The only reason I didn't give the room a top notch score is because the room was directly across from the dining room and we couldn't be switched due to full bookings. The continental breakfast was better than most, lots of good food options.

We stayed here to be near our daughter who was giving birth to our first grandchild. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great. All of the staff we met were professional and genuinely nice.

The front desk girl was so very helpful And nice.the guy who worked the breakfast room was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed.The room was nice & clean loved the bed everything about this hotel was great . Thank you everyone at this Hotel.

This is a beautiful place to sty the only drwback is the location on the main road. I stayed on the first floor and the traffic noise was bad.

I only stayed for a few nights but I thought the hotel was really nice. The room was large and clean. I really liked the free breakfast.

The room was nice and clean, but the breakfast was very poor. We had to eat from paper plates and at the buffet there was not much of a choice. Although we booked for three people in a room there were only two sets of towels and one set of amenities. When we arrived at night we still had to make the third bed.

The Hampton Inn was clean and the room was large. The only problem we had was trying to find it since they have only a small sign at the driveway that is hidden by overgrowth. We and the other party we were staying with passed by the place several times before we saw the sign.

We came in after 6 p.m. to a quiet lobby. We were greeted by a gregarious Hispanic lady who was professional and efficient in handling our check-in. She gave us several places to eat (all close by), answered our questions promptly and friendly. Our room was clean and we felt safe at this hotel. No one was at the pool and we did not use it, however, […] it looked as if it could use some cleaning. The breakfast was descent, very typical of these on-site breakfasts. Eggs had a somewhat powdered egg taste and the bacon was sliced very thin although you could get as much as you wanted. The coffee was hot and tasted good. Fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles (make your own) were available, along with orange juice, other juices, and a few other items. New paper - USA Today - provided for free. All-in-all, a pleasant one night stay over. Oh, a/c was very good but somewhat difficult to get a comfortable setting wherein we didn't have to have the fan (a bit noisy) on so much. We lived with it and did not bother the staff about it. Les mer

Staff was outstanding, breakfast was very good, and coffee excellent. the only two problems I had with the room were lack of Internet access and a musty smell. Other than this was an excellent hotel.

The room is very clean and the breakfast served is better than most others. There was a lot of road noise due to the location. Also, the AC would not go below 68 degrees and with the humidity (not used to it coming from the desert) it would have been nice to drop it a couple more.

I was very surprised at how nice this hotel was. The only thing was we missed breaksfast because of miscommunication on my part. The coffee was great, so was the bagel with cream cheese that my husband and I shared.

First thing we noticed was how the Hotel was very clean and inviting. Beds and linens super comfortable. "Free Breakfast" just OK. Powdered eggs tasted like powder and water. Could improve variety of choices a bit. TV/Cable box also difficult to figure out and use at first. Took a bit of memorization just to get the TV on and then to get the digital […] receiver imputted into the TV. Pool great, ditto on the hot tub. Staff very helpful and accomodating when needs arose.Only real problem was on check in. Got to hotel at noon and was told the day before when I called with our schedule that they should be able to get us an early check in and we shouldn't have too long of a wait, if any. When we arrived we were told we had to wait for no more than a 1/2 hour. Ended up having to wait close to hour and a half in lobby. Person who checked us in went to lunch and didn't tell other front counter person that we were waiting. I finally went up to counter and new person didn't even know we were waiting. Had we been told a real estimate of at least an hour plus, we would have gone to lunch or spent some time elsewhere,. Other than that, would definately stay there again. Les mer

It was ok. I had a couple of inconviences; first the beds were not completely done, they didnt have the pillow cases & comforters so they move me to another room. Second when i took a shower there was no shampoo i had to buy some the next morning. Thirdly the air conditioning wasnt working & it needed maintance. Only stayed one night but everything was clean and very new. You can only turn into the parking lot from one direction though. If you miss the turn you have to turn around and then turn around again. The sign by the road could be bigger.

The hotel itself was very nice. It was clean and I would absolutely stay there again, with a different staff. The staff was not as impressive. I requested alternative down for my bedding and the night receptionist said they didn't have anything like that but when I asked the morning receptionist, she told me there was alternative down bedding available. […] It made my night very uncomfortable without alternative down. Only issue we had was how to operate the dang thermostat in the room. Housekeeping showed us the way!

The hotel was clean and convenient to the locations we were going to in Brentwood. Would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Brentwood. Good breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location.

They turned our keys off early morning of checkout we couldn't get ice or leave our room unatttended to take our luggage out. , we also asked for one hour extra , front desk said ok morning of checkout someone came to our door at 10:30am to see when we would leave. It was a nice room and would return . Also housekeeping did not replace cups for cof […] fee. Les mer

It was fine. I guess the appeal for most people was the free breakfast, but I couldn't even buy bottled water anywhere on the premises and if you forgot toiletries, they don't even bring them to your room. More motel than hotel.

Excellent - beyond our expectations! Room was very clean and modern. Hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Complimentary breakfast in the hotel lobby was the best....eggs, waffles, hot or cold cereal, muffins, bagels, etc. etc. Definitely worth the value.

this hotel was very nice and well decorated. the room was very crowded as there was very little floor space and we have 3 children besides ourselves and luggage for the 2 weeks we had already been gone.. there was no mini fridge to keep things cold for the kids but we worked around that. the breakfasts were fabulous and helped us start off our days […] right. the only disappointment was the unexpected closure of the pool and spa on our last day at the hotel. we had planned to spend that day hanging at the hotel and relaxing but were unable to because of no pool. fortunately we have family not too far away who offered us their house and pool for the day while they were at work. it was a beautiful hotel and our stay was nice. I can't recommend this hotel enough. We arrived at 10:30 A.M. knowing that we were way too early to check in. We were traveling and I did not get lost as I had planned to do! The woman at the front dest was kind and courteous and said she would see if there was anything cleaned. She was able to get us into a room at that early time and we were able […] to freshen up for our little family reunion. The morning breakfast was more than I expected and my twin teenaged sons really enjoyed all of the choices. If I ever go to Brentwood again this will be my hotel of choice. Couple of maintenance issues with the room we stayed. Our window was facing the street. Although it seemed double pane, the noise of the vehicles was so high. We couldn't get that much of a good sleep. The bathroom fan was too noisy. As there's no concierge, we thought the front desk would know some things about brentwood. But then she just simply said, […] she has absolutely no clue. That's kinda strange having a person at front desk who has no clude about the town. We stayed on the 4th week of May and a hundred and thirty bucks for a day seems a bit high for a hotel in brentwood. But I guess including the breakfast buffet, it seemed a bit ok. $3 for a bottle of water in the vending machine I think was a bit steep for brentwood given that it's a 2 1/2 star hotel. So we just decided to buy water outside. Les mer

Great place to stay very accomidationg in every way possible, we needed to check in early for bride to get hair done. 24 hr, full coffee/tea hot cocoa bar in the nicley decorated lobby. rooms clean & fairly new. nice place, would definately stay there again when in Brentwood.
