2 or 3. Left the rest there for the next few people. You can hear everything. If someone above you moves a chair, it sounds like it's in the room. And Saturday there were a lot of partiers all night, so we got no sleep. Overall we had a great time and I would stay there again if we had a group. If it was just my husband and myself I would probably do a nice hotel. Les mer

The apartment was clean, economical, convenient to good food and tourist areas, and the service from all personnel was above and beyond what we anticipated. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Stayed for one night in a 2 bed apartment with four of us in the group. Apartment is lovely, modern, clean and well kitted out. Balcony in every apartment. Staff were very helpful. Good location, short walk to city centre (although we taxi'd due to cold icy night). Free wifi was hit and miss as tried to connect via mobiles but either very slow or not […] connecting at all. Apartment block is huge and we were in the end block so about a 3 minute walk through the building and up and down stairs/lifts to get to it. Biggest let down was the fact that there is only enough hot water for two people (in an apartment that sleeps 5!!) unless u read the info and see that u need to boost the water for two hours. Maybe reception should make a bigger deal about this. And the fire alarm was set off at 1020am on the Sunday morning but not long enough to evacuate (but definitely long enough to wake you for the 11am check out despite the fact we paid for late checkout. Nice apartment. Everything worked, good kitchen with dishwasher. Nice big beds. Nice wlternwtive to a hotel room,with more space and great location, 5 mins walk from trmple bar.

This was a very reasonably priced efficiency apartment hotel which met my needs very well. I was very pleased with the quality and competence of the front desk staff, who were very knowledgeable and helpfiul. The location of this hotel was close to many of Dublin's downtown attractions and close to bus stops to the airport. THE APARTMENT WAS OK BUT THERE WERE CERTAIN THINGS MISSING WHICH I INFORMED THE RECEPTIONIST ABOUT.THEY INCLUDED LACK OF PHONE AND COOKING UTENSILS.ALTHOUGH I REMINDED THEM THE ITEMS WERE NOT REPLACED DURING OUR 2 DAY STAY .THE ROOMS SHOULD BE MORE CAREFULLY CHECKED BY THE HOUSEKEEPER BETWEEN VISITS

Good staff but we would have missed our plane if we had to rely on them giving us a wake up call, both times we stayed both times they forgot and to only change towels once a week unless we paid more was not right

The apartment location was great and in general terms it was a very pleasant stay. It's in a very quiet street but very close to much more activity around Temple Bar area and Christchurch for restaurants and bars. Some minor drawbacks, WIFI was available in the apartment, however it was a fairly inconvenient to have to pick up a code for each device, […] each day. Only other minor criticism is that the kitchen was a bit lacking - dishwasher didn't work and only 2 pans to cook for 5 people was tricky. Staff were accommodating and allowed us to check-in to an apartment close to another group of friends who were staying there too. The apartment itself was large, clean, and modern, Only complians would be (1) the sign for the hotel is small and was a bit hard to find and (2) we were there during a few rare hot days - with no a/c the appartmetn got very hot and when we opened our window it was noisy outside from people talking late at night in the courtyard. Overall good experience. Wished there was a book of information about the area with nearby restaurants, grocery, attractions, etc., and information about the apartments. Example one woman paid for free wifi because no information was given at check-in, and no information was provided.

The hotel was as described. Unfortunately, we didn't experience a quiet night's sleep. The courtyard thoroughfare was used by yelling drunkards and staff breaks/rendez-vous. Until that area is closed at night, we won't be going back.

No toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival. Not a single salt and pepper shaker, or tea bag in aprtment. Private internet access was only in a certain seat in the dining/lounge. This was perfect for my family of 5. Room was very clean. It was quiet. But very close to all of the action. We could walk to temple bar, grafting street and jervis street within 10 minutes. this was cheaper and more convienient than a hotel for us. There was a back patio where my toddler could run around. It was nothing spectacular. It served our purpose but there were many things that could have been better. It's hard to get a sound night of sleep because the street noise is really loud. Depending on who your neighbors are, you could be dealing with more annoying noise(The walls are really thin). There was bad smell coming from under the sink and the […] dishwasher in the kitchen. The plumbing in general is dodgy. They must shut off the hot water after 6pm so you must do this special "boost" thing in order to take a hot shower at night. You need to wait 15 min in between flushing the toilet or it doesn't work. The front desk forgot to give us a wake up call one day and we almost missed our tour. The beds were really comfy but the pillows were flat and stiff. There's a door and every room (including the living room and kitchen) so you have prop them open with something heavy if you want them to stay open. It was nice to have more space than a hotel room, kitchen came in handy as well as the washing machine. Front desk staff was really nice. Les mer

Hot water was almost non-existant. Hotel Staff was incapable of getting it fixed as the control head we were supposed to have in each apartment had been removed. Was overall clean and great location.

The accommodation was very modern & clean, it isn't however a 'hotel' in the traditional sense & it does feel more like a block of self contained apartments so if your wanting to feel like your on holiday this is perhaps not the place to stay. The Augustine Apartments were in a convenient location to sightseeing, shopping & restaurants. I would stay there again & would recommend the Augustine Apartments (StayDublin). We arrived last night with my family hoping to have a "home away from home". So the first thing: the room was filthy. The floors were sticky and had unswept hair in the bathroom and the kitchen. Beyond disgusting. Carpets in the bedrooms have not seen a vacuum cleaner since the place was built: bordering on health hazard. Bed sheets, while washed, had […] stains and rips. The clencher though is the water heater: it gives you enough hot water for 2 5-second showers. The apartment is a maze of corridors, lifts and stairs so navigating - very tough. Our first night - there was a party outside at 4am and we were woken up by alcohol induced screams and songs. The only saving grace of this hotel is the washing machine. BTW - when they say dryer - they meant a drying rack to hang your clothes on. We used the heaters and our clothes were done in 2 hours - especially since with the luggage being lost we had to do a quick wash. It's great value for money but as the title indicated, the balcony of the unit we stayed in needed serious cleaning even though the unit itself was spotless. There were dirty socks and plenty of grime so it must be policy not to clean the balcony. Additionally, someone has bashed in the washing machine glass - could be a previous guest but while the […] machine was usable, the dryer was absolutely useless.... the management must know about this because the maintenance man warned us that the dryer was "slow". For people on the road, that's inconvenient. We ended up with damp laundry for the rest of our trip but can't say we were not forewarned. Top marks for the staff though - very responsive! Les mer

Decor was a bit scruffy. At first the water heater didn't come on overnight. The drain plug in the bathroom sink didn't lift when the lever was pressed, and it eventually stuck. The TV remote control didn't work properly. There was no soap. The terms and conditions I was given on arrival were very off putting.

The rooms were large with separate bedrooms and kitchen. The apartment had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff would totally helpful. The site is relatively well situated to a number of sites, but a long walk to downtown. Near bus service, however. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy though - but OK.

Not an elegant stay, but very clean and well supplied two bedroom apartment. Perfect for our family stay with adult children. We did not cook, but there was a complete kitchen. Also, a covered and locked car park that is an excellent extra in Dublin. The location is not in Temple Bar, but near enough for a pleasant walk and far enough away to be pretty […] quiet at night. The staff was very helpful with all questions and requests. Our only problem was in getting the washer/dryer to dry the clothes. We ended up draping them around to dry. Nice surrounding area with lots of pubs, restaurants and shoping. Staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom had no counter space or place to plug in a blow dryer. Doors would slam shut unless you put something, such as a folded up piece of paper, underneath them - door stops are cheap and are needed. Could have used some maintenance […] since some tiles were cracked in the kitchen. The kitchen needed more pots and pans as there was only one 8 inch frying pan and a couple of small pots. Don't believe the claim of free internet - the signal was so weak that I could not get on to my company's site to check my messages. Les mer
